eat, 24 carrots has got to be the most deceptive and downright awful company in the wedding industry. PLEASE do yourself a favor and double check EVERY single version of any contract with pricing info in it that they send you. 24 Carrots will repeatedly try to increase prices or add in hidden charges without any notice or explanation. We repeatedly had to fight them on these kind of deceptive pricing practices during the last couple months of our wedding and to say it was stressful and absolutely awful is an understatement. They act like they are the best in the business in client service, but it is the exact opposite. Couples should expect to be able to trust the people they work with in the wedding industry and how can you trust a company that is constantly lying to you about what you agreed to pay? I am a lawyer and have defended multiple companies for engaging in unfair and deceptive practices, but I’ve honestly never had a client who was engaging in the misconduct like 24 Carrots does. Be warned - the venues and food are great, but 24 Carrots provides the worst client service imaginable and will engage in illegal pricing practices.

Food options, open bar choices, décor choices, ect. Prices are competitive with other wedding catering companies. All top of the line things that anyone would love to have for their wedding. I'd like to specifically thank Shane over at 24 carrots for everything! Always there to make our lives easier while planning this wedding. I'm not sure how we could have had as a spectacular wedding without all of Shanes help and great communication. Always catering to our needs non stop. He truly cares! I would have left a 5 star out of 5 star review but the 1 missing star is due to the fact that the Chef on my wedding night portioned out the steak incorrectly so the tail end of the guests((19% of the guests specifically) who were all supposed to receive steak and fish only got fish. But the majority of the guests all got a lot of steak and the normal amount of fish. It pains me to even mention this in my reviews because I loved 24 Carrots so much but it had to be said. Quite embarrassing to us that some of our guests didn't get what we ordered them. I appreciate 24 Carrots telling me this after it happened and they even refunded me partially for the chefs error. Other than that, I loved 24 Carrots so much for all the great things they did. Again, top notch food, décor choices, great communication. All so professional! ​THANK YOU!

You do not need much extra flair to make it beautiful as the landscaping is already lush in greenery, florals, and architecture to keep your guests eyes occupied for hours. This helped as we did not splurge on extra furniture rentals and kept florist arrangements to the necessities vs anything extravagant. The venue is ran by 24 Carrots catering, so you know you are already in good hands when it comes to food and drink. Although some may not like that you can only go with this catering option, we much rather preferred having these experts run the day as they know the venue and the food and drink were amazing. We all know that it is hard to say that about wedding food and long lines at wedding bars. This was not the case at our wedding. Appetizers, entrees, and the bar (we hired additional bartenders on purpose) were delicious, fast, and accommodating. As soon as our ceremony and pictures were done, we walked back into the bridal quarters and they had appetizers and drinks waiting for us. The team constantly checked on us throughout the night to make sure the bride and groom always had food on their plates and a drink in their hand; we even had one employee who was dedicated to just the two of us for a majority of the night. I do not recall exactly what she said her assignment for the night was, but I believe she mentioned she was "B&G" for the night - bride and groom! Thank you to RLL, Sarah and the entire 24 Carrots team for making our wedding the best night of our lives!

Also, our contact Nicole was fantastic. She was personable, fun, and always so helpful. I highly recommend using this company!!!

ng day, the planning was quite simple! We toured the venue and locked in a contract. Shelby kept constant communication with us and accommodated all of our requests. Shelby met the girls first thing the morning of our event to make sure we were all settled and ready for the day. She checked in periodically and made sure her team had everything handled per the diagrams and orders we locked in prior. Not only was the set-up and decor 5 Star, but the food was 5 Star too! At cocktail hour, we offered tray passed Vegetable Crudites, Roquefort Cheese Puff Pastry's (YUM!), Teriyaki Chicken Skewers, and Ahi Tuna Tartare Tacos. We decided to offer a buffet dinner for ease of service and to create a casual experience for our guests! We selected the Luau Buffet which included: baby spinach salad with mandarin oranges, macaroni salad (upgrade), Hawaiian rolls, tender slow-braised short ribs, ginger soy glazed salmon, jasmine rice, and Asian stir-fried vegetables! Dinner was SOOOO AMAZING and our guests are still talking about it. (Absolutely delicious!) After dinner, we opened up dancing & offered late night snacks and dessert. We had a Nitrogen Ice Cream station which was a total hit! Not only was there ice cream (the bride's favorite), but it offered a little show too! On a beautiful station, we offered mini cheesecake bites, strawberry eclairs, dark chocolate mousse cups and mango-lime parfaits. In addition to dessert, we offered tray passed mini corndogs, onion rings and grilled cheese with tomato soup shooters. WE WERE IN AW WITH HOW GOOD THE FOOD WAS! I have worked in the event industry providing food and beverage at multiple resorts and so expectations were high. The food provided at our menu tasting was EXACTLY what was provided at our wedding and so there were no surprises. We appreciate the team at 24 Carrots so much and hope to work with them again in the future! Thank you all so much for your dedication to the Five Star Experience!

