About this vendor
Cassie Jo's Event Coordinating specializes in working with couples who have locked in their favorite vendors and are now unsure how to proceed in getting every detail smoothly organized for their Big Day. Every wedding is unique and each couple's vision and carefully selected details are celebrated and encouraged to insure their wedding day feels distinctly theirs! My goal is to always help couples feel heard, supported and one step ahead in the planning process!
I work with each couple in the months and weeks leading up to their wedding day to gather every last detail, big and small, and organize them into a smooth and stress free day. This allows not only the couple to get to relax and focus on one another, but their families can also fully enjoy this once in a lifetime moment.
I work closely with each of the selected vendors and venues to make sure everyone knows the plan and are confident in how they can help fulfill the couple's wishes. When we have made it to the long awaited wedding day, I hit the ground running from the moment I step on property until the very last rental is picked up at the end of the evening. I pride myself in working quick, calm and efficiently managing a "fool proof" detailed timeline while also being ready and available to the couple, wedding parties, families and vendors with any last minute questions. As an added bonus, I never leave home without my trusted Emergency Kit which has grown to include everything from a stain pen and sowing kit to phone chargers and an outdoor, weather proof Bluetooth speaker!
I want your wedding day to be everything you have hoped and dreamed of and I always say, when the "behind the scenes" details are organized and thought through, that leaves way for the party to be unforgettable in all the right ways.

f your day and thinks of the things you may have forgotten about. She is an absolute gem of a woman & wrangled our entire wedding party while still being so sweet. She really kept us in mind first and all of our other vendors, family, and wedding party loved her as well. If you are getting married, do yourself a favor and hire her!! I wish we could do it all over again just to hang out with her.

ed at how hard she worked for us and how smoothly everything ran. She also listened to/respected both myself & my husband and made us feel special. Truly could not recommend her coordinating services more.
I didn't have to worry about a single thing with Cassie Jo. She went above and beyond, from trying to wrangle the DJ to making sure that both of our moms knew what was going on to ...
setting up last minute decorations. She met us at our goofy vibe, and we had such a good time working with her. I kind of just want to hang out with her now - she's THAT fun and cool (and also professional).
If you're on the fence about getting an event coordinator, Cassie Jo is MORE than worth the investment. I can't imagine how we would have done everything without her.
Thanks, Cassie Jo!

fires were put out without me even knowing about them and she was so calm even when we realized I had forgot the marriage license at our cabin!! From the first meeting, it felt like we had known each other for years. We're novice at weddings so having her experience, advice and guidance throughout the whole process was amazing. She brought our vision to life in so many ways. She went above and beyond, we can't recommend Cassie Jo enough!! A total life saver.

So professional. So meticulous. Great taste and creativity which is super helpful if you need her to assist with last minute decor issue on the fly. No task is to big or small. She will jump in and get her hands dirty if need be. Cassie will take the reigns and guide your wedding successfully from start to finish. Plus she's great company! Love her to death. Highly highly recommend!
1. I am a wedding vendor myself and have worked with 300+ day of coordinators. Cassie is absolutely the best one and the only person I recommend. There are a few venues that comes ...
with coordinators that are amazing but majority are bare minimum. Cassie is the most thorough, professional, detail oriented, and kind. She called me to verify that I had everything I needed to do my job and also to make sure the time frames were correct for what I needed. 10/10 and the only person that has ever done this.
2. I hired her to do my own wedding because she was so great. And as a bride I got to experience the full package. She’s such a people person and is so sweet and assertive at the same time. Something always goes wrong, it just does, and she was ON IT. She had things handled before I ever even knew something happened. And the number 1 reason I recommend her: THE AFTER of the wedding. Everyone is exhausted and the things to do is overwhelming and she has a plan and took all the stress out of it. I can’t recommend her enough.
