Catered Cocktails was such an easy vendor to work with. They respond quickly, offer as much information as you want or need, and are flexible to what you hope your day will look like. My wife and I had them cater our rehearsal dinner and our wedding, and could not have asked for better bartenders/a better experience.

I feel this company would be best suited for events other than weddings. The controls that the owner put in place after the contract was signed were excessive and by that time we had not option to hire another company. It should be stated in the contract or initial meeting that draft beer is not preferred, costco size bottles are not prefered, shots are prohibited. These are a few things that we would have considered when booking with Catered Coctails. Everyone under the age of 30 should carry their id with them even those in the wedding party to be asked for it every time the owner is serving. I don't know anyone in our wedding party that brought their id's since they left all personal items at the hotel next door. Our group was not a bunch of teenagers. The youngest one in the wedding party was 25. I totally understand that that is their responsibility however, this was extreme. Just so you are aware. Also, if you have a signature drink be very specific how you want it made. We had a simple drink that we agreed should be pre-mixed and add the soda to it upon serving. Based on the comments we heard about the signature drink afterwards we realize they were not made correctly. That would explain the amount of alcohol we had left over. I will leave the many other issues out of this as she has an "answer" for every issue we had, even if it isn't the truth, but I will say that the night did not end well and it wasn't due to anyone in our group. The mistruths that we heard from her at that time, and after when discussed, were a real question of integrity. I do not fault anyone for mistakes, misjudgements, etc if the problem is handled in a way that all parties are satisfied. I feel the real issue, and what I base my opinion on, is when the problem isn't resolved and that is why I am leaving this review. She has many other great reviews so perhaps we were a one off but people should know what they may experience. The reason I am giving a 2 and not a 1 is because we did receive good service from the 2nd bartender throughout the evening. She does tell us however, that he is no longer with her. Huh?

Jennifer did an awesome job at our wedding reception. She gave some great advice ahead of time about quantities to buy, types of drinks to go with, and how to make them work best for a large group. She also advised us to pare down from 4 signature cocktails to 2 based on our guest count, which was really good advice because we ended up having more than enough already. Her expertise helped us save money and stress. From start to finish, she was very pleasant to work with and good at communicating with us and answering any questions. Honestly we didn't have much time to hang out at the bar during the reception, but the feedback we got from our guests is that Jennifer was very friendly and personable, efficient, the line moved quickly, and everybody got good service. Her price point was very reasonable for the service and guidance she provided. It was a huge help to be able to fully take that responsibility off our plates and delegate it to a seasoned and confident professional.

We had no idea how to plan a wedding or all the moving pieces that it would entail – we were quickly overwhelmed by the whole process. However, after several phone calls and emails with Jennifer from Catered Cocktails, her experience and expertise helped shape our wedding day into the event that we had always hoped for. The bar staff were incredibly timely, kind and professional. Our guests were very impressed with how quickly the line moved during cocktail hour and the reception and how accommodating they were with specific drink requests.
