We booked catered affairs for our wedding on September 2 2023. The service was top notch. The food was incredible! Our guests could not stop talking about how delicious all the food was. Best I've ever had at a wedding! The Mahi with mango salsa, my mouth is watering writing this review. Thank you to CA for being a part of our special day and making it perfect!

I got married 2 months ago and my guests are STILL talking about how unbelievable the food was! There team was AMAZING to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is getting married in Key West and is looking for amazing food with great staff and people to work with!

We used Catered Affairs for our wedding in April and were thrilled with how everything turned out. Many of our guests mentioned how helpful and well prepared their staff were not only for questions about the food but also just with general guidance for our guests about things like where they should go for cocktail hour. We did have a few guests with food allergies and Catered Affairs went above and beyond to make sure those guests were aware of allergens in food and served only items that were safe for them to eat. Immediately after our ceremony their team was ready and waiting with appetizers and the amazing service continued the rest of the night for our plated dinner and late night snacks. The food was amazing (especially the conch fritters) and truly a part of our wedding we will remember forever and that many of our guests have commented on. We truly enjoyed working with Bradi and everyone at Catered Affairs and would definitely do it all again with them if we could.

13/10 would recommend Catered Affairs. Bradi Parks was not only my point of contact but also my day of planner. She brought my vision to life! I didn't want the traditional sit down meal and she helped me pick out amazing appetizers to satisfy all my guests. She was so welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed so I didn't have to worry about a thing. When I was searching for a catering company I didn't know who to choose, a couple of companies never gave me a quote back but Bradi was on point. Service was amazing and so was the food! Unfortunately I didn't get any pictures but the bacon wrapped scallops, the pigs in a blanket and the mini cheesecakes were a big hit. Could not have done this without her support and direction. I wouldn't look anywhere else!

Words cannot express how great Catered Affairs was for our wedding. In addition to the phenomenal food, the attentiveness to our guests is next level. We got so many compliments about how good the food was! We had a few dietary restrictions and they went so far out of their way to accommodate. My husband stained his suit during dinner and before he even realized it, Martina was on her way over with some club soda for him to blot it out. If you’re getting married in Key West don’t miss out on this company!

Long review short, excellent communication, service and food with a super fun, professional staff! We cannot rave enough about Catered Affairs!! From the first email communication through the wedding, Martina and Bradi were attentive, positive and fun! We felt comfortable working with them because we had the opportunity to meet face to face. The continued email communication and texts were helpful and supportive. It was such a blessing to work with a team who were professional and helped keep things stress-free. They worked with us to ensure we could keep costs down, but still have an excellent dinner menu. They were flexible in updating dietary restrictions and we were able to experience a delicious tasting to make adjustments and decide what food we wanted to serve. We went with the open bar, plated dinner and appetizers, which were cooked fresh, onsite!! Their menu is vast and for a plated dinner, you have a choice of 3 passed appetizers (unlimited servings), 3 entrees, 1 salad, and 2 sides. But what did we eat!! We picked the chicken saltimbocca, caribbean mahi mahi and slow roasted bell pepper beef tips. For our appetizers, we picked the beef empanadas, caprese skewers and sesame encrusted tuna. Not only did they provide food, but took care of our tables, chairs, plates, linens and cake cutting. I know people say they don’t remember their food years later, but their food is so delicious you couldn’t forget it! Every guest had ample amount of food and raved about how delightful it tasted. We had an external vendor for out cake and they worked with her to ensure it was delivered on time and fresh. Their quality of service for any wedding event we’ve been to, is unmatched. Martina was a god send in saving us appetizers and bringing them to us during the reception. Our bartender was phenomenal and ensured guests drink orders were consistent in taste and quick. They even boxed us left over food & appetizers! Our venue required a wedding planner and Bradi was willing to step up and cover that part for us. She went above and beyond to ensure our décor looked exactly as we’d planned it. They do have a warehouse of wedding décor to choose from as well. We decided to do a rehearsal, but the day of made last minute changes with the ceremony. She coordinated the changes, last minute without a hitch! She was excellent at directing, without being bossy, and kept us on track. This team worked hard in ensuring things were seamless and made our wedding a night we will remember and be grateful for, forever!!!

