erfectly serve our 160 guests and they also went out of their way to do a few special requests of ours. We would recommend them to anyone looking for helpful, budget friendly service.

ke. My wife and I had them cater our rehearsal dinner and our wedding, and could not have asked for better bartenders/a better experience.
I feel this company would be best suited for events other than weddings. The controls that the owner put in place after the contract was signed were excessive and by that time we h...
ad not option to hire another company. It should be stated in the contract or initial meeting that draft beer is not preferred, costco size bottles are not prefered, shots are prohibited. These are a few things that we would have considered when booking with Catered Coctails. Everyone under the age of 30 should carry their id with them even those in the wedding party to be asked for it every time the owner is serving. I don't know anyone in our wedding party that brought their id's since they left all personal items at the hotel next door. Our group was not a bunch of teenagers. The youngest one in the wedding party was 25. I totally understand that that is their responsibility however, this was extreme. Just so you are aware.
Also, if you have a signature drink be very specific how you want it made. We had a simple drink that we agreed should be pre-mixed and add the soda to it upon serving. Based on the comments we heard about the signature drink afterwards we realize they were not made correctly. That would explain the amount of alcohol we had left over.
I will leave the many other issues out of this as she has an "answer" for every issue we had, even if it isn't the truth, but I will say that the night did not end well and it wasn't due to anyone in our group. The mistruths that we heard from her at that time, and after when discussed, were a real question of integrity.
I do not fault anyone for mistakes, misjudgements, etc if the problem is handled in a way that all parties are satisfied. I feel the real issue, and what I base my opinion on, is when the problem isn't resolved and that is why I am leaving this review.
She has many other great reviews so perhaps we were a one off but people should know what they may experience.
The reason I am giving a 2 and not a 1 is because we did receive good service from the 2nd bartender throughout the evening. She does tell us however, that he is no longer with her. Huh?
Jennifer did an awesome job at our wedding reception. She gave some great advice ahead of time about quantities to buy, types of drinks to go with, and how to make them work best f...
or a large group. She also advised us to pare down from 4 signature cocktails to 2 based on our guest count, which was really good advice because we ended up having more than enough already. Her expertise helped us save money and stress. From start to finish, she was very pleasant to work with and good at communicating with us and answering any questions.
Honestly we didn't have much time to hang out at the bar during the reception, but the feedback we got from our guests is that Jennifer was very friendly and personable, efficient, the line moved quickly, and everybody got good service.
Her price point was very reasonable for the service and guidance she provided. It was a huge help to be able to fully take that responsibility off our plates and delegate it to a seasoned and confident professional.

The bar staff were incredibly timely, kind and professional. Our guests were very impressed with how quickly the line moved during cocktail hour and the reception and how accommodating they were with specific drink requests.

d us decide how much wine, beer, and liquor to buy for our two speciality cocktails. Asked all the right questions the week before so we knew they were prepared. They provided beautiful glass dispensers for our bulk cocktails. We were really adament about using mason jars that guests would keep the whole night instead of disposable plastic cups: no problem! They had a tub there at the bar to rinse out guests jars when they were ready for a refill. Jennifer and her second bartender at our wedding were so lovely and kind, and I couldn't have asked for a smoother experience with getting drinks served. Thank you!!

ing! As soon as we booked Catered Cocktails, Jennifer was very quick in correspondence to my emails, seeing as I had a lot of questions in regards to our bar menu and what/how much to purchase. Jennifer was able to answer how much alcohol we should purchase, cup sizes, and even the amount of ice to purchase for the number of guests! I appreciated Jennifer and her assistant respecting our “no shots” request! The day of our wedding went very smooth from them setting up and cleaning up in a timely matter! My dad truly appreciated Jennifer for taking care of the Father of the Bride!! I’d highly recommend Catered Cocktails to anyone hosting an event, they were so professional and allowed everything to go seamless!

an easy time signing contracts—CC utilizes online signing which I found incredibly convenient. The team’s guest interaction on the actual day was pleasant and warm—despite the uncharacteristically-chilly May temperature in Wisconsin. Clean-up and pack-up was a breeze and they left the facility as clean as it was when they arrived. If you desire an easygoing yet professional and experienced bar service for your day, I recommend CC.

and the pricing was reasonable. However, they also offer "full beverage and supplies service" where you select the drinks you want and they purchase and everything else you need. This is where we ran into some issues. The communication was spotty and the pricing was pretty inconsistent and confusing. Even though I sent all the details months ahead of the wedding, they asked us to supply an extra table and a cooler very close to the wedding, which was fine, but we would expect a cooler to be part of the full service and would have hoped to have that communicated earlier. In the end it all worked out, but added some stress to the planning process. Maybe that is a new part of their offerings and they are still working out the kinks.
On the positive side, we were pleasantly surprised by their house wine, which was quite tasty.

We got so many compliments all day on all of the vendors we had booked, the bartenders included. I highly recommend them to anybody getting married!

out the process. Take her advice on alcohol quantities as they ended up being very accurate (we ended up purchasing more than advised and have a large amount of wine bottles leftover...not the worst problem in the world though).
Jennifer and her associate arrived on time to the wedding and prepped everything in time for cocktail hour. They were able to provide beverages to everyone quickly and were very kind to all guests. They were even able to assist with a dinnertime wine pour! I am very pleased with Catered Cocktails and will hire them again for future events!
