Jordan was a rockstar from day one. He personally came to our home to cook for us for our tasting. He accommodated our gluten free guests, whipped up a great menu for the kids at our wedding, and even surprised us by including hot chocolate with the coffee bar. He also gave us customized coffee cup warmers with our names and dates which was such a kind, personal surprise that meant a lot to us. I am so glad we hired Jordan!

Chef Jordan and his team were absolutely AMAZING! We were so happy to have them part of our big day. Chef Jordan worked closely with us to create a menu that reflected our tastes (literally and figuratively). His professionalism and attentiveness made planning smooth. Day of, the food was delicious and beautifully presented. The catering team worked to keep things clean and moving along. Also, our wedding was almost wiped out by a hurricane but Chef Jordan's calm reassurance kept me sane throughout. I swear he was better prepared to feed people post-hurricane than FEMA. 10/10 I'm already recommending him to other couples!

Chef Jordan is so talented and accommodating. I have celiac disease and I needed a completely gluten free and vegan meal with a ton of other allergies and dietary restrictions for my guests. Without hesitation, he happily accommodated, stayed in my budget and even came to the house for a tasting for myself and my family. No other catering companies even attempted to help us and we felt so disappointed, it was absolutely devastating… then I searched again on the knot for caterers with their filters and found Catering by J Alexander. Chef responded within 15 minutes and I had a quote and sample menu within the hour! This kind of attention to detail and accommodation is unheard of in the event planning industry (I have been a wedding and events coordinator for 9 years). The food was the highlight of the event, everything was excellent and people are still raving about the “shockingly delicious vegan food” served on my wedding day :) aside from the food being memorable and tasty, chef was just such a pleasure to work with. I felt so comfortable knowing I would be healthy and happy on my wedding day. I am so looking forward to more catering by chef Jordan for our upcoming gender reveal. Catering by J Alexander is a catering company I’d recommend to anyone and I will be reaching out to for years to come. If I could give more than five stars I would!
