Hello all, I want to share with you the great experience I had at Castle Heights Bijioux (CHB). First, I was very glad the owner met with me at my convenience and she worked dil...
igently to ensure my vision became a reality and everything I wanted was done. At my arrival for the tour I was impressed with how everything I needed was accommodated. The building is an eye-catching blue and there is a gorgeous mural that reads "the best is yet to come..." so if you are in Waco and need a back drop for your selfie or pics this is an idea to go for it. The interior is exquisite with it's beautiful chandeliers that illuminate a beautiful soft glow giving a glamorous. It's all about the details to me and the stage is awesomely centered in the middle. My wedding celebration was small and intimate with close family and friends. The relatives who came from out of town stayed at her lovely Airbnb and talk about making sure every detail is not overlooked, let me just say I couldn't ask for anything more. The agreement was easy to understand and mine was honored, everything I requested was fulfilled. Let me just say, we are all adults and should be mindful of what we do and agree to and my experience was positive. I would highly recommend Castle Heights Bijioux for any celebration you are planning. Go ahead and give a call to Viviana and she will make it happen! Thank you
The venue is beautiful!! There are chandeliers for mood lighting, a perfect size kitchen for the caterers, and plenty of space for a dance floor! The price is the best in town and ...
includes the 5 foot round tables, 90 in white tablecloths and the chairs! We were even able to rent the venue for a discounted price on the day before the wedding so that we could have everything set up and even have our rehearsal dinner there! I was very impressed with castle heights and would recommend them to anyone!!
I had my wedding here in the summer of 2016. The inside of the venue is pretty at first, and then you start to notice the cracks in the walls, food on the walls, odd paint stains, ...
and bathrooms that aren't updated. The people that own this venue are very sweet, but not professional or very helpful. For example, THE DAY BEFORE MY WEDDING my family and I showed up to decorate (which we had paid extra for.) The lady who was supposed to let me in and show me around and she showed up close to an hour late. This was infuriating because I paid to have her there AND she was wasting my time by not being there to unlock the storage room. The owners/management also had very unreasonable expectations. For example, my parents stayed to clean after the wedding. The rule was you had to clean the place up before you got your security deposit back and we wanted our security deposit back. Castle Heights made my parents mop the floors which is a bit extreme given that they were VERY dirty in the first place. WHICH I PUT ON THE ENTRANCE/SECURITY FORM. So, my poor little dad had to stay late into the night to mop floors that were dirty in the first place. Also, I'm pretty sure they have never hired a professional to clean the building either. The price for the venue is right on par, but the amenities and decorations they offer are very expensive.
