Chef Jordan is so talented and accommodating. I have celiac disease and I needed a completely gluten free and vegan meal with a ton of other allergies and dietary restrictions for my guests. Without hesitation, he happily accommodated, stayed i...n my budget and even came to the house for a tasting for myself and my family. No other catering companies even attempted to help us and we felt so disappointed, it was absolutely devastating… then I searched again on the knot for caterers with their filters and found Catering by J Alexander. Chef responded within 15 minutes and I had a quote and sample menu within the hour! This kind of attention to detail and accommodation is unheard of in the event planning industry (I have been a wedding and events coordinator for 9 years). The food was the highlight of the event, everything was excellent and people are still raving about the “shockingly delicious vegan food” served on my wedding day :) aside from the food being memorable and tasty, chef was just such a pleasure to work with. I felt so comfortable knowing I would be healthy and happy on my wedding day. I am so looking forward to more catering by chef Jordan for our upcoming gender reveal. Catering by J Alexander is a catering company I’d recommend to anyone and I will be reaching out to for years to come. If I could give more than five stars I would!
