Cassie is an exceptional, magical photographer and such a warm presence! We can't have imagined our wedding and welcome party without her. Through the entire process, from pre-plan...
ning to the specific vision to the weekend of photography to the post-wedding communications, Cassie was fantastic.
When we first contacted her, we had already done our engagement photos, and since we bought the full package, she suggested using the 2 hours of engagement photography on our wedding weekend welcome party instead (which ended up being amazing). She's super reasonable and communicates clearly with kindness. Ahead of the wedding, if we had questions or thoughts, we could easily reach her over email, call, or text.
When we finally met Cassie in person for our wedding weekend, she was even more perfect of a photographer than we could have imagined. She has such a great vision for how to bring out the best of our love, and also flexible when we had our own ideas. She captured so many lively, magical, ephemeral moments with beautiful film photography. The other members of her team were also so friendly, professional, and warm. They honestly all meshed so well with our guests and added to the wedding love vibes.
We can't wait to work with Cassie again for our future maternity and family photo shoots!
We absolutely loved working with Cassie and would recommend her to anyone and everyone. She was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding weekend, which included four event...
s in total.
Cassie brought incredible energy to every event, and she somehow managed to match the vibe or theme perfectly with her attire too! Despite her enthusiasm, she also had a really calming presence, which was such a gift on a whirlwind weekend.
Her photos were exceptional: beautifully composed, full of emotion, and so thoughtfully captured. But just as important, she and her team were genuinely lovely to be around. Cassie made us feel completely at ease during portraits, guiding us through poses in a way that felt natural, never forced or awkward. That same calm, confident energy extended to her whole team, and it made a huge difference.
Cassie and her team managed to be everywhere without ever being intrusive. They blended seamlessly into the background, yet somehow captured every meaningful moment. Receiving our photos was a true highlight - getting to relive so many special memories (and even witness moments we missed!) was priceless.
When booking a photographer, we hadn’t initially thought much about the importance of second or third shooters, but everyone Cassie brought on board was incredible. Friendly, professional, and talented. Many of our guests even commented on how wonderful they all were.
We’re beyond grateful to Cassie for capturing such a special time in our lives with so much care, creativity, and heart. We hope to work with her again in the future for other milestones!
From the moment we started working with Cassie, it felt like we were reconnecting with an old friend.
Cassie is so thoughtful, patient, and funny- and we got to experience that mu...
ltiple times when we connected with her for our photography. We truly believe that her vision and personality is what makes her photos feel so authentic and filled with light + love.
As awkward people anxious about taking photos, we were so relieved how Cassie made us feel comfortable from the beginning of our engagement session. She was able to somehow fade into the background, while also guiding us and capturing genuine moments. We loved that photo session so much that we ended up hiring her for our welcome dinner as well!
Cassie was so easy to work with leading up to the wedding, making sure to get a list of our important shots ahead of the wedding while working closely with our planner to make sure there was a clear schedule. This meant that we could be as present as possible on our wedding day.
On the big day, Cassie honestly felt more like a part of the wedding rather than simply a vendor. She knew how to make everyone comfortable, made sure the bridesmaids and groomsmen were having fun, and made the day feel natural for us. We got all of the wedding photos we wanted, and managed to even be AHEAD of schedule so we got to spend more time at our cocktail hour!!!
Cassie’s photos capture the full range of emotions on the wedding day, because she’s able to connect deeply with her couples and understand what is important to them. Her style was something we gravitated to as we wanted a photographer who would not simply chronicle our event, but also capture the small details and emotions that we might miss during the day.
For both the engagement shoot and our wedding weekend, Cassie promptly delivered sneak peek highlights within a couple of days, and the full album within her initial estimate (8 weeks). She managed to capture the full essence of the day. Everytime we look at those photos, they bring us right back to those moments and feelings. We are so lucky and thankful to have had Cassie as our photographer. Hire her for your wedding! You will not regret it!!