Best choice for wedding cater!!!! We were referred from our venue to have catered affairs of key west based on excellent service with very reasonable prices. Bradi was my main contact for the catering service and she was truly amazing every step of the way...she even directed our rehearsal since we did not opt for a traditional wedding planner. Always in direct contact whether it was text, call or email. This company gave a variety of options for our wedding based on size and budget. They worked in direct contact with our other vendors for a super smooth event. Even the day of the rehearsal we decided to last minute change our ceremony location to the reception location Bradi and her team were able to accommodate the request and work with our other vendors to make the last minute change super easy and stress free. I would 100% recommend. Food was excellent received so many compliments from appetizers to main course. The bar tenders were excellent and the beverage selections were everyones favorites. They even saved cocktail appetizers for us (Bride & Groom) during our reception. Definitely recommend!!!

If I could leave 10 stars, I absolutely would!! Martina and her team at Catered Affairs were nothing less than stellar. She was not the first caterer I called, but she was the caterer I ultimately chose and thank goodness I did. I planned my wedding from out of state so of course I was on edge at all times. Not being able to taste the food or meet the caterer was stressful and she immediately put me at ease. The food was phenomenal, the setup was beautiful, the bar was perfect and the overall responsiveness from Martina for every single email I sent her (oh I sent quite a few) was nothing less than purely professional. The staff chosen for the event were fun, lighthearted, attentive and professional and Martina herself was there working hard to make sure my day was perfection. They 100% helped to make my wedding amazing! I cannot recommend them enough if you are having a Key West wedding.

Catered Affairs was a dream to work with! We worked with Martina through the most difficult of times- in the midst of COVID. Martina was so flexible and accommodating, the process was seamless with her. When our planner and other vendors asked who our Caterer was, when replying Catered Affairs, they expressed instant relief and happiness knowing this wonderful company was going to be involved. From choosing our menu, the tasting, prep and execution- they were over the top! The food was delicious, which is hard to find when preparing so many plates. I also was pleased to learn tables, chairs and basic linens can be included in our total price- it was godsent and there were no added surprises! Martina is an amazing communicator and met all of our needs and wants. The staff at our wedding were very professional, knowledgeable and fun with the guests. The bartenders were outstanding- we got so many compliments! We highly recommend this team for your upcoming wedding or event and look forward to seeing Martina in November for our year anniversary dinner!

Planning a destination can be difficult. Planning a destination wedding that needs to be postponed twice is a certain difficult that I dont wish on anyone. Bradi was with us every step of the way. She responded promptly via email, gave us her cell, and was so supportive and helpful with all of the changes. After such a long wait you can forget what everything tasted and looked like. Well, nothing disappointed and everything was even better than we remembered. The staff were unbelievable. I've worked in the service business for close to 20 years and these people were spot on! Bringing us cocktails and apps before our dance, making sure they came to us first with fresh trays, and making sure our little guy was taken care of. So much so that when he fell asleep during the reception one of them brought him a fresh, clean towel from her car because it would "be much more comfortable" than the linen I asked for to put down for him. Everyone was raving about the food from apps to our Key Lime tarts. Highly, highly recommend for any event you are planning!! They also did an amazing job staying masked, gloved. Etc. Keeping everyone feeling safe to enjoy the night!

We highly recommend Catered Affairs! Bradi and her team were amazing in helping us select the perfect menu and plan all the details for our big day! CA was also very accommodating and didn't overcharge for small changes (e.g. moving the bar during dinner; special dessert). We did a duo entrée of filet mignon and stuffed snapper - which guests raved about! The appetizers were also great and plentiful! The day of service was great and we liked the premium liquor brands included. Highly recommend!

