Corey was such a joy to work with!! She was so communicative and kind and made choosing our menu a breeze! She has so many options and even offered more off-menu choices when we mentioned that some of our guests were plant-based. Corey was so patient with us when we changed the menu several times and helped us choose the right number of items for each app so we’d have the right amount of each item for our guests! The food was amazing and everyone kept telling us how good it was all night!! Corey made the whole process so easy and non-stressful, I would definitely recommend hiring Catering by Corey for your wedding!!

Corey and her team were AWESOME! From start to finish we had such a positive experience. They were extremely responsive to e-mails and accommodating with dietary restrictions. We did Thai, Indian, and Taco stations and the food was so good. We got so many compliments from our guests who literally said it was the best wedding food they've ever had. On day of you have a personal attendant who makes you plates, packages up to-go food, and makes sure you are taken care of on your wedding day. The servers at the wedding were so friendly and it seemed like they were having just as much fun as the wedding guests. I'd recommend Corey to anyone!

Corey's food was absolutely AMAZING!! As we had a destination wedding, we were unable to do a taste test so we relied on Corey to put together a great spread and she did! Corey got back to us immediately on all of our emails and was happy to make all the adjustments we requested. The wait staff was also very professional and so on top of everything. We even got a plate of appetizers delivered to us while we were taking our bride/groom pictures, which was much appreciated!

Believe the reviews - truly a foodies dream team! From Corey's creativity and responsiveness via email, I was already impressed and wanted them for our wedding. She came up with a dinner plan that was unique to what we wanted and exactly what I envisioned. Her team as a great as she is! My fear was not being able to enjoy our own food on wedding day but her team was extremely attentive. Walking out of our ceremony we were greeted with drinks and apps solely for me and my husband. They made sure to make us plates from the buffet dinner and be the first ones served. They constantly checked in on us throughout the evening to make sure we were ok. Not only was the service fantastic but so was the food! All the guests were raving about how delicious it all was. They are worth every penny!!!

Foodies, this is your caterer! We had Corey’s team for our 2/17/24 wedding, and the food was incredible. We knew from the tasting that the food would be amazing, but then so many of our guests approached us after the wedding to go on about their amazing meal and the creative cocktail hour bites! Steak, salmon, mushroom risotto, and a dozen more entrees to choose from. We also had chicken and waffle bites, shrimp and grits spoons, a cheese board, and other cocktail hour food! The guests loved it. My mom and uncle have mentioned the steak being one of the best of their lives which is a HUGE compliment. I went with salmon and ate it all. It was fantastic and we would happily book them again!

If you are a foodie book Corey asap! Her team is amazing and the food is out of this world. I had so many compliments about our food from Corey after our wedding. We decided to have a plated meal for our 130 guest wedding and let me tell you, the food was just as good as our tasting. Every guest complimented on every single thing! Even the presentations were so pretty. Corey was so amazing to work with, so sweet and I HIGHLY recommend.

Corey's team was amazing to work with! I contacted them during the busy Fall 2022 wedding season and they were one of the few companies that sent a prompt response. This consideration and reliability was consistent throughout the planning process. ​​ Corey patiently addressed all my inquiries and graciously accommodated multiple menu changes. Lindsey was on site for my venue walkthrough as well as my May, 2023 wedding and was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. A few days after the wedding, I learned there had been some significant generator problems (it was an outdoor wedding). However, Corey's people were such pros, guests had no idea! The food itself is delicious and the team’s timing impeccable. Following the ceremony, they gave my husband and me a few moments with the photographer before offering us glasses of water and a tray of appetizers, ensuring we didn't miss out on cocktail hour. I highly recommend the Appalachian egg rolls, bacon-wrapped figs, tostones with duck confit, and roasted red pepper stuffed mushrooms. Our guests loved how quickly and seamlessly CbC served the plated dinners of trout with lemon beurre blanc, filet mignon with chimichurri, and vegan mushroom risotto. CbC also set up a coffee service after cake cutting which was a big hit. A nice finishing touch was being sent home with boxes of leftovers which my husband and I enjoyed the next day for lunch. Wedding planning can be stressful, but working with your vendors doesn’t have to be. If you value quality food, excellent communication, and professional service, I wholeheartedly recommend Corey, Lindsey, and their entire team. They made our wedding day even more special and our guests still rave about the delicious food and impeccable service

We cannot recommend Catering by Corey enough! We received SO MANY compliments about the food both during and after the wedding. They even made sure to take special care of us during the wedding so we could eat, drink, and celebrate. We especially want to make sure we mention why we went with them (in addition to the wonderful food): during our tasting, Corey had a wedding later that day and their venue has lost power. She remained extremely calm and still spent time with us during our tasting as if nothing happened. We knew if she could handle that situation, to put it plainly, like a boss, she would be someone we wanted to work with for our wedding as she can handle anything.