Hiring Cassie at the last minute to capture our City Hall elopement was the best decision we made! She made the entire experience so enjoyable and turned our first photoshoot into ...
something truly special. Her funny prompts helped us relax, and you can see how happy we are in every photo. Cassie truly has a gift -- all of our photos turned out amazing and I get so much joy looking at them!
Cassie and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with! From the very start, working with us during our engagement photos, she was easy going and made the whole photo shoot pro...
cess very fun. During that session she got to know us, learned what kind of photos we liked and listened to what we were expecting during the wedding day. The engagement photos came out perfectly, so of course we knew the wedding ones would be too!
On our wedding day, Cassie went above and beyond to help corral our large group of family and friends for all of the various photos we wanted. She made the experience so fun and we had a blast taking photos with our loved ones on our special day.
Cassie’s turnaround time is also very impressive. She worked hard to get us sneak peak photos immediately after the wedding and the full album came shortly after.
We cannot recommend Cassie enough to anyone who wants beautiful photos taken by someone who makes you feel comfortable and have fun during the process!
We feel like the luckiest people in the world to have had Cassie and her team as part of our wedding day. Cassie is pure magic with her camera, capturing the most ethereal, timeles...
s, serendipitous, and joyful photos. Her magic lies in her ability to tell the story of the day, and we are able to relive all of our emotions through the day through just her photos. All the anticipatory moments filled with butterflies and giddiness, to the surprise of first looks, the surreal feeling of walking down the aisle, and the collective celebration of getting married. Her craft is both built on her incredible expertise in capturing the momentous moments, and also her ability to make people feel so comfortable. Cassie is so genuine, friendly, professional, communicative, and incredibly comfortable to be around. She gave many gentle reminders to relax, remember we love these people, and lean in closer. You just smile a little bigger when you trust the person behind the camera, and that's exactly what working with Cassie felt like. Everyone in our wedding party commented on how surprised they were that the dedicated photo time felt fun and easy -- all thanks to Cassie and her team. Cassie gave us the wedding photos of our dreams, completely romanticizing our time in Golden Gate Park and Chinatown in San Francisco. We are so grateful for her creative drive, and we give our highest recommendation to anyone thinking about hiring Cassie!
Cassie was such a sweetheart to work with from the very first moment. She's great at communicating, and although we had some initial miscommunication around when our engagement sho...
ot would be done, it was quickly fixed and she was very flexible. Her work at our wedding with her two assistants was amazing and really captured the magical qualities of our venue and the event itself. She got so many amazing photos of us and all of our people and the whole album is a treasure. Plus, she was able to wrangle fairly large groups of family for photos! Would definitely recommend!
Cassie is brilliant and has an exceptional gift! She has the ability to truly capture all the moments you want to cherish and remember forever. She’s calm and patient from start t...
o finish. Her timeline for photos really set the stage for our big day and kept everyone right on schedule. So much that we never felt rushed and felt that we could really enjoy each and every moment. Cassie was on time with photos, the website, responding to emails- you name it, she was always there! For our engagement and wedding photos, I was nervous due to the amount of wind and how bright the sun was. However, Cassie saw opportunities for incredible photos. The end result left my jaw on the floor. Everyone still talks about our photos that they can just feel they are right there and how romantic it all is like something out of a movie. I’m so happy I found Cassie and grateful she was with us. I can’t wait to continue to work with her in the future! Cassie, you’re amazing! Thank you so much xo! Leah Mae
We worked with Cassie twice. She took intimate pictures of our elopement in San Francisco and photographed our wedding celebration in Sonoma.
We loved working with her, she is very...
experienced, professional, and has great positive energy. The photos she took are truly stunning and capture our special moments in an unforgettable way.
We recommend Cassie to anyone looking for a wedding photographer.
