Chef Tara was great she was able to create a custom cocktail hour menu and our main dinner menu for our wedding. Her team helped set up the buffet for our guests and made the food service enjoyable. We loved the process and the many food tastings to get what we wanted right for us and our guest. Thanks for helping us bring together two cultures together! Everyone still raves about the chicken on the stick.

**Delicious, professional, and stress-free!** Chef Tara made our wedding a dream come true. The food was absolutely exquisite, with flavors that burst in your mouth. We recently had Tara & staff cater cocktail hour and reception for our wedding 9/17/2022. We had a wonderful experience with Chef Tara all the way from the initial conversation about what we wanted for our menu she was kind and helpful in giving us her advice and creating a menu that reflected both me and my husband’s tastes and cultures. It’s been a month since our wedding and our wedding guests are still gushing about the appetizers and dinner. Her staff was very professional and attentive- going so far as to walk out and bring fresh appetizers to our wedding party while we were taking pictures during the happy hour time (a bit of a walk from the venue). Chef Tara was very attentive and made sure we had fresh plate of food waiting for us at all times, and made special meal for family member with severe food allergies. We can’t recommend her enough.

How could I describe my love for Chef Tara in 30 characters? She's professional, knowledgeable, patient and just the perfect Hispanic mama we could've asked for! Oh and did I mention how incredibly delicious her food is? We had 2 passed apps, 2 food stations, and 3 kinds of cupcakes, all of which was amazing. She made the cream cheese and guava empanaditas of my dreams! We love Chef Tara, highly recommend!

We had a great experience with Chef Tara and her team for our daughter's wedding at Boxwood Estate last weekend! From start to finish, she was great to work with. She went above and beyond to make sure that we would have a menu that appealed to all our guests. My favorite was the chicken with chimichurri sauce and mango chutney, but the whole spread with delicious! She joined us at the venue (Boxwood Estate) for the walk-through a couple of weeks before the wedding to make sure she made a good connection with the venue team and the wedding director so she knew exactly what they needed and expected from her. Her team was professional, polite, effective without being intrusive and FUN! After all their work was done, we LOVED it that they joined us on the dance floor for a couple of songs near the end of the evening! We can't say enough good things about our experience working with Chef Tara and recommend her wholeheartedly!
