Catering by Westwood

or, and Randy’s catering provides event coordinator with his services so I was able to easily add on a day of coordinator from his team, and everyone did an above and beyond job! The whole Westwood Catering team was professional, well organized, and made the whole day run smoothly. They exceeded my expectations for setting up my table decorations, for being flexible and experienced with managing timing, the service was great (we did plated dinners), the food was great, and I heard no complaints and many compliments from the guests. Randy’s organization, professionalism, and relaxed attitude, topped off with having tasty food made me so happy we chose Westwood Catering for our wedding! Randy is so personable and knowledgeable with lots of wedding experience, and very easy to work with. My goal was to have a wedding with as minimal stress as possible. I kept things simple and wanted to focus on a good experience for my guests. It all went by so fast, and I am still amazed how smoothly everything went thanks to Randy and his team.

entive, and you can tell they care about the work they are doing and the food they are putting out for you. Our guests could not stop talking about how delicious the food and signature cocktails were. My husband is a strict vegetarian and Randy provided a wonderful selection of vegetarian/vegan options (along with meat and fish!) to serve at our wedding. We cannot sing enough praises for him and his team!

totally different type of chicken. I was shocked and upset but didn’t want to say something at that moment — it was our wedding day lol. I emailed Randy once back from our honeymoon and informed him that we were disappointed that he did not serve us what we had picked out and had printed on our menus. His response blew me away. He told us he made the same thing we had at our tasting and that he’s been making it since 1989 so he would know. We tasted Parmesan crusted chicken with a red pepper cream sauce. He served us what looked like boiled chicken maybe slightly pan fried for a second or so with some kind of very light colored sauce (and not a lot of it). Anyone with eyeballs knows the difference between Parmesan crusted and regular plain chicken. He never responded again after I replied to the email. What a complete bummer to have paid 11,000 for food we didn’t want or like and for the company not even to acknowledge it. People keep asking how the wedding was and I can’t help but to respond “everything was perfect except the caterer served the wrong food” Hope he’s happy with his 11K knowing he will forever be the only negative part of my wedding!!

settings. The food was INCREDIBLE - only matched by the quality of the service. We had about 110 people in attendance, and all were happily fed + full at the end of the night. Thank you Randy and team!
