We had McCormick and Schmick's for our wedding caterer. I have to say that we were a bit disappointed when we were told we were not able to pick our caterer by our venue, and even ...more so when we were told that they did not offer any kind of tasting (this is why they did not get 5 stars in flexibility) however after the wedding we were extremely happy with M and S. M and S had us pick a basic menu and then let us add and change what we wanted to make the menu perfect for our needs! The day of the wedding, the food was amazing! We had so many compliments from our guests and were truly pleased with everything they served! The only other disappointment was that our cake baker had made a special marshmallow fondant for our cake because we did not like the taste of regular fondant, and when the staff cut the cake, the ripped all the fondant off. I didn't realized what they had done until after the wedding, when my mom told me, but what was more upsetting was when my mom inquired to the staff, said they told her they couldn't cut it in a snippy way. This was a very minor thing, though and really, other than that and the lack of tasting, everything was prefect. Much better than we ever could have hoped!!