Working with Catering by Corey for our wedding was such a great experience from start to finish. She had so many unique and creative options on her menu and let us modify our picks to be exactly what we wanted in our budget. The food was just as good, if not better, at the wedding as it was at our tasting too! This was definitely the easiest vendor for us to pick, and we're so happy we went with Corey!

I had a great experience working with Catering by Corey on the menu for my wedding in Asheville, NC. Corey & Team were easy to work with and extremely accommodating to all of the food allergies we learned of after receiving our RSVPs. Our entire menu was dairy-free & gluten-free and was absolutely delicious! Our guests could not stop talking about the food. I highly recommend hiring Catering by Corey for your catering needs! Corey stepped in for us semi last minute as we had a previous vendor fall through and let me tell you, BEST DECISION we ever made. We did not even get a chance to try the food prior to our wedding because of the last minute changes and us not living in the area to get a tasting in, and it was literally the best food ever! We were complimented by all of our guests on how it was the best wedding food they had ever had. The staff was also so lovely to work with! We had our own personal member tending to us all night to make sure we had all of our needs met and they packed us leftovers to take back to our hotel with us which was so needed after such an eventful day! Thank you so much to Corey and her amazing staff, would recommend to anyone!

Catering by Corey did an amazing job with all the food for our wedding!!! Everyone was raving about it and a few of our guests told us it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding! In particular, the squash casserole was TO DIE FOR. Honestly, it was the talk of all our guests. Corey, I would be thrilled to get the recipe!!! We couldn't be more thrilled with how delicious the food was, the smoothness of the service and friendliness of the staff! Corey was so helpful and responsive during the planning process. So patient even with a number of changes I threw her way throughout the process. She was always calm, sweet, professional and accommodating. I really could not recommend Catering by Corey any more highly!!

Corey and her staff did an amazing job at our wedding. The food was absolutely amazing. After the wedding, we had numerous people say that it was the best wedding food. Numerous people also told us they had seconds or thirds. The pasta action bar and the squash casserole were the best! We absolutely recommend Corey to anyone and everyone looking for a caterer. On our wedding day, the best decision I made was marrying my husband, the second best decision was hiring Catering by Corey/ Drinks by Corey!!! (I promise I am not exaggerating) We booked her well in advance of our May 2022 Wedding and we were so happy to be proactive because she books up quite fast (for a good reason). We always would say in our planning process if we were to ever open our own business – we would want to handle it like Corey runs her- with the ultimate kindness, openness to ideas, flexibility, and hard work. Corey was an absolute pleasure to work with – her emails would just brighten my day combined with her can-do attitude. Working with Corey was a breath of fresh air. She was able to make our vision a reality – and coordinated all the rentals of linens / napkins etc. Let’s get to the food – at our wedding, everyone LOVED the food. Everyone stated that the plated dinner – beef and salmon were both cooked to perfection, and everyone loved the appetizers (My favorite was the beef wontons and tostones). We also had a popcorn bar and a late night snack of warm pretzels that our guests are still talking about!! The whole service team was amazing and we just had the best experience with them. We used Cheers by Corey for our full bar and it was perfection. Lindsey is the BEST and so kind, accommodating and creating. We chose two signature drinks that all of our guests couldn’t stop talking about- the gin gimlet and the strawberry habanero margarita! Lindsey gave us a drink calculator and was super helpful with any questions that we had. The food was amazing!!!! The staff was amazing!!! All of our guests raved about the food and even wanted seconds. Our other vendors were also excited when we told them they'd be having meals from Catering by Corey! The staff even made sure my husband and I had a chance to eat during the cocktail hour, checked on us personally throughout the evening, and packed us to to plates. I highly recommend them and encourage you to get the shrimp and grits!!! You won't be disappointed!

