ss guest list. If you ended up over paying your deposit due to guest counts coming in lower than expected due to COVID they didn't issue a refund. And in reverse if you thought less people were coming then actually ended up RSVPing you were hit with fees/fines for them having to up the count a certain %. During COVID uncertainty this just didn't seem right to us, so we ended up choosing someone else.