Words cannot express the gratitude and admiration I have for this family-owned, amazing business. The funny part is, I have never even tasted their food (which, if it's like every other aspect of their business, is definitely delicious). Backstory: I was supposed to have my wedding in Key West next weekend; but because of Covid-19, had to cancel. Catered Affairs was one of my only vendors who not only issued me a fair refund, but also communicated their sympathies to me. I know how hard it is for family-run, small, local businesses right now, so I cannot say enough good things about dealing with Martina, Amy and the rest of the Catered Affairs Team. Even before the virus hit, they were one of the only vendors I worked with that made me excited about my Key West Wedding. They care, and aren't shady! They are organized, flexible, and responsive. Their menus are expansive and limitless. They are the real deal, very-fairly priced and they truly want your wedding to be special. Hire them! They're wonderful people and deserve the gold medal for best catering company on the island! :)

Amy and the whole catered affair crew were great to work with and really helped make our wedding day perfect. She and the chefs worked with us to make sure we had exactly the food we envisioned for our wedding. We wanted a great vegan meal and Amy and the chefs worked hard to come up with an outstanding vegan tofu curry. We also had barbeque mahi and steak with a black bean chutney. Everything was delicious at the wedding and we are still getting compliments on the food. The staff was also very attentive and on top of everything. We were so busy during cocktail hour that we didn’t get to try the appetizers. When we finally sat down to eat they brought us out a tray so that we could enjoy those too, which was very sweet. Not only was the food great for the wedding, but Amy was a joy to work with throughout the process. She was responsive to my many emails and questions, always had great recommendations, and was quick to reassure me whenever I was stressed. We would 100% recommend catered affairs for any event that you want to look great, run smoothly, and enjoy outstanding food.

Everything We Hoped for and More Amy, her husband and their team were absolutely fabulous. Amy is so down to earth and personable It was impossible not to go with Catered Affairs after our phone call. She truly made us excited about our special day and we felt so confident in her. The food tasting blew us away and she was always available to talk. She was quick to email or call whenever we had a question, which was so helpful when trying to plan a destination wedding. The dinner food was fabulous and cocktail hour could not have been more delicious! Amy and her husband truly love their job and It shows! Thank you for helping to create the most wonderful day of our lives!

Guests are STILL talking about how great the food was.. two weeks later!! Bradi Parks is so wonderful! From my very first call with her she made me feel great and knew exactly what I was looking for. She put together a mock menu so quickly and it was SO AMAZING we stuck with everything. Not only was Bradi so available and easy to connect with, but her teams service was also impeccable and the food was literally outstanding. I am not joking when I say that our friends and family are still talking about it. We had everything from conch fritters and empanada starters, to an oyster a shrimp raw bar, fresh catch mahi tacos, seared tuna, perfect tenderloins, etc. Best food I have ever had and honestly wish I got a chance to experience more. The bartenders and cocktails were AMAZING. Bradi worked with my directly for our signature craft cocktail menus and they were perfect. Honesly, I am blown away by Bradi and Catered Affairs and reccomend that you 100% work with them to make your wedding perfect! There are so many options and its so personal. Bradi made me feel so special and connected

Catered affairs was the best choice we made for our wedding! Bradi, the catering manager was phenomenal and the food and drinks were fantastic! The guests raved that our food was far and beyond any “wedding food” they’d ever had and the service was impeccable. We didn’t have to worry about a thing with the bar and the food plating; it fell together flawlessly thanks to their great planning. The food was delicious and fresh thanks to their food truck on site, and as a bride I was able to eat some of everything, which was beyond my expectations as they saved appetizers for us and made sure we had food available between greeting our guests. I can not recommend more highly!

Amy and Bradi and also their head chef(I did forget his name, sorry) were absolutely amazing! From the get go Amy was so personable and informative and I was sold at first meeting. Literally anything you need she will help with or offer advice. They prepare everything fresh from an onsite food truck which makes an amazing difference as far as catered food goes. My wedding weekend in Key West was probably the gloomiest, windiest and coldest and it rained during my outdoor wedding at Audubon house. No one even noticed because the food and the bartenders were awesome. I heard compliments about the food and staff for weeks after my wedding! Also worth mentioning I had a cocktail style reception which was heavy passed apps and set up stations, to me it's less formal and boring than a sit down or buffet. It was the best decision and everyone could party and mingle and dance the whole wedding. THANKYOU! to Catered affairs for making my wedding so special!