Catering by Corey was a preferred vendor from our venue, and we are very fortunate to have scheduled her almost 18 months out because she is the vendor to get for the area!! When speaking with other vendors and letting them know Corey was our vendor, everyone only had positive things to say—both about how friendly her team is and how fantastic the food is. And those praises couldn’t be more true. We ended up doing the charcuterie board for the cocktail hour and a buffet for dinner. Corey was very flexible to our indecision on what we wanted and provided us updated menus/pricing to provide us flexibility and see our options based off our budget. Additionally we were able to do all of our rentals through her, including the bar package (I.e CHEERS by Corey) truly making her a one-stop-shop. We had numerous guests that had food restrictions and allergies that Corey and her team were very accommodating and responsive to throughout the evening. They even served my grandparents at their table since they were limited with mobility. These small things made all the difference for us. If you’re looking for someone to be a one-stop-shop that serves beautiful and incredible food, as well as a team that is very very friendly look no further than Catering by Corey! I highly recommend her for any service you may need.

We were lucky enough to have Catering by Corey recommended by our wedding planner and venue. Being an out-of-town bride during covid we were not able to do a tasting prior to the wedding. Let me tell you that didn’t matter at all. Corey’s food was incredible. Everything looked and tasted great. We chose a buffet style, and everything was perfection down to the temperature of the meat the perfect medium rare! The staff was so accommodating to all our guests and especially my Husband and I. They brought us appetizer plates since we would be missing cocktail hour, and our dinner plates were the best sampling of everything. We received so many compliments from our guests about how good the food was. We also used Corey’s bar service “Cheers! By Corey, that was equally as wonderful! 10/10 would recommend!!

We hired Catering by Corey for our wedding this past weekend in Asheville, NC – Corey and her Cheers team member Lindsay were beyond amazing to work with for our big day! We also had her do the catering for our big welcome party the night before. We found Corey through our venue coordinator at Highland Brewing who had nothing but great things to say. To say we were impressed with the entire process would be an understatement. The food was one of the most important things to my new husband (he is a huge foodie) and we wanted to make sure that our guests were going to enjoy a truly unique wedding catering experience as we were SO over the traditional steak, salmon and chicken banquet style food at most weddings. Corey worked with us to create an entirely new dish based on something I found online and thought looked/sounded delicious. We also went with several of her menu favorites and added a few other originals to top everything off. Throughout both events our guests raved about how delicious the food was. Several bridesmaids cleaned their plates and my maid of honor (who is also a wedding planner in Miami, FL and has worked some high-ticket weddings on south beach) said that it was the best wedding food she has EVER eaten. It was equally delicious the next day as we ate our to-go boxes. ;) We also worked with their team to setup our custom cocktails and liquor bar. Our cocktails were based on a few that my hubby and I like to make at home with our citrus trees and some not so specific measurements. Lindsay, the head of the Cheers by Corey team helped us calculate liquor needs, tweaked our cocktails at our tasting until they were JUST right and everyone had amazing things to say about them. Without a great caterer, a wedding is just a big party with loud music and some dancing. We could not have been happier with our decision to work with Corey and her team who were beyond professional and provided us with a delicious night. Corey and her team were INCREDIBLE!!! I cannot recommend Catering by Corey enough!! From the start of it all, Corey was so kind, easy to talk to, and SO flexible and accommodating to ALL of our needs!! My husband is vegan and his parents are vegan/gluten free and she provided special plates to my husband and his parents on top of the full buffet for everyone else!! She was incredibly knowledgeable about vegan/vegetarian options and made THE most delicious vegan lasagna that even the meat eaters at our wedding were shocked to find out it was vegan. The mashed potatoes and citrus chicken were to die for and the appetizers were a huge hit (those crab cakes so savory!!). And the late night pretzels with local mustard and beer cheese were the icing on the cake!!! We had people coming up to us during and after our wedding to tell us it was the best wedding food they'd ever had!! On top of the amazing food, Corey and her team's service was a dream!! Our captain for the night gave us appetizers right after the ceremony so that we could enjoy it before mingling at cocktail hour! She gave us giant plates of food right when we sat down for our dinner so that we could fill up on delicious food before talking to guests. She checked in on my husband and I countless times to make sure we had enough food and drink!! At one point in the night someone from the team just came up to me with a pretzel!! AND they gave us a giant bag that had boxes of leftovers, including all the food, so that we could enjoy more of it after our wedding (I totally ate lasagna for breakfast the next day). The whole experience with Corey and her team was absolutely magical!!! We could not have had better food and catering team for our wedding!! We love Catering by Corey - thank you!!