Truly blown away by Cassie’s artistry and professionalism across our wedding weekend. She’s definitely someone you want on your day-of team: calm, collected, poised, and an expert ...
at directing people for portraits in the most natural, unobtrusive way. Her turnaround time for the sneak peeks was incredibly fast, and she’s also been responsive throughout the entire planning process and post-wedding. We had multiple guests come up to us to ask about her background, and I think that speaks not only to her creative vision but also to her execution on logistics. I was drawn in by her ability to find poetry in the small moments and her talent at capturing golden hour as you’ll quickly see if you explore her portfolio. After booking her, there was just a huge wave of relief because we knew we were in really good hands and didn’t have to worry about anything. That proved to be true on our wedding day. In addition to being the primary photographer, she managed 2-3 other photographers beautifully, and it was so seamless and stress-free. I’ll caveat that her rates are on the more premium side, but after doing extensive research, I was certain she was in the top 1% of lifestyle photographers, and if there’s any wedding advice I’ve received multiple times, it’s to not skimp on your photography! Your investment is well worth it. Couldn’t recommend her more!
Cassie is simply the best! We found Cassie while perusing pictures from the venue we ultimately decided on for our small intimate wedding ceremony. We were immediately drawn to her...
pictures because there is such a beautifully authentic quality to them!
After talking over the phone with her, we decided to have her photograph our engagement pictures as well! Both of us were nervous going into the photoshoot never having posed for professional pictures before, but she so quickly put us at ease. We had an ambitious plan to have pictures taken at several places that were meaningful to us and Cassie made it work and gave us a realistic timeline. The pictures were beautiful and exactly what we had hoped for...one of our favorite pictures is a candid picture of us laughing when my husband misheard Cassie's direction to lean to the side and instead stuck out his tongue. It was a quick fleeting moment, but she was ready to capture it thoughtfully and beautifully!
She photographed our intimate covid micro-wedding spring of 2021. Cassie did an amazing job of rallying our guests for formal pictures while also capturing the small candid moments that are easy to pass up but now we can look back at them again and again because she did such an amazing job!
Just this past month, we had a one year anniversary reception to have a larger celebration with our family and friends and we felt so lucky that Cassie was willing to be our photographer again. We just received our gallery and we have been basking in re-living all the beautiful moments. Cassie is a gem and her art is thoughtful and intentional. We cannot recommend her enough as your photographer!
Cassie is an absolute pro and has a dreamy, romantic aesthetic that made our engagement and wedding photos epic. She's also really good at helping you (and your relatives) pose in ...
a natural, flattering way. She shoots on both film and digital so you get the best of both worlds.
I cannot express enough how happy I am that we found Cassie and were able to have her capture our wedding photos for us! She is not only an insanely talented photographer, she does...
such an amazing job at making you feel comfortable and help guide you throughout the process. Highly, highly recommend!
I am not overstating when I say that Cassie's photography is epic! We worked with Cassie for our engagement photos, rehearsal dinner, and wedding, and would not have changed it for...

photos. We do not think of ourselves as especially photogenic people and her guidance put us ease and made the whole thing fun! Highly recommend if you may be so fortunate to work with Cassie!
I found Cassie here on The Knot when I was looking for a photographer in San Francisco to take our pics at City Hall. I am from Miami so I didn't know any photographers and we were...
not gonna get a chance to do engagement pictures. I also had less than a month to book a photographer. I was really nervous about making this choice due to the lack of time and fear of not getting exactly what I wanted which was clear pictures with lots of natural light and little to no filters.
I am very happy we made the choice to book Cassie; we definitely made the right choice. Cassie was very communicative, friendly, and helpful from the beginning. She was always available to answer our questions and even meet with us via video call. She was also very accommodating to our availability and wishes.
Our pictures came out absolutely beautiful, better than I ever imagined! The lighting was perfect and we loved the poses she recommend. I strongly recommend her.
Cassie is amazing. She was wonderful to work with at every step, and everyone who saw our photos said the same thing: "Oh my gosh, who is your photographer??? These are the most am...
azing wedding photos we've ever seen!"
