Couldn’t rave more about Concordia Catering! Prior to wedding, they were great with communication, easy to reach, accommodating, and very professional. At the wedding, everything ran so smooth and they were super professional. I had an issue with other vendors coming to me as the bride during the day with questions, but Concordia was one of the only venders who knew exactly what they needed to, served an amazing meal, and were out. They came and went so smoothly, which was perfect. I had no concerns even leading up to the day because Forrest was great and so organized. I knew exactly what was going to happen and they executed it perfectly. Highly recommend Concordia Catering!

Everything up until the event was wonderful. The guy we worked with was Forrest and he is very friendly, helpful and up-front about realistic expectations for how much of everything to buy. I didn't feel pressured in any way during our consultations. Unfortunately Forrest himself wasn't present for our event. The staff that were there were still fairly friendly but the service wasn't quite as good as expected. Special diets were forgotten (one of which was for the Maid of Honor) and my food was lukewarm. However, to their credit, it was still delicious. Everything was great other than the service itself which was fairly average. I would recommend for a good blend of cost and quality, extra point if Forrest is worked with.

Used Catering by Concordia for our wedding. The food was great - people LOVED the Mac and Cheese, cupcakes, and pulled pork. Everything arrived in a timely manner and they were very easy to work with.

We worked with Forest from Concordia. We heard nothing but amazing things about the food (Concordia Chicken Buffet). We had several guests with dietary restrictions ranging from a variety of allergies, gluten free and vegetarian. Concordia made it INCREDIBLY easy to accommodate (and served our guests with restrictions equally as delicious food). We also used Concordia to caterer appetizers for social hour. Our guests LOVED it. Only regret? Our guests loved the apps SO MUCH we should have ordered more. Both us and our guests have nothing but good things to say about Concordia Catering.

From start to finish, Concordia Catering has been amazing to work with. Bill was a great point person and was so helpful to planning our big day. We had snacks during cocktail hour, dinner, and cupcakes all through Concordia Catering. We had so many compliments on how good our food was on our big day! It was also neat to serve Concordia Chicken as one of our options for dinner as my husband is a Concordia Alumni. Highly highly recommend using Concordia Catering for your event.

Catering by Concordia did a prenominal job catering for my approximate 200 guest wedding. The food was very tasty, and their staff was courteous and prompt. If I had any requests or suggestions the day of the wedding the staff was quick to cater to any of our needs. The Concordia coordinator was well versed in catering needs for a wedding and suggested many things that I didn't think about. I would highly recommend Catering by Concordia for the Fargo ND area, especially for Lone Oak Farm Venue in Ayr ND where we held our wedding.

Catering by Concordia was wonderful to work with! Bill helped make everything so easy and was very responsive to emails and phone calls. He let us in on insights from past weddings to help make our decisions easier. The staff that served at our wedding was so great. They were fast and efficient and were very kind. The food was also amazing! We had Swedish meatballs and I pretty much inhaled them. They also provided our desert so it was nice to go through one vendor.

Concordia did such a great job with organizing the food for our wedding. Our first meeting with them they blew us away by creating a time table and walking us through their night. They provided us with servers who kept the food filled until dinner was over. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
