We went to two catering tastings and this company won by a landslide. We chose the flat iron steak, Mediterranean chicken, mashed potatoes, mixed roasted veggies, and it all came with salad and rolls. All my guests raved about the food! I’ve be...

en to quite a few weddings where the chicken is dry; this was not the case! We also got 3 different hours d’oeuvres which were delicious at the tasting, but unfortunately some of our groomsmen didn’t get the memo when our coordinator saved some plates for us. A lot of guests also mentioned that they appreciated that the water and iced tea carafes were at each guest table so they didn’t have to keep getting up for refreshments. Communication with CBN was great at first. Then when it was getting closer to my wedding date and I tried emailing my point of contact, I discovered that she no longer worked with CBN. I wish they had notified me earlier, but ultimately they followed through with everything!

If I could give this company negative stars I would. This was the WORST CATERING COMPANY EVER. They RUINED my wedding. The food I had chosen for my wedding included the chicken parm which was so cold/dry you couldn't cut into it nor even eat it...

. The flat iron streak which was completely raw which also had no flavor if you could bypass the raw meat. We had 3 appetizers which were extremely cold. The whole experience ruined my wedding. When I went to the tasting the food was amazing. Now the day of my wedding I have no idea what happened but the food tasted horrible. I have gotten in contact with the sales rep which has been responsive but she states it's not in her power to resolve this issue. I would not recommend this catering company to anyone. This experience ruined my overall wedding. I ended up hungry at my own wedding because catering by Norris couldn't do their job correctly. Very disappointed in the food and overall experience with catering by Norris.
