Catawba Island Club is a unique and beautiful spot for a wedding. We are a private club and will happily host the wedding of a CIC member or an event sponsored by a CIC member.
Located on the western shore of Catawba Island, CIC's Tent Pavilion can seat up to 175 people. Our staff is experienced and professional and the food is all hand crafted in our kitchen especially for your event. And of course, the sunsets are stunning!
We are able to help you plan the perfect celebration whether you are looking to do a plated dinner, a buffet or even strolling suppers or brunches. We also hold ceremonies here . In addition, we do rehearsal dinners, next day brunches and also have hotel rooms available.

ue for our wedding, we honestly couldn't think of a better place. We had always seen how beautiful the weddings were there and wanted to have ours there as well. Joa and Heather, from the moment we picked our date, were there for us in the planning process. From the wedding tasting to the planning a year in advanced, even the final month countdown where everything fell into place. Joa and Heather were very attentive to our emails and really answered all of our questions. The whole wedding weekend went by so smoothly and we had the best night ever! I wish we could relive the night all over again because it was that amazing!

ng, rescheduling (covid) and day of coordination. We had hiccups with our other vendors but our venue were true professionals and knew how to keep everything on track. They are experienced in events and it shows but it’s also nice to not be at a cookie cutter venue where there are 6 weddings happening at the same time. CIC is incredible in general and being members for the weekend was an unforgettable experience. We each took photos with Jessica before we left because we built such a great relationship. I highly recommend this venue if you’re going for an elegant wedding on the water. We shopped around venues a lot- I’ll save you the time and tell you that nothing else comes close to this.