I cannot recommend Catering by Corey enough! They offer a wonderful menu to choose from and were so welcoming and easy to work with. All of the staff at Catering by Corey are fantastic and they checked on us throughout the evening to make sure we had everything we needed, in addition to sending us home with some extra plates of food. Our guests are still telling us how delicious the food was and we were especially pleased she had incredible vegan and vegetarian options for some of our guests. Overall, Corey made this process easy and seamless and the food was amazing!

Corey was super helpful and responsive from the beginning. We booked her over a year in advance and was super helpful helping us decide a menu even when we had no idea what we wanted. She was helpful in ordering all the plates and flatware for the event. The couple of times I emailed her regarding payment and other details, she was super quick to respond. Day of, her staff was super responsive. They brought me and my husband a charcuterie board right after the ceremony for us to snack on ourselves. They made sure we always had a drink in our hand through photos and dinner. They served me and my husband our meal and checked on us several times throughout dinner. The mashed potatoes were amazing so they made sure I had an extra serving of those. They even packed me and my husband each a to go box, cake, cookies, and a charcuterie board. Also, all my guests said they loved the food and it was some of the best food they have had at a wedding!! It was amazing. I highly recommend her!

She quickly got back invoices and adjusted anything we needed while providing professional input. The food was amazing and the guests gave us several compliments. My husband Andrew and I were amazed by the wonderful food and service provided by Corey and her team for our wedding in June! Our guests kept telling us how delicious all their meals were- we had plated meals- beef, chicken and a vegetarian risotto. Andrew and I both had the beef with chimichurri sauce that was out of this world! Lindsey made us feel like royalty as she brought us our own charcuterie board and drinks after our ceremony while we were soaking up our first moments of marriage. We cannot speak highly enough about our experience with Catering by Corey.

Catering by Corey is an amazing company! Corey herself is so nice, quick with responses, and flexible with the menu. The food was absolutely scrumptious and my husband and I couldn't wait to take home the leftovers (even though there wasn't too much because it was so good)! I still get people who tell me that they loved the food at my wedding. I highly recommend the Mac N Cheese Bar and Citrus Chicken. They also took such wonderful care of us during the reception and brought all of our food and drinks to us, making sure we were always pleased. We absolutely loved Corey and the staff and are just so grateful.

Working with Corey was an absolute pleasure! We were attracted to her initially by her great reviews and tasty looking menu. We had a rough idea of what we wanted and met with her in person to discuss. She was super helpful and we tasted delicious food and left with our menu made up. She was very professional to work with throughout the whole process always responding to questions quickly, updating invoices for changes, etc. She even helped us with wedding decisions not really under her area exactly. She also accommodated special requests and dietary restrictions. Come the wedding day, everything went off with out a beat missed and we did not have to worry about anything - Corey's team was all over it. The food was delicious - we may be biased but it was the best wedding food we've had and many of our guests said the same. 100% would recommend you use her!

