As hosts of our daughter and son-in-law’s wedding our goal was to create a beautiful and memorable occasion for them and their guests. One of the most important vendors is the caterer, who will feed the wedding party and all the family and friends who have taken the time and traveled to celebrate this special occasion. We searched through several catering companies, and ultimately chose one that we had discovered at an open house at our venue, the French Farmhouse, because of their creativity, flexible meal plans and value. Amy, Amanda and Andre of Catered Roots stood out with their unique and delicious dishes that they served. We followed up with a tasting. We were so impressed with their beautiful presentation as well as the delicious meal plan that they created from our choices. When the wedding day arrived they were prompt and their menu did not disappoint! The Mediterranean Vine Buffet-style meal plan we chose was delicious. Additionally the hors d’oeuvres, late night snack, and sides were wonderful. They also provided vegan meals to a few of our guests as requested. Everyone was well fed and happy throughout the evening. Catered roots is a wonderful company to work with! They provide flexibility for clients to create the perfect and delicious meal plan for any event.

We used Catered Roots for my daughter's March 2024 wedding and couldn't have been more pleased. The food and attention to detail during the tasting was fantastic. The Catered Roots team was responsive to our questions in the months leading up to the wedding. On wedding day, their staff was top-notch. The service staff and bartenders were friendly and so very helpful. The food was exceptional. We had so many compliments from our guests about the food and the common theme was that this wasn't your 'typical wedding food'. Catered Roots was also very accommodating to our guests with dietary restrictions and allergies. Catered Roots is an exceptional vendor and I highly recommend them!

Catered Roots catered my wedding in 2022 and I absolutely loved them! They did an amazing job with the food and service! We got so many compliments about the food at our wedding even many months after the fact! They were very sweet during my tasting too when I had to do it alone since my husband was currently living in another state. Everything was amazing and I would definitely 10/10 recommend working with them. If I ever need catering in the area again I will most certainly be reaching out to them in the future!

One word - WOW. We are just blown away by the Catered Roots team! First, they are just such wonderful people. You truly get the small-business customer service that you just don't get from any other caterer! They were always quick to respond, kind, and so helpful! Second, the food. Just wow! I have never been so impressed by wedding food! Delicious, fresh, and left our guests wanting more! We received so many compliments. I absolutely love that they send the bride and groom home with a to-go box so we could enjoy our wedding dinner all over again the next day, and it was just as tasty! Catered Roots truly cares about you, not just the food. We are SO glad Catered Roots was apart of our special day and hope to work with them again soon!

Words simply will not do Catered Roots justice. One of the things I was most excited for on my wedding day was easily the food - and they did not disappoint. The people at Catered Roots make you feel like family from the moment you meet them - and it is no exception on your wedding day. They have fantastic options and truly will cater the menu to your vision. I cannot recommend them enough!

I am a wedding planner in the DFW area and I just recently worked with Catered Roots for a wedding. They are extremely professional and so efficient. I haven’t seen a buffet and bar line move so quickly. That, plus the food was delicious!! I highly recommend!

Catered Roots was one of our favorite vendors. Our food was absolutely amazing. Their team was phenomenal. They served my husband and my own food directly to our table during our reception, which we really really appreciated. Everyone RAVED about our brunch buffet, which was delicious. They were so accommodating, patient, and are very reasonably priced. Their beaded chargers for rent are really pretty too! We were sold on them at our tasting... They made us feel welcomed and appreciated, and they didn't try to "sell" us, but they did really impress us with the scale of the tasting. Thank you, Amy, for all of your help to make our day so special!!!

If you need a caterer, look no further! We reached out to Catered Roots based on their 5 star reviews & they were hands down our favorite vendor on our wedding day! Not only is their food outstanding (we did Tex-Mex!) but the entire team are some of the best people we’ve met. We will continue using Catered Roots for years to come!!

I highly recommend Catered Roots! The grazing table they prepared for our wedding was as beautiful as it was delicious. They were on time and very professional from our first meeting, arriving to set up and cleaning up to leave the venue on time. The chef created a custom menu to accommodate our vegetarian guests and several guests commented on the quality and friendliness of the service. I will definitely use Catered Roots for future events.

Amazing! We used Catered Roots for our wedding reception and rehearsal dinner food. They were absolutely great on all levels. Even my very picky father was impressed with the food. 5 stars all around and their ability to fulfill requests and respond with quick communication were above and beyond.

Amy and Amanda were AMAZING! I can’t gush about them enough. The food was spectacular, they made it FRESH and everything was served hot, even on our cold wedding day. The team was punctual, polite and completely accommodating! They worked with me on our budget and gave us great options every single time I changed my mind about something! 10/10 would hire again and looking forward to more events just so I can have their food again! This team went above and beyond and our guests are STILL raving about the food months later
