Overall best experience with a wedding vendor ! Very easy to work with via email, and fast response time. The food turned out amazing and tasted exactly as it did on the day of tasting! Highly recommend Vesh!!!

We catered Vesh for our wedding at The Barn at Crescent Lake on 3.14.2024 and was highly impressed! Everything was so delicious, fresh and hot. One of the top comments we got throughout the night was how delicious the food was. Everything was top notch, and I would highly recommend Vesh!

Vesh Catering was our wedding caterer this past February 2024 and we had an absolutely amazing experience with them! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone for their wedding! They were so easy to work with, accommodating and nice. The food was amazing, their staff was excellent and they made the entire process seamless and stress free! One of our top priorities for our wedding was making sure that we had good food and appetizers and Vesh did not disappoint! We had so many compliments come through from our guest saying that the food was the best they have ever had at a wedding! From our initial meeting, tasting to the wedding day, we had an excellent experience. Their communication was great and we cannot rave about them enough!

Vesh was amazing from the taste testing to the apps at cocktail hour and dinner at the reception! Everyone was raving how great everything was!!

we didn't have to worry about anything. the cocktail hour went off seamlessly and the food the couple chose was exceptional. The guests commented on how good it was! the bruschetta by far was the favorite. Dinner was late being served but was still hot and delicious. We would definitely give them a thumbs up and would use them again. Thanks for making our daughters special day worry free! Staff was exceptional!!

VESH was amazing! Not only was the team extremely friendly and easy to work with (they have something for every budget!), the food was delicious and well received by all!

It was a little rocky at first, but ended up being an amazing experience! There was some miscommunication on our first in-person meeting, causing a wasted trip. That said, we’re SO glad we didn’t let that steer us elsewhere! This vendor was lovely to work with and so accommodating. We live in CO, and had our wedding in FL. We didn’t think we were going to be able to do a tasting due to logistics, but they offered to do the tasting when we got in town, just two weeks before the wedding!!! It was so nice to be able to taste everything beforehand. This allowed us to choose exactly what we wanted, even with the crazy logistics. Everyone LOVED the food, and the staff were on point. Highly recommend! Vesh, thank you so much for being such a major contributor to our beautiful wedding.

If you want amazing food for your wedding then you really need to book with Vesh. They are extremely organized and communicate so well leading up to the wedding during the planning process. The tasting was an amazing and organized experience as well. All of my guests told us how amazing our food was at our wedding!

Food was a very important aspect of our wedding for the groom, and Vesh delivered big time. All of our guest loved the food and we did too! Additionally, their communication with us throughout was great.

There are not enough stars to give this company. When my (now) husband and I were searching for a caterer, we were looking for someone who was affordable, offered high quality food and provided superb service. Vesh Catering had all of this and so much more. My husband and I got married in Sarasota, so during the initial search for a caterer, we looked locally as we thought that would be the best way to save costs. We could not find a single caterer local to Sarasota that would include steak for less than a fortune. Upon going "back to the drawing board" many times, I recalled using Vesh for many company events when I worked in Tampa a few years ago. On a whim, I reached out to them to inquire if they cater weddings. Upon Alex and I reaching out to them and doing a tasting, we both immediately knew they were the one we wanted to cater our special day. Their food is incredible - so much so, many of our guests let us know it was "the best wedding food they've ever had" and asked for their business card to use them for future events. Now 2 weeks after our wedding, I am still receiving comments from people about how amazing the food was and wanting their contact information. Not only was the food phenomenal, Vesh's staff is professional, courteous, efficient and overall a joy to have at your event. We also used them for alcohol that included top-shelf liquor/an open bar as well as two signature cocktails that were delicious! Patty, Mark and team - you all were great and we will be using you to cater all future events! Thank you for making our day so special. **As my mom, sister and I had to get away from guests for them to bustle my dress, one of Vesh's team members, Maria, had hors d'oeuvres plated for us ready to eat ahead of the reception since we missed cocktail hour due to taking family photos. Maria appeared out of nowhere and at the perfect time - it was as if you snapped your fingers or she just read your mind! Maria and another team member also made sure to find Alex and I (as we were getting pulled in a million directions) to ask what we wanted for dinner as they would plate and serve us during dinner. Their whole team was incredibly attentive to each and every guest throughout the evening and it was noticed by many.

