ordinated everything on the day of and took so much stress off of me and my family. Everything turned about absolutely beautiful and perfect and we could not have been happier with the whole experience,
DO NOT stay here on your wedding night! We made a huge mistake of staying here. Our room did not have working ac, the electricity wasn’t working in half the room, there was a nonst...
op beeping in our room from the fridge resetting from the electrical issues. When we went to try to talk to someone about our issues, there was no one to talk to! They have electronic check in process so they don’t have an employee on site to talk to or complain to or get switched to a room so you can actually get a little sleep on your wedding night. We even paid for a more expensive suite. Which was a total waste of money. As soon as the sun came up we left. We could not get out of there faster. And when we have complained to the company and customer service about our experience we have had no response! Literally the worst hotel experience I have ever had. It definitely ruined the amazing night we had before arriving at this hotel!