There would have been no losers, but winding up with the Roscoe Chicken and Waffle Sliders and Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup dippers were amongst some of our best victories. And as far as the main course went—many of our guests told us it was the best entrees they’d ever had at a wedding. Nothing was “basic” or “boring”, each part of the meal had unique spins on old classics that were delicious, well presented, cooked to perfection, and tailored when needed to be for various guests’ dietary restrictions. 24 Carrots was so flexible and accommodating and we would definitely recommend them for all your catering needs! But seriously, please let us come eat your food again, we miss it.

ny. Their headquarters office is beautiful, and they give you an amazing, intimate experience for your food tastings. The food was exceptional and somehow tasted even more amazing on our wedding day. We got married in November 2019, and our guests are still talking about the cheeseburger sliders from our cocktail hour. My husband’s and my personal favorite was the mushroom ravioli (we chose the buffet option with mushroom ravioli, chicken, and salmon, and everyone was very pleased). The service from the catering staff was INCREDIBLE. We didn’t even have to ask for things, they were constantly thinking ahead, and they were so kind and professional. The service staff even brought my husband and I our food from the buffet so that we could have more time to eat (and they brought a small plate of extra mushroom ravioli because we loved it so much). Hannah Penprase was so easy to work with and she was very patient with any changes and/or questions we had. She helped us develop our vision and our table decor turned out amazing! We are so happy with how 24 Carrots helped create our dream wedding day!

Their staff is polite and attentive throughout the process, and the day-of - they even made app/dinner plates for my husband & I - and delivered them to us while taking photos and to our sweetheart table - which made it possible for us to enjoy easily. Our tasting felt like a celebrity experience - we had our own room with a waiter to show presentation, and at no point did we feel rushed. Many of our guests told us that it was the BEST food they have ever had at a wedding. We had a mexican food buffet - many of our guests went for seconds because it was so delicious!

t and the appetizers were seriously mouth-watering. Second, while working with Sarah, we set up one menu and had a wonderful tasting appointment. It wasn’t made clear to me at the meeting, but after the menu tasting, our contract went up by approximately $10k. So instead, we went back to the drawing board and figured out a menu within our price range. Communicating with Sarah was difficult and we couldn’t help but feel like they were taking advantage of us. There was no clarification of contract changes on 24C’s behalf. My fiancé and I had to break each contract down by category and compare it to the new contract to figure out exactly where costs went up. We’re not event coordinators and it was easy to miss certain details. It’s not the work we minded, however, it was the opaque attitude the two event coordinators had about pricing. When we thought we had an idea of what the cost would be, the contract would come back $4k over and we weren’t told why. Responses were few and far between. In fact, 6 weeks before the wedding, I inquired about our menu contract and received a response saying, “we have several weddings to get to before yours.” Hire more staff, I guess. With that being said, serving staff and bartenders at the wedding were beyond amazing. My husband and I received VIP care all night. Unfortunately, because we were forced to add a staff member last minute, our tip budget went down significantly and we felt bad about that. All in all, a 3-star experience (and really, the servers made up for a lot of frustration with supervisors).

ood was absolutely fantastic and I've found myself wishing they had a restaurant we could go to almost two months later. I'm so incredibly thankful for the entire 24 Carrots team for taking on our very small private reception. We only had 6 people for dinner and were surprised that they were willing to take on such a small group. All of our servers and our bartender were absolutely fantastic and fit in well, making our private reception feel like an intimate family dinner at home. Of the weddings I've been to, I cant remember ever having had better food than at my own. Thank you to the 24 Carrots team again for all of your hard work and for making our day so special.

ng, and I wanted to have a garden feeling outdoor wedding. The tall greenery of this venue is breathtaking and once the lantern lights go up, the centerpieces glowing, it was honestly the most perfect setting. Melissa and Haley were both very helpful and instrumental on helping us get everything finalized and making revision after revision to the contract. The final meeting to pick all of the little details went really smoothly, they were there for the taste testing, and made sure to answer all of our questions and concerns along the way. As far as the catering… We still have people telling us this was the best steak they had ever had at a wedding! During the tasting we were suspicious how they could make all of the food taste as delicious as it did for just the two of us for over 100 people but I must say that it was (all bias aside) probably the most delicious menu ever! The catering and bartending staff was perfect and even dedicated one waiter to the bride and groom for the whole evening to keep us boozed up and partying all night without having to stand in line for a drink or a bite. Thank you everyone!!

