of her way to meet with me and my fiancé on the weekends, and with a very cheerful disposition! She helped with making decisions, and was always willing to give helpful advice! We had a handful of guests that were Gluten free, and Becky was very knowledgeable about which of their selections could be made gluten free. The food was AMAZING!!! I can not begin to tell you how many of our guests raved about how the food was the best they have ever had at a wedding! I agree! We had a server that was dedicated to the Bride/Groom and our parents. He didn't let our drinks get empty! There was another drink waiting for us when we least expected it. He was a true professional, and you could tell he loved his job! I also want to thank Susan for all of the details that went into making my day so wonderful! The room was beautiful, and she came through, at the last minute with a cake topper, as I hadn't remembered to bring mine. This day was so incredible, and I recommend Catering Concepts to anyone looking for a professional and experienced Catering Company.

She adjusted our order several times as our expected guest count changed, and thought through all of the details of our day to make sure we didn't miss anything and keep us on track, and even helped make sure the tables matched our decor. The day of, the wait staff was absolutely incredible - so friendly and professional and made the event so special. I can't say enough kind words about this company!

edding reception. She hosted a tasting for four in which we narrowed down the menu options, and the delicious samples sealed the deal. She was prompt in responding to our questions, and getting price quotes to us after changes to the menu. We were allowed to purchase our own beverages, which were served professionally by her staff. The display she created was beautiful- our guests are still raving about the shrimp tree. Susan even brought additional linens and vases to decorate our reception space with that coordinated with our wedding colors and theme. Our only complaints were that the roasted red pepper alfredo was not as creamy at the actual event as it was at the tasting, and unfortunately a glass was broken in the asparagus, making it unservable. The martini mashed potato bar and marinated beef, as well as edamame salad, were excellent.

From the full-fledged scotch bar, to mini appetizers hanging from the wrought iron tree display, our guests were overwhelmed with the creativity that came along with excellent food. istened to what we wanted and was very patient with our menu changes. Conie met with us at our venue to walk the space to understand exactly what we were looking for in the way of presentation. She came up with a beautiful Winter display to compliment the decorations we already had for our wedding, incorporating touches that we had not thought of ourselves. The food was fantastic and everyone raved about how good everything was, especially the pumpkin bisque!
