We recently used Catering by Jamie for our wedding and could not have been happier with the experience. From start to finish, the service was excellent and everything was handled s...
o professionally and smoothly. The food was absolutely delicious — so many of our guests complimented the meal and went back for more food!
The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and wonderful to work with throughout the entire event. Jamie himself is extremely kind, down to earth, and genuinely cares about making everything perfect. He was easy to communicate with, accommodating, and made the whole process stress-free, and truly went above and beyond for us. We completely trusted him and his team for our big deal and they did an outstanding job!
I would absolutely recommend Catering by Jamie to anyone looking for amazing food and exceptional service!
Jamie is INCREDIBLE!!! He was our most responsive vendor while planning our wedding. He really goes above and beyond for his couples and we could not have asked for better service ...
from him and his team. Jamie is flexible and allowed us to really customize exactly what we wanted. He is so personable and really made our wedding day go so smoothly. His team is incredible as well. Our guests have not stopped talking about how delicious the food was, many told us they went back for seconds! He is such a talented chef and was an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Jamie!!!
Jamie and his team catered our wedding in Ocean City in September of 2024. Throughout the entire process, Jamie was absolutely fantastic. He truly stands out compared to other vend...
ors. While so many vendors have strict rules and guidelines, Jamie did absolutely everything he could to make our day perfect and was flexible with any changes. During our initial phone conversation, he was so kind and outgoing. He assured me that ANY food I wanted, his team could handle. He promptly worked with me to create a menu that aligned with our wishes and budget. Although extremely professional, he is such a casual and easygoing communicator, which made me feel so comfortable throughout my planning process. Being in my early-to-mid-20s, many vendors I reached out to treated me like I was young and inexperienced. Not Jamie. He treated me with the respect every client deserves, no matter their age. While most vendors take weeks to reply and you can only get an email address, Jamie provided a cell phone number and would reply within MINUTES with a can-do attitude to any question I had. As I’ve seen validated from other people’s reviews, he reaches out to tell the bride/groom how excited he is for their event. He stays posted on the weather and hopes for good weather. He checks in to see how they are doing (not as a reply to a message from them, but out of the blue), knowing planning a wedding can be very stressful. Not a SINGLE other vendor did this. At a venue with a kitchen other caterers said was “too small” for a plated dinner (as opposed to buffet), Jamie said he could make it happen. And he did. We had each guest choose their own meal and his team worked with the venue servers to get everyone the plated menu they ordered - with special requests like gluten free, allergies, etc. Our options were a crab cake, beef tenderloin or chicken breast over white wine linguine. We (the bride and groom) were served first. IF there were any problems, he solved it without us knowing which is exactly how it should be. Everything was perfect. Jamie also waited until closer to the end of the night to check in with us as he knew we were busy and had many guests to talk to. Moral of the story- just hire him! Catering by Jamie will be the best vendor you have for your event. We cannot thank Jamie and his team enough! -KP & AC

20/10 Jamie and his team are the best
Jamie is truly wonderful. His food is delicious and reasonably priced, but Jamie is truly his own best asset. He is so kind and accommodating...
. He was also by far the most active communicator out of all of our vendors. Within minutes of emailing him he would respond to me. He seemed just as excited about our wedding as we were! He would even periodically text me telling me the weather was going to be great on my wedding day because he knew how worried I was about it due to it being an outdoor wedding.
Overall my husband and I were both blown away by him. The only thing I would mention since it may be important to you is that his team does wear all black, but they do not have matching uniforms. However, with how truly accommodating Jamie is, if you ordered button ups or polos, I feel that he would definitely have his team wear them.
In conclusion, HIRE HIM!!!!
Jamie and his team were hands down the greatest!! He made our day! His knowledge of the venue was so helpful along with his general support when it came to the wedding planning. We...
didn't hire a wedding planner so being able to lean on Jamie's insight was invaluable. We would 100 percent use him again! He catered not only the wedding but our rehearsal dinner and the brunch the day after. He was a godsend. 20/10 recommend. And by the way, the food was delicious and the prices were extremely reasonable.

nd menu items to me. The day of the wedding, the food was AMAZING! I did an italian theme and it is one of the most complimented parts of my wedding day from my guests. We also did a late night snack which the guests loved as well! I would recommend Jamie to everyone!

d helped us keep our calm through all of the planning. We ended up hiring him for both our wedding and our rehearsal dinner. He designed amazing menus for both nights and the food was outstanding; I received many compliments from our wedding guests. He and his team were very professional and both nights were incredible. We can’t thank Jamie enough. He also helped us find a fantastic bartender and an amazing baker for our cake. Everything was phenomenal! We couldn’t be happier.

eading up to the big day and incredibly accommodating for my food allergies. The food was so delicious. I only wish I lived in the area so that I could hire him again and again. I would 100% recommend!!
I can't believe more reviews haven't been written about Jamie! Jamie was fantastic in every category I can think of. He made sure that we were happy each step along the way and on ...
the big day, things went seamlessly.
We did a plated dinner with a choice of crab cake or chicken provencal. The crab cake was a good MD crab cake, made up almost entirely of jumbo lump crab and the chicken was a great combination of sweet and savory. We had so many people telling us afterwards how much they loved the food!
Jamie had impeccable organisation. Making sure to respond to all of my questions and reaching out to me to make sure I had thought of things that I might have forgotten. Jamie did two visits to my venue (a private residence) to look at the kitchen, where guests would be seated, etc to make sure he could orchestrate the event well. Jamie really did put a lot of energy into making sure things went as expected.
Jamie's staff was all very nice both to myself and my guests. When walking by the kitchen the day of the event, it wasn't uncommon to hear Jamie and his team talking and laughing while working. The team was working hard but made the work seem so easy and pleasant!
The final point I would raise is Jamie's price. If you're reading this, you're probably having a wedding and will soon find out -especially when talking to people in Easton and St Michaeal's- that as soon as you mention the word "wedding", a supplier will almost double their price. Jamie's price was very very fair. Compared to other caterers that I spoke to in the area, Jamie's price cannot be beaten, especially when considering one is getting a superb service in return.
I don't usually write reviews so I apologize if this is long winded. I just couldn't believe that the page only had one review.
Jamie was very accommodating in every way possible. Good was fantastic although probably could have used some kind of sauce on the pork we ordered so be as specific as possible wit...
