Your wedding or event should reflect and represent you and your style and stay within the budget you are comfortable with. At no time during the planning of your event should you feel stressed out, it should be an enjoyable experience. However, if you are feeling the stress, I can help! I am extremely motivated and dedicated to making every celebration reflect the host’s personality, taste and budget. Attention to detail plays a huge part in my event designs. I make it my priority to listen to what each client is envisioning and take their ideas and make them a reality.

sn't like that, she was really down for our vision and wanted to help us execute it rather than try to fit it into the box of other weddings. On the day, she was able to handle a lot of moving parts very well and maintain a positive and calm attitude during a time in which not a lot of people had that. If you are looking for a day of coordinator I would definitely recommend Cassie, she can handle any challenge.

In the year leading up to our wedding day, Cassie provided a high quality of services including periodic check-ins and to-do lists to help us stay on track, multiple venue walkthroughs, logistical communication with vendors, and leading our rehearsal. Throughout this period, Cassie brought to our attention many tiny details that could have spiraled into a bigger problem if there was no one to point it out to us — including making sure tables were an adequate size, how various elements would need to move across the space during a room transition to avoid problems or delays, and various aspects of cleanup and takedown we hadn’t accounted for — and suggested helpful solutions.
By our wedding day itself, Cassie had made sure every vendor knew exactly when and where they were needed. This meant that absolutely no one came to me or my wife with questions or problems. Even when the zipper of my dress ripped completely open and I thought everything was going to be a disaster, Cassie and her assistant were able to keep me calm and collected while we waited for the necessary help to arrive. If this hangup affected the schedule of the day, or if our vendors faced any other issues throughout the event, my wife and I were kept blissfully unaware.
If I had to do it all over, we would absolutely hire Cassie and her team again. In fact, we’d probably upgrade our package to get even more of her expert help. Thanks for helping to make our wedding day as beautiful, fun, and memorable as we had imagined.

Going in to our wedding, I was confident we would be in good hands working with her, and without question, Cassie excelled at supporting our vision for our big day and seeing it through to completion. Throughout the whole process Cassie was incredibly responsive, informative, and professional. She worked seamlessly with our vendors, taking initiative to coordinate details with them leading up to our wedding which translated to efficiency and everyone knowing what was expected of them when it came to our actual wedding day. My Husband and I truly were oblivious to any glitches or hiccups with vendors or details on our wedding day thanks to Cassie’s expertise and calm demeanor. We received monthly to-do lists from her, were in regular contact about vendors and planning, and were able to set up a few in person meetings around my tightly scheduled trips home pre-wedding. Our rehearsal with her was perfect and she relied on us to tell her when we felt comfortable with everything, even if it took another run through. Most importantly, Cassie strikes the perfect balance of directing the events of the wedding day, and checking in when necessary, while still giving you space to enjoy the day and not worry about a thing. We absolutely loved working with her and heard enormous praise from our family and friends who interacted with her as well. She is the day-of-coordinator you want! We can't recommend her enough!

I had absolutely zero stress going into my big day and zero stress one the day because she took care of everything. She contacted all of my vendors and made sure everyone was on the same page. I know we only had Cassie for the day of but leading up to the wedding she would check in every month with to do lists, asking me any questions she had, etc. She was so quick to reply to emails and was always there for us. ded service far beyond what we expected from a "day of" coordinator. She may be the most organized person on earth. We received timely e-mails providing monthly and weekly timelines, ideas, options. Cassie thought of everything! Some days we exchanged ten e-mails/texts. Once we had our vendor contracts, we passed them on to Cassie for managing. I never had to contact a vendor again. She made three venue visits with us and conducted the ceremony rehearsal. She coordinated absolutely every detail of the wedding day. Friends and family members remarked at how relaxed we seemed during the months of wedding planning -- again, thanks to Cassie. Her professional, no-nonsense approach kept us on track and prepared us to host the biggest party of our lives.
On the wedding day Cassie brought two helpers, and they all spent at least eight hours working the event. When I arrived at the venue that morning, I asked Cassie what I can do to help. She responded with something like, "Nothing. Enjoy the day." :-)
I truly don't know how families pull off something as important as a wedding without the services of a skilled coordinator. Of all the decisions to be made in the wedding planning process, our absolutely best decision was hiring Cassie!
