our venue’s preferred list because it was the most reasonably priced caterer and we are SO glad we did. Probably the best food I’ve had at any wedding and it was completely affordable. Rich is so helpful and easy to work with! He worked with us on a package that suited our needs without excessive spending. The staff/bartenders were also SO helpful and sweet. They made the night go so smoothly and stress free!

to use an ice vendor in PA who had coordinated with Rich to deliver ice, but Rich's staff was unaware of this and asked the bride to find ice while organizing last-minute details. Overall, we still recommend using Catering by Rich for your event great food for a GREAT price!

His pricing is very reasonable and he will work with you to make the day exactly as you want it. The only negative thing I have to say about Catering By Rich is communication. Leading up to the wedding we were promised a quite few times to be sent things such as our seating chart layout and alcohol list and that was only given to us the week before our wedding. This did make us scramble a bit, which was frustrating. He was flexible with us in moving our wedding date due to covid. Our guests all loved the food. All in all, he delivered on the day of and we were happy!

and the prices were amazing! My husband went to the tasting with my mom and step mom, and said that he couldn't have been nicer and more professional! Our wedding day food was a hit and everyone talking. Best of all, his team of servers and bartenders were all so sweet and kind. My husband and I are both ex-bartenders, and about half of our guests and parents were all in the business as well. Everyone raved over how well they were taken care of. akes were to die for. Being mother of the bride, I was only able to taste those 2 appetizers, I could have eaten them the entire day. The staff and servers were so nice and helpful, always had a smile on their faces. They packed up the table decorations at the end of the night. I honestly was not expecting that. So it was a nice surprise when we went back to the venue the next day to find it was already done. And when your guests compliment you on how nice and great the staff and food was, then you know it was a success.

Rich offers the best prices I saw when researching caterers and he was very transparent about what expenses he thought were worth the investment and which were not. The passed appetizers were AMAZING. Honestly, my husband and I just wish we could order take out from him on a regular basis because his food is delicious.

Second, Rich was great at communicating and making sure that we'd have the right amount of server staffing for our amount of guests. The servers were so professional throughout the reception and set-up and tore down our reception with amazing efficiency. Lastly, Rich was extremely affordable and not pushy in trying to upsell us. He even gave us recommendations on things we can provide ourselves to save some costs with him. I would highly recommend Rich for your wedding or event.

The food was amazing and he was very personable. On the day of, the food was also amazing. It tasted just like the tasting (which does not always happen). Beyond that, Rich walked us through all of the set up of the reception. His staff set up the entire ceremony on the day of as well as setting up all of the reception! Everything was wonderful! Last note- Rich is extremely affordable!!!

He even altered some of the dishes to go along with our theme (Oktoberfest). He made us Roasted pork with mustard glaze, apple walnut stuffed chicken, and kielbasa and sauerkraut. Our guests were floored by the food- everything was delicious. His staff was phenomenal. I DIY'ed many items for my wedding. I was nervous about handing over the reins the day-of (if i could have set up the entire wedding myself, I totally would have). But they took my list from me and all of the decorations and assured me it would be fine. It was perfect. Everyone was so great. I could not recommend Catering by Rich more.

When it came to a caterer though, I hit a roadblock. All the caterers I had past experience with, although good, would not fit into our budget. I went to any event planners best friend... the Internet and reviews. Rich surfaced quickly in my research, and the more I read about him, the more I knew he was on our list. Through our whole process, I kept on thinking to myself that Rich seemed too good to be true. Prices were quite a bit less that anywhere else I could find, but there didn't seem to be any value we were giving up. Rich was professional, responsive, and all-around great to work with. He hosted myself along with the bride and groom for our tasting in his own home (no cost even for the tag along MOH-zilla as my sister liked to call me). The food was phenomenal; we were all blown away. He explained, everything was made from scratch that day, nothing ever is frozen. Every obstacle I threw at Rich, he took in stride. New venue he never worked in? No problem, he would meet us for a walk through. Never-ending changing rentals we would need? No problem, he had contacts at great pricing for that. MOB a vegan? No problem, he could create something just for her. The wedding day (aka the day of truth) arrived. Not only did Rich deliver, he exceeded our already high expectations. Rave reviews from all of our guests on the food, several wanting his information for events they would be hosting. His on-site wait staff nothing but professional, friendly and accommodating. The bar tenders met the very high expectations of the former-bar tender himself, the groom that had concocted four specialty drinks including a pineapple fluff. We couldn’t have been more elated. So I am here to tell you, believe all the reviews. Catering by Rich is the real deal. You will not be disappointed.

He worked with us to find out what was important to us so we weren't paying for a lot of extras we didn't want. And the food was amazing! Our guests raved about the meals. Portions were generous. He can also provide dishes, glassware, linens, bartenders, etc if you need them. He was readily available when we had any questions.
