When planning my wedding set for November 28, 2015, I was hesitant on getting full make-up for the fear that I would sweat it off or have that caked-on look. I'm someone who rarely wears makeup and when I do, it's just a little blush. Well long story short I was convinced I need a make-up artist and I hired Cassandra for the bridal party including the moms and grandmothers. I could not have been more impressed as to how smoothly everything went. From the first meeting to the trial all the way to our wedding day, everything went flawlessly. She was right on time and ready to go! The make-up came out fantastic and was done exactly as I had hoped it would be; natural, smooth and never came off even though I was a dancing machine. OH and the eyelashes stayed on for days!! We all looked radiant in the pictures. One thing that I will never forget was the way my father looked at my mother and told her that he couldn't remember the last time she looked more beautiful than she did that night. Even when we were looking at the photos he would say, "wow your mother looked great didn't she Kimmy?" Besides Cassandra's talent as a makeup artist, as a person, she was a complete blast to have hanging out with us. She was so personable and fun that she made it such an enjoyable process. Another quality of her's is that she is honest and will shoot you straight all the while honoring your wishes. She is a true professional. Honestly, she is plain and simply amazing at what she does and to do it again, there isn't anything I would have changed. When I was married this past December with all the stress of the holidays and planning a wedding in a short time, the one thing I never had to worry about was who was going to do my make up. I have known Cassandra for many years from being in the same profession. Cassandra did me and my husband’s spray tans for our wedding in September. I hadn’t been spray tanning before so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Cassandra was really patient with me, answered any questions I had, told me what to expect, and put me at ease. The results were great and we had the perfect color for our wedding! Cassandra also did me and my mother’s makeup for the wedding. My mother doesn’t normally wear makeup so she wasn’t sure what to expect, but her makeup really came out amazing. My makeup looked flawless as well, and I normally have oily skin that can be hard to manage. I don’t have ONE wedding picture where my skin looks oily, which is pretty much a miracle! I highly, highly recommend Cassandra if you want someone professional, friendly and who does a great job doing your tan/makeup!

Cassandra just did the make up for myself, three bridesmaids, and the two mothers in the bridal party on 9/7/2014. She was professional and promptly! She was willing to be there at 7a.m. on a Sunday morning and stayed overtime to ensure we were all perfect. Cassandra was easy to get in contact with, even with all of my silly questions and concerns as I am not big into wearing makeup myself. She really listened to each individual person and what we wanted when it came to their makeup needs. All of my girls and mothers were highly satisfied with their makeup. It was applied to make us still look and feel like ourselves. Not one of us is a daily makeup wearer, especially my down on the farm mother in-law, and we all felt so comfortable with the makeup the day of the wedding. No one felt over or under done. I was a bridesmaid in a close friends wedding and Cassandra's makeup on the bride and bridal was party was fantastic. She covered up my under eyes perfectly, something I struggle with on a daily basis. She is also GREAT at listening to her clients and their needs. I hired Cassandra to do makeup for myself and my bridesmaids for my wedding on August 1st, 2014. Cassandra did an amazing job really tuning in to what each person wanted. She was able to expertly walk everyone through what would look best on each person while listening to their specific desires. Cassandra worked with me through the trial to find a specific lash glue that would work well for me due to allergies that I have. I received airbrushing and was amazed at how quickly and flawlessly she applied my makeup. She not only did an amazing job but she took some extra time to touch up one of my bridesmaids after a few tears were shed. Out of all my vendors she rose above the rest for her level of expertise and professionalism.I highly recommend Cassandra for her makeup application services.