I have to agree. I was so pleased by how the photos turned out. Cassie really captured some great moments that will now last a lifetime. Thank you Cassie!!
I initially met Cassie when I volunteered to help some close friends with their family portrait session as the official puppy wrangler. I have always felt uncomfortable in front of...
a camera but after seeing Cassie at work, I knew I had to reach out about my own upcoming wedding. Like most 2020 brides, it has been a roller coaster of a year. We postponed our celebration but decided to elope in Big Sur, just the two of us. On the day, I woke up feeling very bittersweet, especially without my family and friends there with us. I was questioning if this was the right decision for us but now we look back and know this is the day that got us through the most difficult year of our lives. Cassie truly went above and beyond to make it special for us -- scouting the best sites for pictures, facilitating a sweet first look, helping us feel comfortable and like ourselves in front of the camera, giving direction when we were feeling a little hesitant. It was initially difficult for me to trust one person with how our day was going to look but I would do it again in a heartbeat. The pictures really speak for themselves. Cassie is incredibly talented, professional, committed, easy to work with, and truly brought out the best in both of us. I will cherish these pictures for the rest of my life.
Cassie did an amazing job capturing our wedding photos. She was flexible with our scheduling despite the fact that we booked her with about a month's notice. She is incredibly tale...
nted and professional. She has an amazing eye for light and details and completely understood our vision for the photos. She is real, down to earth, and approachable. We laughed through both of our shoots and can't wait to book her again for the next special event in our lives.
I found Cassie through my wedding planner Events by Satra. I was interested in having someone with experience with Indian weddings. Cassie was so prompt in replying and sharing pho...
tos from Indian weddings (plural!) that she had photographed.
My first thought was shock when I saw those photos and now, when I see my own gallery of wedding photos. Cassie is an amazing photographer! She made my entire wedding look so bright, light, sophisticated, elegant, and just.... perfect.
She is so great at directing couples and made it so comfortable for us follow her directions and not feel awkward. In fact, she helped us loosen up and have fun with it, and it really shows in the photos.
She's professional, has a fantastic energy, a great attitude and a good sense of humor. My husband in particular was impressed - and he didn't understand why I was painstakingly selecting our photographer!
Overall I am so happy we chose her and would do it again in a heartbeat.
Cassie was an absolute delight to work with and she's a remarkably talented photographer. Despite booking rather last-minute due COVID-related schedule changes, Cassie was super f...
lexible and easy going about the whole experience. She put my partner and I at ease and we really enjoyed our experience. Most importantly, the photos look amazing. Highly recommend!

VID. Cassie was so accommodating, flexible and wonderful and she really helped to put us at ease during a stressful time. She even agreed to take our first look pictures at the beach, then drive another 30 minutes to our ceremony location. Cassie is so talented and makes taking pictures fun! She made us actually laugh while taking pictures, which was great because we had our natural smiles in most of our pictures. Cannot recommend her enough. We are SO happy with our photographs and I can't wait to hang them in our home! Thank you, Cassie!

w they turned out as the very first time I saw them. She captured the event perfectly and was very professional and great to work with from the very first time we met. She got to know me and the groom and made us both feel comfortable and relaxed, and we had so much fun taking our photos (and our bridal party, family and all of our guests did too)! I had very specific requests of the kinds of photos I wanted and when and where and she helped us make it all happen. Highly recommend Cassie and I can't wait to have enough event and photo shoot with Cassie.
My husband & I cannot thank Cassie enough for the amazing job she did! She went above and beyond! We reached out to her for our last minute church ceremony (less than a week) that ...
we had pushed back due to CV-19. She was able to get all of our questions answered, details planned out in such a short amount of time & was very flexible with us. She was incredibly professional, attentive, and shot in both film and digital. Her vision, creativity, & attention to detail definitely showed in our photos. The photos look AMAZING! We cannot wait to share with all of our friends & family! We also hope to work with Cassie again in the future!