ally were so amazing and the bread bar was TO DIE FOR! My favorite was the Kobe Beef skewers. The wait staff was friendly and quick to help me with my one-year-old finding something for him to eat. I overheard the mother of the bride say they did not expect this many extra people to attend the wedding and the waitstaff did not skip a beat and kept bring out food for everyone! I've attended other weddings where the catered food was just ok and nothing special, but I was thoroughly impressed with the quality and flavor they had. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting them as a vendor for their wedding or events!

However, the peppercorn crusted filet and wild mushroom risotto were praised. Also all the hors devours were tasty and elegantly presented (sign me up for another Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup shooter). Logistics: The 24 Carrots team was extremely professional and helped to handle all facets of the day for us. They helped us to start planning our wedding two years before the actual day, worked to rent rustic farm tables for the event, obtained heaters a week before the event, and worked to coordinate everything from the seating chart to the table service. They are truly a one stop shop! Service: The night of the event many compliments were received on the amazing service which 24 Carrots provided. Additionally the 24 Carrots team even sent two waiters with us (one with drinks and one with food) to ensure we were being fed during our photos - which occurred during cocktail hour after the ceremony. The service was best, bar none. We would highly recommend 24 Carrots cater your event! They have amazing food, a high quality staff, and are extremely helpful in all parts of event planning.

Amanda quickly answered all of our emails and she was so incredibly nice! Amanda was our go to person at 24 Carrots from the beginning and I would recommend her as your Event Designer if you are considering 24 Carrots. For our cocktail hour, we had 4 different hors d'oeuvres: 1. Fig, Herbed Cheese, and Glazed Pecan on Belgian Endive Petals, 2. Foreset Mushroom and Goat Cheese Tartlets, 3. The 24 Carrot Slider which had Brie, Truffle Honey, Bacon-Fig Jam, Roasted Garlic Aioli And Caramelized Apples, and 4. Chicken Yakitori. We received SO many compliments from our guests about the hors d'oeuvres (especially the 24 Carrot Slider). Everything tasted so delicious and my husband and I were pleasantly surprised to see that there were plenty of hors d'oeuvres to go around. All of our guests were able to get a couple of hors d'oeuvres each which was great. For our dinner, we opted for a buffet. We had 2 salads: Simple Mixed Greens, and a Warm Goat Cheese Salad. Our 2 meats were Seared North Atlantic Salmon and a Pan-Seared Hangar Steak. Our 2 sides were Mashed Potatoes and Broccolini Almandine. Just like the hors d'oeuvres, dinner was a huge hit with all of our guests. We really appreciated that 24 Carrots also had an option for vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options for some of our guests that had diet restrictions. We just had to let Amanda know ahead of time so that they could plan accordingly. 24 Carrots is a great company to work with and they took care of everything for us on our wedding day. They set up the ceremony space, cocktail hour, and reception space. Everything looked perfect on our special day.

ould talk about! One of the reasons we picked our venue was because they allowed outside catering, which was a must for us. So many times I hear people say that the food at the weddings they attend was "just ok", or "nothing special". Because we love to eat, and I have a million foodie posts on my IG and FB, I knew the response for our wedding food could not be BLEH. So, we set out on a few tastings, and when we got to our tasting with 24 Carrots, we were really impressed. Everything was full of flavor - from the hors d'oeuvres, to the main entrees, to the dessert. It was really hard to decide. We also wanted some customized hors d'oeuvres to reflect some of our favorite foods in small bites. 24 Carrots was very accommodating and in the end, we finalized on the following menu, which I was super excited about: Apps: Mini beef wellingtons w/classic bearnaise pork belly & waffles w/rosemary maple syrup shrimp & grits in these cute little martini glasses crunchy sushi roll Mains & sides: Butter lettuce salad w/caramel roasted pears, aged white cheddar, candied pecans & aged sherry vinaigrette Caprese Stack salad Potato gratin dauphinoise corn & spaghetti squash succotash fried chicken & gravy soy & ginger marinated kobe style beef YAAASSS. Let's just say, many of our guests are still talking about how our food was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. I had no doubt 24 Carrots would accomplish that, and I can't thank them enough. On top of delicious food, their service is IMPECCABLE (their bartenders included). They had a couple of servers always checking on me and my husband to ensure we had enough drinks (I def had my fill of pinot grigio, thank you), appetizers, and food. They really went above and beyond. Our guests were amazed at the wonderful service and the scrumptious food - some even say it was the best fried chicken they had ever had. BOOM! 'Nuff said. uring cocktail hour to the excellent prime rib and salmon during the reception, everyone thoroughly enjoyed the cuisine and just raved about it! This was a huge compliment since we had guests from all over the US, Spain, Germany and Switzerland with all different types of tastes. The service was impeccable as well. During our cocktail hour they followed my groom and I around, making sure we always had something to drink or eat. Did I mention all the smiles when they whipped out the mini hamburgers, hot dogs, and french fries for our late night dance party?!