I can’t say enough about how fabulous Amy and the entire team at Catered Affairs of Key West were to work with! Amy is a joy to work with, I told her the type of reception I wanted and how much I was able to spend and she worked with me to find the perfect menu that was within my budget. That being said, you would never have known that I was working within a budget because the food was out of this world! It has been a month and my guests are still raving about the food, the appetizers were a HUGE hit (I have had about 15 people ask me if I could get the recipes for teriyaki meatballs and the mini chicken quesadillas) and the dinner was even better. Equally impressive was the service, everyone was quick, courteous and fun and we never needed to ask for anything. I would hire this vendor again in a heartbeat and would recommend Catered Affairs of Key West to anyone!

Amy and her team are the best! Amy was willing to work with us to put together a menu that really went with the Key West/tropical vibe we were working with. Her staff were so attentive to all of our guests, and took really great care of me when I became ill on our wedding day. Our guests are still raving about the food! We are so lucky that Amy and her team helped make our day so perfect!

I am honestly almost at a loss for words on how wonderful our experience was with Catered Affairs. I knew from many other reviews I read that this was likely "our company" and after meeting them in person I knew I chose right. I am not even lying when I say at minimum over 20 people complimented us on having "the best wedding food ever." This is why we chose this company and we are over the moon our guests enjoyed it thoroughly! Catered Affairs is extraordinarily professional. They came to our event with large staff, chef and personal food truck to cook food right on site. Bradi Parks was our go to gal when coordinating our catering. She went FAR out of her way to make sure we had a tasting set up even though she was out of town after we had to cancel our original tasting due to family member passing. She put me at ease with the severe food allergies family members had and was overall extremely professional and organized. We even met to walk through our catering the day prior to our wedding which I felt was above and beyond. I cannot say enough kind words... If you want to have "the best wedding food ever" look no further. I wish I could relive it again.

Amy Lay is so great to work with. Not only is she pleasent, she’s professional, extremely knowledgeable and helpful on all areas of wedding planning. She was very timely in answering my emails, texts and calls and never made me feel rushed or as if I was a bother. She ran a few different scenarios for me and worked with me so I could be within my budget. The food itself was great! They are one of the top caterers on the island and they showed us why - food tasted great! Usually wedding food doesn’t get complimented, they actually say how bad it is but in this case we got a lot of compliments on the food and how great the staff was. Everyone was pleased! I would hire them again for another event in the future but next time I would make sure Amy would be the one working my event. However, I was not able to give 5 stars because there were more than a few mishaps that occurred. Bartenders put out a tip jar without asking. I had a guest with life threatening food allergies and this was overlooked. Luckily another guest caught it before anything bad happened. For all you brides, make sure your baker provides you with a top-cake box. Also, I would suggest to review the items you agreed upon right before the wedding - there were a few things asked for that were not provided. I don’t want this to be negative, just informative. I would still use Amy and her staff for a future event but I would make sure Amy was available to work my event and I’d stress on the items in the contract before the event so they aren’t forgotten.

Amy Lay and the team at Catered Affairs are true pros. My husband and I live in Chicago and got married in Key West in November. We didn't have the opportunity to visit Key West before our big day, which meant we took at lot of tips from Amy and made decisions based on her guidance rather than our taste buds. That would make some brides nervous, but let me assure you: their food is phenomenal and their staff is delightful. We are so happy to have worked with Catered Affairs!

The entire Catered Affairs team put us at such ease from the very beginning! From the private tasting they did with us, to working with us as we rescheduled our wedding (ugh, Irma!) and on the day of our wedding everything was done to perfection. The ahi tuna on cucumber and coconut shrimp were my absolute favorite! We had passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour and then a plated dinner service. Amy and her entire team at Catered Affairs helped to make our wedding day absolutely perfect! We received many compliments that the food was the best wedding food many guests have experience. Above and beyond the food, however, was the service provided on the day of and throughout the event! Everything was handled flawlessly, and all of the guests received food and beverages in a timely manner throughout the event. I could never thank Amy and the whole team enough for all of your hard work and for making our big day so incredible!!