Cassie is the best photographer I've ever met and best vendor of my wedding. Our wedding planner group sent us several photographers to choose from. Out of 10 recommendations, I lo...
ve Cassie's clean, bright and modern style. I arranged the engagement session with Cassie so that we can get to know each other before the wedding as we are not good at taking photos and making poses etc. It turns out great!! Cassie is super friendly and gave us lots of instructions on poses and angels. We got the sneak peak 1 hr after the photo shooting! Based on the engagement photos, we made some adjustment when taking photos like looking at cameras more naturally. Cassie is very professional and carrying several different cameras as well as films the whole times. My bridesmaid who works in media industry told me she is impressed by the speed of Cassie changing the film of camera. We got the sneak peak later on the wedding day. Our guests love their photos on our wedding too. We plan to have Cassie take our couple photos in summer every year. We have to skip this year due to COVID-19 unfortunately. The price of photography is not cheap but Cassie totally worth it and it's the best value and memory we got for sure!
I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about Cassie! She is a phenomenal photographer (I framed so many of her photos and would probably frame more if I had more wall space) & an...
amazing human (I want to be her best friend).
When I was researching engagement photographers, what drew me to Cassie’s portfolio was her ability to capture couples in a beautiful, effortless, and almost ethereal-like way.
She did our engagement photos - and was so incredibly flexible and accommodating! My husband and I had never taken formal pictures before - and we were pretty unsure of what to do, but Cassie, within minutes, put us at ease!
We loved her and her photos so much that we asked her to also capture our city hall wedding!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CASSIE VALENTE PHOTOGRAPHY! You can check this one off your wedding to-do list!

ade it so easy from the get-go due to her timely responses and overall agreeable demeanor. The day of the wedding, you hardly even noticed that she and her team were there; she was super calming and had great suggestions for natural, candid posing, and more than anything, had an ability to capture the most stunning light. Every time I start looking through the photo gallery, I find new favorites and am truly so blown away by her talent. She captured all the special moments of our most special day, and I am so happy that we get to cherish these photos for the rest of our lives!
I only wish we lived in the Bay Area so we could utilize her for every major moment in the future.
Thank you Cassie!!!

ing and helped us bring it to life.
We were new to the area and Cassie helped us plan our entire engagement shoot, and she selected the most perfect location that was aligned with our vision. The photos belong in a magazine.
For our wedding, Cassie was extremely prepared and quickly became a part of our family. She traveled 3000 miles to capture our wedding day, and we will forever be thankful. We received sneak peaks of our wedding the same exact night of our wedding day! It was incredible! The photos are incredible! Our wedding day was a dream come true, and Cassie was at the center of it. We highly highly recommend Cassie. She over delivers on her product, is passionate about photography, and works with you to make your dreams come true. Thank you, Cassie.

er and I are both awkward and camera shy and she made us feel at ease.
We had a small city hall wedding and booked her for two hours and I felt the time was perfectly managed. I was nervous and having her around made it so much easier because she also helped us navigate around City Hall. The best part was that we got sneak-peak photos that same night and we were able to share them with my eager family. I can't recommend Cassie enough!!!
Cassie was awesome! From the first time we chatted online to our wedding she’s been very patient and always listening to our wishes. It was amazing to have her guide us through the...
huge San Francisco City Hall for 2 hours to get the best shots, and she was a lot of fun and very nice with our guests, in the small setting we had.
I highly recommend her for City Hall weddings!

sily one of the best wedding vendors we worked with - she is dedicated to coming early, staying late and talking to you before your event to make sure she captures all the moments perfectly. In Indian ceremonies there are a lot of tiny moments and she found them all AND coralled all the guests into group shots. We recently also had an anniversary shoot in Paris, France that she planned beautifuly d from afar and the resulting photos are gorgeous. She's passionate and committed to beautiful images that capture everything you want to remember on your special day.