Cassandra was amazing! I have never had my make-up done before and she walked me through every detail. The best part was how natural it looked. She did my mom and three of my bridesmaids for my wedding in late July. They all loved her and despite the weather our makeup held up really well. I was very happy to have chosen Cassandra after a referral from a friend to do my makeup for my May 2014 wedding, she was great! I came to her at my trial open to trying new ideas for my make up. I am someone who doesn't know a lot about makeup nor do I wear a lot. Most brides line up hair and makeup people months in advance... so did I. The problem was that when it came time to book my makeup trial, there was an issue with the person I had previously selected. To make a long story short I had 1 month to find a makeup person who was A) wonderful and B) available! Eeek! My sister and I did some google searching and stumbled across Cassandra. Though I was desperate, I didn't want to compromise my beauty for the big day, so I read a lot of reviews. She sounded amazing. Then I contacted her and explained the situation. Lucky for me, I was getting married on a Holiday weekend and Cassandra had planned to take the weekend off to relax. She took pity on me and agreed to beautify me and my girls. My trial was done the morning of my bridal shower... in my kitchen! SO CONVENIENT! Wedding day she showed up bright and early, fully equipped with a chair, just in case the hotel didn't have the right height :) My bridal party was beautiful, the mom's were gorgeous, and most importantly, I felt like the princess that I had always dreamed of being on my wedding day!! I found Cassandra on The Knot when I was looking for a make-up artist for my wedding. I have never had professional make-up done before and was quite nervous. I went to meet with her for my trial, and instantly I knew she was the make-up artist for me! She is such an easy-going, friendly person that our personalities clicked instantly. She immediately set my mind at ease and began the trial. On the day of my wedding, Cassandra was tasked with make-up for the mother of the bride, mother of the groom, 3 bridesmaids, 2 junior bridesmaids, a flower girl and the bride. With a little help from her friend, everyone was flawless. I cannot say enough amazing things about this amazing make-up artist. She is truly THE BEST.

I am a perfectionist. I'm a artist by profession, so I tend to be very particular about how things turn out visually. I try not to be difficult, but i know that I can have a lot of requests! Cassandra did a great job of translating my description of the look I wanted into a reality. She was patient enough to work with the suggestions I had, but firm enough to keep me in check so I didn't end up a mess... I had to remember, this is not my expertise!!! Anyhow, my perfectionism may be rivaled by hers as she was very particular about fine details that even I wouldn't have noticed! And that's saying a lot!!

Cassandra was the makeup artist for my 2012 wedding party and myself. I was completely nervous, especially because I am the type of woman who rarely wears makeup in her day-to-day life and, prior to the consultation, had never had her makeup professionally done. However, Cassandra is a real gem and our photographs turned out beautiful thanks to her wonderful skills. She was very mindful of my concerns and helped me create a lasting memory. I was especially a fan of the fake eyelashes, which looked beautiful and natural. I honestly do not think my eyes have ever looked brighter. Also, prior to the wedding and due to stress, the skin on my face was a mess with breakouts, but by the end of our makeup session my skin glowed. My makeup for the wedding was flawless and elegant. I've been going to Cassandra for 4 years for my eyebrow shaping/waxing and when it came time to plan my services for my wedding, there was NO hesitation to choose her for my makeup. Cassandra has always made me feel comfortable and taken care of and on my big day, she took it to another level. Leading up to my wedding day, I wasn't sure if I wanted the natural version of myself or to go with some fun and drama. Cassandra and I have worked together on a bridal party back in January 2012. She did 5 girls including the Bride. The Bridal Party was happy and when I need an extra hand with hair she jumped right in and helped. She has an amazing work ethic. We were running a bit late, but Cassandra still managed to take just as long with me, as she did with all the other girls, even though she still had the Maid of Honor and the Bride's makeup to do after mine. I first learned of Ms. Vazquez after seeing a co-worker's wedding photos. Her make-up was light, natural look, and photographed very well. When my big day came, I knew exactly who to turn to, and wasn't disappointing in the least. Cassandra's serious, but whimsical demeanor made me feel very comfortable and have a few giggles during our session. I would highly recommend her to anybody I know that is tying the knot. It was great knowing there was at least one thing I wouldn't have to worry about on the best day of my lift.

I am getting married in ten days (9-28-13) and Cassandra is, without a doubt, doing my makeup for my big day. A few weeks ago, I asked Cassandra for a makeup trial, since this is the first time I had ever had someone do my makeup for me. I usually only trust myself with makeup, but I decided to step out of my comfort zone. Well, Cassandra did such an amazing job on my makeup that I when I offered her services out to my bridesmaids as well as family and friends (while showing them pictures of me that day), FIVE out of six bridesmaids immediately booked with her! Cassandra made sure to bring out my best features while ensuring that I still looked like ME. My fiance was pleasantly wide-eyed when I returned home. She's truly a professional and a very skilled beautician. I highly recommend her to you for any event!