My husband and I just got married on 12/4/22 and we were so pleased with how the food came out. Every one of our guests said it was the best food that they've had at a wedding. Vesh did a fabulous job and we couldn't recommend them enough for your next wedding or event.

We cannot recommend Vesh enough! We are big foodies so we were definitely worried about the food not being good at the wedding and after we went for our tasting, we knew we found the perfect place. We submitted our choices for the tasting and were delighted to have more than what we asked for upon arrival! The staff went above and beyond during our tasting to make sure we were well catered to and to go over our choices and any changes we wanted to make. Since our wedding, we have heard nothing but raving reviews from our guests. We opted for 4 hors-d’ouvres: chicken sate, pulled pork sliders, bruschetta, and the crab cakes. Our main courses were the bourbon glazed salmon and the rosemary chicken, and our sides were the grecian potatoes and the mixed veggies. They also had bread and salad and we chose ranch and the AMAZING mango pineapple vinaigrette. Vesh is a must for your wedding!

Catered by Vesh provided the food for our wedding, and it was delicious! The staff were great from the very beginning stages of planning. We had a great selection to choose from and everything we tasted was amazing, it was hard to limit the selections for our wedding! They also had great selections for our gluten free/vegan/dairy free guests. I was impressed! Everyone raved about the food we had at our wedding. We are so happy we went with Catered by Vesh and definitely recommend them!!

We had 3-4 tastings of other caterers and all were good, but once we tried Vesh, there was no comparison. Chef Mark is amazing!!! We knew we had found our wedding caterer and we booked them on the spot. We are so happy with how everything turned out. The entire staff was so professional and went above and beyond. Cassandra is so patient and responsive, she is so awesome to work with. Angel is outstanding, he had every detail covered. Thank you all so much!

Vesh is by far the best caterer we tried for our wedding. They had a large selection of options. They let us try a wide variety during our taste testing and it was so hard to choose. The food on the day was excellent.

Vesh is absolutely amazing. Our guests were raving about how good the food was all night long and then even after the wedding! The quality is like no other and everything was just absolutely amazing. We chose the salmon and the chicken and there was not one complaint about either!

Mark & Cassandra and their Barman Pete were great! 2 months later and people are still talking about the food at our wedding! Cassandra was great to work with. She was on top on things responded right away to any questions and followed up on everything and gave suggestions for the order that I would never have thought of but thank goodness she did! Mark is really creative and understood that we wanted a menu that was full of flavor and really interesting. He was really patient and never disregarded any of our ideas. The food the night was as amazing as it was at our tasting We had our reception at our home and Mark was able to make everything work as far as flow and the service the night was exceptional. We love that this is a family owned local business ( we had bad experiences at other tasting with big corporate companies) and excellent value for money!!!! We would most certainly use them again and recommend to everyone.

Vesh and his staff were great to work with! My fiance (at the time) and I walked in to meet with Mark Vesh and he created a customized menu on the spot for us. It was the same menu we used for the wedding and it was a huge hit! The food tasted amazing and everyone raved about it. Plus the service provided by him and his wife was great - while the wedding party was having pictures taken, his wife came around offering us all food from the h'orderves table being offered to the guests. I would highly recommend them!

We had been given the name of Mark Vesh by our venue. He was amazing to work with and helped us create our perfect menu (fancy Southern cuisine). Although there were pre-made menus choices, he met with us and we planned a menu all our own. The food was great and he even sent us home with great take-away plates. All our guests (including the truly Southern ones) raved about the food and how delicious it was.