Shortly after my man proposed, I contacted Cassie and was soo surprised and thrilled that she was a available!
Not only did Cassie capture all the details of our completely DIY backyard garden wedding - we made everything - he made our rings, I wove the fabric and tailored his vest, sewed my dress, made paper rose bouquets and all the other decorations.
Cassie also captured all the joy and and friendship that we share. We had so much fun and truly enjoyed our wedding day! So thankful for Cassie for being a huge part of our day! We have been married for 16 months now and look at our wedding photos daily!
Cassie is amazing and is very good about working with her bride and groom to make them comfortable and to help their vision come to fruition!
If you are on the fence about hiring her, stop thinking about it and take the leap! You will NOT regret your decision and will be pleased with your investment!
After doing a ton of research for engagement photos, we hired Cassie because we loved her light aesthetic. Pricing was quite reasonable, and she was able to capture us in several l...
ocations. We were very impressed with her professionalism and we felt sooo comfortable during our shoot! One thing to highlight is that she shoots on film, so the quality of photos is much higher than your typical digital photo. We are so happy with our series of photos, which we're looking forward to sharing with friends and family. Thank you Cassie! You were amazing.
Cassie is the BEST. I don't know how else to say it. She was my first choice, and she was worth every. penny. Not only is energy extremely chill (essential on a wedding day) and no...
n-invasive (essential for natural, candid photos), she is talented, loving, transparent, and it's obvious that she LOVES what she does. The memories she captured for us were stunning and authentic, and if I did it all over again, the only thing I would change is hiring her to capture the rehearsal dinner as well. (And somehow convince her to just follow me around all the time and make me look as AMAZING as i do in my wedding and engagement photos.
If you want beautiful, whimsical, natural, and sincere-feeling photos, she's your girl.

ately certain that she is the photographer I want for my pre-wedding session! She is very patient in answering all my queries, and proactive in suggesting the venues and vendors for our session. She also pays great attention to client's request - I requested once that I would like some double-exposure effects for my photos through a phone call with her and then never mentioned again. She kept that in mind and during our session, she was very dedicated to sort out any postures and backgrounds for such purpose in order to cater for my request, which is very impressive! And if you are one of those people who do not love taking photos or find yourself not acting naturally in front of cameras, Cassie is definitely the photographer you are looking for! She gave clear instructions and suggestions on how to pose and at the same time made us feel very natural and enjoyable throughout the session. She knows the best spots to shoot in (even some hidden gem in SF!). Cassie is also a very considerate vendor - she brought her car to wash right before our session just to make sure that we would have a nice place to transit and to change our outfits! Also, she is extremely professional in a way that every time we arrived a spot for shooting, she immediately told us where to stand and how to pose without wasting a single second. I highly recommend the talents and professionalism of Cassie!

ad a lot of day of requests as well and Cassie took all of those with a smile.
Two things that we really loved about working with her:
1. She has a great eye! Her style is stunning on her website but is breathtaking when you see yourself in the photos that she takes. My husband and I love every photo that she took and she really captured all the happiness and love during those days.
2. She was very calm. This is important for your big day, you don't want vendors that give off a stressful or unhappy energy. Cassie was always very cool, calm and collected-- even when she had to gather 20 + people for a family photo :)
I highly recommend Cassie -- you will be so happy that you hired her to capture such a special day.
From the moment I spoke with Cassie, I was immediately at ease. She is so easy going and relatable (have you read her bio?), and her vast experience was so valuable in walking us ...
through our own wedding planning. To add some color, we had a split venue due to our morning ceremony, door games and a tea ceremony inbetween the 7 hour break, with over 200 guests at the banquet.