The price was a bit high considering that the venue also charged us for the table and chair rentals. But overall the food and service was great. The portions were nice and big and the food tasted just as great as in the tasting. My overall experience was that the service and food was superb. We did feel that they try to squeeze every penny out of us but they are not pushy is just that they charge for everything. Nevertheless, we received many positive reviews on the food which was a priority on our wedding list!

ng food I have ever had! The tasting was so wonderful, and a professional environment. They let us try several things and tweak the menu here and there. We went with a buffet service to cut down on the cost and help speed up the dinner process and it ended up working perfectly! We did a pre-set salad so when people entered the reception, they could eat right after a prayer was said and during the toasts. We worked with Lynn at first, but she was promoted, so we had Shelby and Kimberlyn. Both were professional, friendly and answered all of our questions. It is pricey, but it was so worth it. The entire service staff was so professional, everything went so smoothly. I could not be happier with 24 Carrots - they exceeded our expectations!

booking Rancho Las Lomas, and because our wedding was in the off season, they were able to negotiate pricing with us and even threw in a few extras. By the time we signed, they were able to bring the total cost of the venue+catering down to within $3K of our 2nd choice venue, so we went ahead and took the leap, and we felt like we were getting a good deal even though the pricing was expensive. Our coordinator Lynn was also very patient with us as we went back and forth, line item by line item, through our contract before signing. I think we are a lot more detail-oriented than most customers, and Lynn looked at everything and explained everything patiently. Mid-way through the process, Lynn was promoted and we had a new contact, Nicolle. We did our tasting after we had already booked. Nicolle showed us some options that we had available on charger plates and linens. After we had spent quite a while looking at all the combinations, Nicolle informed us that the ones we picked were not the ones included in our package and would cost extra (hundreds of dollars extra). Luckily, our wedding coordinator had given us a tip to charmeuse linens that were shiny and rich looking but were half the price of the pink tuck that Nicolle had guided us to. Nicolle also sent me pricing (in an email) for charger plate options, and we picked a mid-priced charger plate (white with a silver band). Lynn contacted me to inform me that she was taking over our wedding because Nicolle was no longer with the company. When Lynn took over, she informed us that Nicolle had put in the wrong charger plate price and also that the staffing hours were changing based on the details of our event (e.g., we were serving cake and our milkshake shots later in the night not immediately after dinner -- doesn't everyone do it later?). We were frustrated with 24 Carrots, it seemed like every time we turned around, something was costing extra. I believe them that there is fine tuning when you get to the end of the process, but this was on the order of several hundred dollars on top of all our other expenses, so we had had it with extra costs this late in the process. Lynn worked hard to balance staffing costs and they gave us a different charger plate at cost to keep the cost down. I recommend to 24 Carrots that they change their mode of doing business into a price per person rather than line iteming out everything, it was a big headache for us because we pay attention to the details. In the end, we ended up not tipping Lynn and the wait staff because we felt that we had paid enough to 24 Carrots with all the "fine-tuning". The staff did a good job and I feel guilty that we did not tip them, but we were out of budget and could not keep extending the money. 24 Carrots had told us in the beginning that the staff was paid well and did not expect a tip so I guess it's OK. Overall, the guests all said that the food was delicious and hot and the wait staff did a good job. They really liked the compressed salad and our signature cocktail.

The food was incredible as well. The enchilada was so good and I wish we could have taken left overs home. The staff is also amazing. They are super friendly, professional, and personable. They kept checking up on myself and my husband and making sure are drinks were filled and and if we needed seconds.

They had a team that plated and served our dinner, and even a team that went up to the suites to get the bridal party drinks and hor'devours. Everything tasted amazing. We did the Pablano Chicken which was nice and moist. We had buffet service and it looked like people were moving through the lines pretty quick. All in all- the service and food was great! 24 Carrots owns the venue so you have to use them for your food, but it's not a bad thing. They may be a little pricey, but you are getting good quality food and it all tasted great!