Catering by Corey was truly amazing to work with on our wedding day. They have an extensive menu that can meet the needs of every wedding, even those with dietary restrictions. They were so professional and truly cared for us on our wedding day. There are so many people that always say to find time to make sure to eat on your wedding day. We had no problem with that. Appetizers and drinks were brought to us as soon as the ceremony concluded so we could enjoy a our own mini cocktail hour while taking pictures. During the reception, food was brought directly to us first so we could be available to take more pictures or meet with our guests. They provided top notch service that made us feel so special and taken care of. They even made sure to pack us a to go box to enjoy food later. All of our guests RAVED about the food. Everything tasted amazing and it was by far the best wedding food we have ever had. They even ensured that our dog Lilly was cared for with treats. YUM. Corey is truly amazing at what she does. When looking at options in the Asheville area, we looked at her menu, and it was game over! During our initial conversation with Corey, she provided great insight as to how to build the menu for our wedding day, and some solid recommendations on what to go with. Most of our family is from Pennsylvania, so we wanted to treat them to a Southern style meal! Corey was able to make that happen for us.  Corey and her staff are extremely talented, and are prepared to deliver a one of a kind meal service. No matter the needs or dietary restrictions that any and all guests may have, Corey is ready to deliver, and ensures every single person has a meal to enjoy. We had a handful of guests with dietary needs, who firstly, thanked us for thinking of their needs, but more importantly - raved about how delicious their selection was. We decided to pursue the buffet option - and were so happy we did! The meal was hot, the presentation was great, and each guest was able to customize their plate, rather than getting a plate full of things they may not enjoy eating.  One of Corey's staff members, Billy - was AWESOME! The second we had wrapped up the ceremony and began taking photos during cocktail hour, Billy was present with appetizers and our drink of choice ready to serve us. He was beyond kind and friendly, and catered to every single need. We don't know how it happened, but he even had to-go boxes prepared for us - which we ate when we got home!  Corey - thank you, thank you, thank you for being way too good at what you do, and creating a delicious meal for us and our guests to enjoy on our wedding day. Our family and friends are still raving about it! We appreciate you!!

We cannot say enough great things about the Catering by Corey team, and the fantastic job they did catering our wedding. Many members of my husband's side of the family have Celiac disease, so we had decided to have our entire menu gluten free. The food was delicious, and we got so many compliments from all our guests, gluten free and otherwise! The staff was also very professional and accommodating. Overall everything was absolutely wonderful! Thank you all!

Hands down the best catering service I have ever seen! Wonderful service, delicious food, and the best team! Loved every part of working with Catering by Corey, from the inquiry and email processes, to my multiple questions and menu adjustments Corey was a pleasure to work with. She let us come up with our own special appetizer (mini meatloaf cupcakes that our guests loved!), helped us determine numbers and menu options and even helped us to determine the rental items we would need. Everything from emails, to the tasting, and the actual day of was a wonderful experience! I still have guests coming up to me to talk about the delicious food at our wedding! Andrew was amazing day of, he made sure that the bridal party and especially my husband and I had food and drinks as soon as we began photos during cocktail hour and he continued to check on us throughout the reception. I really cannot brag on this team enough, best choice for catering for your wedding!

I'm still dreaming about the spread Corey and her team put together for us. She nailed the entire menu, from passed appetizers to the full dinner. We've been getting compliments nonstop from guests ever since the wedding, and they ALWAYS mention how great the food was. Beyond just the taste, the service was absolutely top notch. We were taken care of so well by Corey and her team, and the to-go box for a late night meal was a great touch!

Corey and her team were amazing! All throughout the planning process Corey was available for questions and was always super quick about answering any question I had from months before the wedding to literally a couple days beforehand and every time I was so impressed at how quickly she responded. The tasting was great, Corey gave us a lot of options to think through and it was evident she cared about the story we were telling with our food choices. The night of the wedding was AMAZING. Corey’s team went above and beyond to make sure that everyone was fed and taken care of and the food was DELICIOUS. They came and brought appetizers to the wedding party right after the ceremony while we were taking pictures so we could enjoy them while not being a part of the cocktail party. Dinner was so incredible, they had everything taken care of from set up to serving to clean up. It truly was my favorite food I’ve eaten at a wedding- even though I may be biased since it was my own wedding! We had a lot of people and they were able to serve everyone so the whole wedding could enjoy the meal together. Corey and crew even helped with serving dessert even though a family friend had baked the cake. The cherry on top was the to go boxes at the end of the night that my husband and I enjoyed once we left the wedding- the food was even better the second time around. We would not change a single thing and food was definitely one of the more important aspects of the wedding for us so we feel like we won big time by working with Catering by Corey!

Do not book anyone else for your wedding other than Corey. She was AMAZING to work with!!! Throughout the whole process she was responsive, helpful, and so kind. Not only was her service phenomenal but the food was beyond our expectations. We had a dinner party style reception with 3 courses and her and her team really out did themselves. We still talk about how amazing the food was months later. Our guests were wowed by how great everything tasted. If you are looking for your wedding to compare to a 5 star restaurant than look no further than Corey.