Despite our large guest list, Cassie was able to deliver our album in exactly one month. The final curation was so thoughtfully chosen, edited, and arranged. Each photo was relative the next, stringing together a series of expressions that told the story of our special day. The shyness captured between my partner and I during our first look, even with 6 years under our belt (those were some of my favorites). The crazed, yet some how perfect shots of my face when I laugh, even with my mouth wide open. Mike's love when he smiles at his grandma. Our parents' open pride and joy. Cassie took all of these fleeting moments and held them still, so that I could relive one of the happiest days of my life twice.
Cassie has a gift of capturing people and places in an honest and beautiful light. Her photography, much like herself, has a very natural and weightless charm. We are so happy to have chosen her and we know you will too.

assie doesn't just mean paying for a photographer. It means investing in a passionate, wedding industry professional, who will come alongside you during wedding planning, answer any and all questions, and help you think through details you wouldn't necessarily have even considered. She is thorough, timely, detailed, and loves love - what more could you ask for?
We booked Cassie for both our engagement and wedding photos. I was on the fence about the engagement photos and ultimately decided it was best for me and future-husband to get used to having our pictures taken - I was right. Cassie made us feel comfortable and also helped assure us that our natural selves (which tended to be laughing selves) really would be the best selves for photos. Phew! Another plus - she was totally down with having our pup join the session and was an absolute dog expert in getting him to pose for the camera!
Cassie goes above and beyond - she arrived early (at no extra cost!) at my wedding venue to capture extra shots and not feel rushed. Additionally, though I hadn't planned to add a second shooter to the wedding, she'd updated her wedding packages in the months I'd been engaged, and also included an assistant - at no extra cost.
When our wedding videographer fell through ~2 weeks prior to our wedding day, I reached out to Cassie wanting some guidance and recommendations from a wedding industry professional. She was so kind, understanding, and helpful - within a week, through her referral, who referred his trusted friend, my now-husband and I booked a videographer who we love even more than the original booking!
Cassie truly values what's best for the soon-to-be married couple and does all that she can to capture all the special moments. Thank you so much, Cassie!
We fell in love with Cassie's work, but were also blown away by her professionalism and how much fun she was on our wedding day. She did an amazing job orchestrating the photo shoo...
t, and was really just amazingly fun to hang out with on our wedding day. She will make you feel completely at ease in front of the camera and produce incredible photographs for you. You literally won't have to think about anything, she will take care of it for you, so you can relax and focus on enjoying your day. I can't recommend her enough!
I do not have enough wonderful things to say about Cassie!! We just love her work and everyone we show our photos to is blown away. Cassie is so easy to work with. From our very fi...
rst email, to meeting in person, to day of details, she is organized and a joy to talk to. I love her friendly, sweet, easy going personality. It let us feel comfortable in front of the camera. We did an engagement shoot on location at our favorite place, Carmel, and she had such wonderful ideas to capture the feel of the little town in our photos. We even brought our dog in for a portion of the shoot - a big shepherd. It was fantastic! On the wedding day, everything went so smooth! We had lots of fun with the first look, pre-ceremony, post-ceremony, and sunset photos! We ordered our guestbook with our engagement photos through her and had that at the cocktail hour and everyone was raving about the photos! We got our sneak peek and emailed our friends and family the link and everyone kept saying "Oh my gosh, these are amazing! Who was your photographer!?" The photos are so wonderful - soft, romantic, natural, timeless. The perfect way to capture our beautiful day!! Five stars!! Book Cassie!!
We are very happy we chose Cassie as our wedding photographer. We loved the brightness of her photography and got a good vibe during our 'facetime' interview with her. The engagem...
ent session was very smooth and easy; and a great practice session before the actual wedding. She was very professional and the photos turned out just as we had hopped. the wedding also went very smooth (at least it felt that was to us). We appreciate the coaching and how she took charge when it was needed to keep things moving. Her and her assistant were a pleasure to work with. all of the photos turned out awesome!
Cassie is such a pro and an absolute joy to work with. She is focused, detailed, and a pleasure to be around. The entire process was painless for us - before our wedding, Cassie ad...
vised on shot locations and other details. We also did a walkthrough of the venue with her, which was super helpful.
