We had a server that was dedicated to the Bride/Groom and our parents. He didn't let our drinks get empty! There was another drink waiting for us when we least expected it. He was a true professional, and you could tell he loved his job! I also want to thank Susan for all of the details that went into making my day so wonderful! The room was beautiful, and she came through, at the last minute with a cake topper, as I hadn't remembered to bring mine. This day was so incredible, and I recommend Catering Concepts to anyone looking for a professional and experienced Catering Company.

We were allowed to purchase our own beverages, which were served professionally by her staff. The display she created was beautiful- our guests are still raving about the shrimp tree. Susan even brought additional linens and vases to decorate our reception space with that coordinated with our wedding colors and theme. Our only complaints were that the roasted red pepper alfredo was not as creamy at the actual event as it was at the tasting, and unfortunately a glass was broken in the asparagus, making it unservable. The martini mashed potato bar and marinated beef, as well as edamame salad, were excellent.

wonderful and did an amazing job working at the tented reception! They are a little pricey but about average compared to the rest of the wedding industry and they really know what they're doing!

She came up with a beautiful Winter display to compliment the decorations we already had for our wedding, incorporating touches that we had not thought of ourselves. The food was fantastic and everyone raved about how good everything was, especially the pumpkin bisque! I would recommend them over and over again to anyone!