We absolutely loved Corey the moment we met her for our tasting—one year before our actual wedding. Corey has always been professional, kind, and warm and communicated with us as often as we needed up to the week of the wedding. As a vegetarian I loved her GF, vegan, and veg options that we dispersed throughout our menu (those risotto cakes 👌🏽). Good food is very important to me and my husband, so when we got engaged the first thing we did was look for a caterer for our wedding. Catering by Corey came highly recommended and she did not disappoint! From her professionalism and prompt responses, to her tasting and menu design with us (I could eat her Gouda Mac & Cheese at every meal!), to the service (we had dedicated staff bring us and our wedding party drinks and appetizers) and plating presentation day of, I can't rave enough about Catering by Corey's wonderful services! All of our guests were extremely impressed with their meals. Look nowhere else for a caterer - Catering by Corey is truly the best!

Catering by Corey was great! The food was absolutely delicious. Many of my guests and family complemented the food at our wedding. The mac and cheese and fried chicken and waffle bites were out of this world. My husband especially enjoyed the BBQ. My wedding coordinator also complemented the catering staff. She informed me that the staff was the best she had ever worked with. They were so helpful and accommodating during reception setup. I highly recommend this catering company!

Corey and her team are so professional and kind and their food was DELICIOUS!! They ensured that my husband and I were actually able to eat on our wedding day and our guests RAVED about the food. From initial consult to the actual wedding day, they more than exceeded our expectations.. Even allowing me to adjust numbers 2 weeks out! Andrew brought us charcuterie and drinks as soon as our ceremony ended, and the entire staff was so friendly and personable. I absolutely recommend Catering by Corey and am so thankful we chose them for our big day!

Corey is great to work with. Her food was absolutely delicious. We had a full vegetarian menu and even my meat-loving dad was blown away. The small touches throughout the night were much appreciated. They brought appetizers and drinks to the wedding party right after the ceremony and made sure my husband and I had food right away when we sat down for dinner. The server captain checked in with us all night and made sure we were happy. Corey also took great care of our guests with allergies making sure they had enough to eat and knew what they could and couldn’t have. She also sent us home with a couple boxes of food that we could enjoy after the wedding. Thanks so much, Corey!

Corey and her team were incredible. We and our guests absolutely loved the food at our wedding. Her team also went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I always had drinks and food throughout the night. Corey was also always prompt and supportive in all of our correspondence leading up to the wedding. We also really appreciate her willingness to make a dish she'd never made before, Filipino Chicken Adobo! She executed it perfectly. We could not be happier we went with Corey!

It's absolutely our pleasure to give Catering by Corey five stars across the board! In addition to her staff being truly excellent (I'm a bride who actually ATE THE FOOD at her reception and cocktail hour, thanks to the excellent catering team!), the food was absolutely out of this world and Corey herself is a delight. So many of our guests raved about the food, including our vegan guests who were overjoyed to actually have legitimate dinner options that were truly delicious.

I honestly can't even say enough great things about Corey!! The food was absolutely AMAZING! Seriously-- all my guests couldn't stop talking about it, which usually is not the case at a wedding! You can tell she is really passionate about her work, and it truly showed on my wedding day! If you are trying to decide-- choose Corey!! :)

PERFECTION! Every interaction by phone, email or in person was extremely professional and on point. Day of, her food was extremely delicious. All of our guests were RAVING about it!!! We also had a personal attendant that made sure we didnt miss out on any of the drinks or food. Our menu included: Appetizers of soft pretzels with beer cheese, passed spoons of chicken and waffles and shrimp and grits. Dinner - herbed chicken, braised short ribs, salad, summer roasted veggies, green beans, and mac and cheese. All were OUT OF THIS WORLD delicious!

We cannot rave enough about Corey! She was an absolute dream to work with. The food would fabulous and her team was amazing. The presentation was beautiful! We're so blessed to have had her as a part of our special day!

Corey is so amazing! She was always so quick to respond to any questions and also very friendly. The food is super delicious as well! Everyone at the wedding gave great compliments on the food. The gouda mac and cheese was a big hit! And Corey's staff was wonderful, they made sure we had food while we took our photos and even had our dinner ready for us so we could make sure we had time to eat. Great food and great people, highly recommend!