On the day of, she handled everything with professional ease, dealing with shot timing, participants and locations. We knew the results would be fantastic from the moment we saw Cassie in action, but were of course blown away when we received our final photos from her as well.
Cassie was fantastic! She came to us through a referral from a co-worker who knew her personally and had Cassie photograph their wedding. Through the planning process Cassie was ve...
ry responsive and thorough. She plan all of our family pictures and who we wanted photos with so it was very easy the day of the wedding. We let her take creative license with the pre-wedding, ceremony and reception photos and I couldn't have imagined them to be more beautiful. She was very upbeat and extremely patient with our wandering family members during family photos. We really appreciated that Cassie sent us a preview of our album just a short week after the weeding. It was great to be able to show those to our close friends and family. When we received the remainder of our pictures, were able to see details we missed the day of and made it possible to relive the wonderful memories of our big day. We truly got our money's worth and highly recommend Cassie!
Cassie is by far the best photographer I have ever worked with. Being a bride is extremely stressful, and can feel like you're juggling a million to-dos at once. Cassie is so easy ...
to talk to, and I felt comfortable knowing that photos were off my plate after just our first conversation. She is very attentive to all the details, and genuinely cares about making sure she captures them. Also, asking my husband to be photographed for an hour for an engagement session was like pulling teeth. After a few minutes into our session, she had him comfortable posing in a busy city square! I was so impressed with how she ran the session for us, and was even more impressed with the photos she provided. No reason to look anywhere else. She will take care of you.
Cassie is the BEST photographer you’ll ever find! She did two sets of photos for me— one was a scheduled shoot, and the other was my proposal! She is so great at making you feel co...
mfortable in front of the camera, even my fiancé (who normally feels silly posing for photos) had a blast! Instead of having you pose for minutes at a time, Cassie has a natural ability to capture the moment quickly and painlessly, so you can focus on having an amazing time!
For the proposal shoot, Cassie went undercover and hid behind bushes to get the perfect shots, and they are the most cherished photos I’ll ever have. If you are planning a proposal and want professional photos of that special moment, definitely look no further. The proposal photos turned out AMAZINGLY, and she stuck around afterwards to get some beautiful post-proposal photos that my family absolutely loved. Cassie definitely goes above and beyond.
On top of all of the magic she works during the shoot itself, she is just a dream to work with. She is not only able to anticipate your photography needs, she is super personable, very responsive, and turns out gorgeous photos so quickly! Her portfolio speaks for itself. I cannot recommend her enough!
We absolutely loved working with Cassie for our City Hall wedding! She is so sweet, incredibly talented, and truely passionate about her work. Cassie had great suggestions and show...
ed us several examples of locations to take some photos before our ceremony. She was always quick to respond and was so helpful leading up to our wedding. On the big day, she was patient yet efficient in getting all of the couple and family photos that we wanted to take. We received our photos quickly and could not be more pleased with the results! I love all of the sweet moments she was able to capture and can't stop looking at them! Cassie is the best!
Cassie was AMAZING!!! She's so professional, sweet, and SUPER talented! The posed family photos flew by and were SO organized. Our wedding party had so much fun modeling for her cr...
eative photo ideas. Our guests were so impressed at how Cassie and her assistant photographer Rebekah were everywhere all the time, without being intrusive to the festivities. My husband and I were never pulled away from our reception for pictures (like we wanted) and the candid shots from the reception are incredible! After a perfect night of feeling like a celebrity rather than a prop for photos, Cassie sent us a preview of about 40 pictures the NEXT morning!!! That alone was enough for a 5 star review, let alone how BEAUTIFUL every single picture is! I didn't have a videographer, and I don't regret it one bit because Cassie's photos capture everyone's emotions and the night's events so well. Cassie, thank you for a wonderful wedding photography experience and the incredible pictures!!!
