u feel like you've known him forever. The planning process was smooth & he was very available to answer questions, especially via email. The food was delicious & the staff was incredible. My guests raved about the food & the service. They felt like they were getting the VIP treatment because his staff brought around appetizers & cleared plates. I had 200 guests & he had plenty of food & beverages for everyone. Their setup was beautiful. He supplies all of the glassware, plates, silverware, linens, even a cake cutter! We felt that everything we got was well worth the price!

The chef Jimmy is very good at what he does. We had a few things to work out with the bartender that was hired through them, but other than that, a really good decision.