Amy ROCKS! We found Catered Affairs through The Knot and were also recommended by our wedding planner... and we are so glad we did. From the get-go, Amy was such an enormous help - she generously spent time on the phone with me talking me through the flow of events, giving me recommendations for my venue, and calming my nerves. She is an absolute BLAST to work with, and the food was unbelievable! Our wedding was over a month ago and our guests are still raving about our food! We got married on November 12, 2017 in Key West. It was a destination wedding for us, so we chose everything sight unseen (and food untasted). Catered Affairs, and in particular, Bradi, was amazing!!!! The food was fabulous and Bradi also doubled as our Day Of Event Coordinator. She was a blessing and we are so thankful we chose Catered Affairs/Bradi! If you are choosing Key West as a destination wedding and will not be able to make an advance trip for a tasting menu, have no fear in choosing Catered Affairs!

Our experience with Bradi and the Catered Affairs team was nothing short of amazing. The attention to detail, the willingness to make small adjustments to their menu to make it a perfect fit for the Groom and I was greatly appreciated. Our sit down dinner menu (for 125+ people) consisted of Filet Mignon, Snapper Dentice, and Chicken Saltimbocca – each one of these dishes was cooked to perfection and received rave reviews from our guests. The attention to detail to ensure that 90+ filet mignons were cooked perfectly was very impressive! I heard from everyone that the cocktail hour appetizers were delicious and that they kept going back for more. One thing I know is that good food makes everyone happy Not only was the food on point, but the service was top notch, I don’t think I was ever without a drink or food being offered. I also must mention the bar – we have a crew that likes to indulge in a good cocktail, and the bartenders delivered for the entire evening. Quick, friendly, and best of all they were enjoying themselves! Lastly, the logistics were flawlessly executed. The ability to move the ceremony chairs to the dining section, and keep everyone busy with food and drinks so they did not even notice the change. Impeccable! While there were plenty of decisions to be made throughout the planning of our destination wedding in Key West, one choice appeared obvious. At each venue we explored as a potential site for our wedding, the respective coordinators all had one recommendation in common-Amy Lay at Catered Affairs. After one look at the extensive array of food options (from traditional to authentic island cuisine) provided by Catered Affairs, we knew we had to use them for our reception during our July 2016 wedding. Even though it’s a full year after our wedding, we can still remember how delicious all of the food was! We had passed appetizers that included coconut shrimp with an orange Thai chili sauce, crab cakes with a remoulade sauce, chicken and waffles, and jerk chicken with Key Lime aioli (our absolute favorite was the jerk chicken, which we added last minute as an extra appetizer- we’re so glad we did). We also had a plated dinner with bread, a spinach salad with caramelized pears, candied pecans, dried cherries, and a pancetta vinaigrette. For entrees, we had chicken saltimbocca, island stuffed snapper, and mojo pork tenderloin. Our sides with the fish and chicken were garlic mashed potatoes and green beans, and with the pork we had black beans and rice and fried plantains. Everything was fresh, hot, and delicious- we’ve never experienced food that amazing at a wedding. The portions were huge, and the meals were definitely a great deal considering that the prices were less expensive than the other caterers that we looked into on the island. In addition to the food being fresh, cooked on site, and right in line with the Key West theme we were aiming for, Amy was a pleasure to work with. She always responded to emails and phone calls quickly, and was very helpful in making suggestions and recommendations for everything else that we needed for the wedding. We highly recommend Amy Lay and her team at Catered Affairs for anyone planning a wedding in Key West!!

Hands down, the best decision we made during our wedding planning process was hiring Catered Affairs. Amy, Bradi, Ross and all of the staff at Catered Affairs went above and beyond to make our wedding absolutely perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a more amazing team. Amy was beyond helpful throughout the wedding planning process. She answered a million questions that I had, probably a few times. The warehouse of decorations was amazing - it left me speechless when we saw it after our tasting. They had everything we could have ever imagined to make our wedding look great. The food was too die for. Our wedding guests were blown away by our food and talked about it non-stop. I can’t say enough great things about Catered Affairs.
