Not only did Catering Creations provide amazing food that we got a lot of compliments on, but they were wonderful to work with. Working with Nicole was wonderful, she made everything so simple, from helping us come up with a floor plan, to telling us more about menu items, she knew it all. The bartenders, staff, and servers were so friendly and on top of everything. We didn't have to worry about anything, and were able to really enjoy our day.

The food that we served was very important to my husband and me. We wanted our appetizers, dinner choices, and late-night snacks to be representative to us and Catering Creations definitely delivered! We are so happy with how easy it was to create our menu and how flexible the Catering Creations team was to work with. Almost a week later and our guests are still raving about the food!

My husband and I tied the knot about two weeks ago! We were originally concerned about paying quite a bit for food and bar costs, but the service, quality and end results were so worth it!!! Our day went on w/o a hitch. Catering Creations offers professional, flexible and knowledgeable staff who are well-versed in the wedding industry. I worked closely with Christine and Theresa, both of these women are extraordinary! They offer top of the line customer service, prompt replies and are BEYOND flexible. We planned my wedding together by phone, email and in person visits. Even though I live over 2000 miles away, they did all they could to keep me in the loop and satisfied!

Their food is great. Be careful with your numbers. We had 40 people not show up, and basically ate all the food. I can't imagine what would have happened if everyone showed up. The pop up dessert station was incredible. All of the food is great and tastes amazing. They just have small portion sizes, so if you think everyone will show up- I would have a cushion built in! We had 6 boxes of desserts left, and NO food.

Catering Creations provided us with an amazing wedding meal! Everything we were able to try beforehand from our menu was exactly as expected on our wedding day. We received countless compliments on the food from our guests. Theresa and staff were so helpful answering all questions very quickly and put together a beautiful set-up for the wedding. There were so many delicious options, that I don't think we could've gone wrong.

We had so many guests compliment how amazing the food was - kind of unheard of at a 300 guest wedding. We loved working with Nicole and cannot say enough good things about this vendor!

We had a great experience with Catering Creations! Our venue did not have a restriction on caterers so we shopped around a lot. When we tried the food at Catering Creations and met with Nicole, we were sold. The price was incredibly reasonable and the food was incredible. Three weeks after our wedding we are still receiving high compliments from our guests on how great the food was. They got our large guest count through the lines quickly at the reception and executed the whole night seamlessly. If even the smallest detail went wrong, I definitely didn't hear about it. The night just seemed to go perfect. Catering Creations handled the ordering/coordination of our rentals as well as this was not provided by our venue. We had to make a couple of decisions and then they handled the whole thing. It was an incredible weight off our shoulders knowing they were handling everything. We just couldn't have been more happy to have chosen them for our wedding day!

We booked Catering Creations for our wedding reception at the Durham Museum. They were amazing to work with. We lived out of town and therefore did much of our planning via e-mail with them. They not only provided the food and bar services they also helped provide the rentals for the venue through another company so were were able to do so much through them. We did station food which was fruit, salad, and different pastas and sauces with toppings. Another station was a potato bar and roast beef and everyone loved it. Many of our guests said it was the best food they have ever had. The people who worked the bar did amazing as well and got to know our guests which made them feel special. We met with them and the person in charge of the Durham Museum to lay out a floor plan so that the rental company knew where everything was to be placed. The rental company put everything out for us and took care of it at the end of the night so we did not have to clean up at all (except for our centerpieces and personal items we brought). I highly recommend this company. They are quick to respond to emails or phone calls and really accommodating. I am so happy we went with them for our wedding. The staff were hard working and friendly to all our guests. I cannot say enough good things about this company and how hard working they are for couples!

Catering Creations was amazing! They catered our wedding and the food was fantastic! We had so many compliments! They were extremely easy to work with and have a ton of fun and unique options. I highly recommend the parmesan encrusted pork loin! The one thing that I didn't love was that they don't offer free taste tests. They have Chef's Dinners once a month and the menu changes each time. But you have to pay $15 each time to go. I would have liked to have had a simple tasting with our choices and I would have gladly paid the $15 to make sure my menu was perfect. Instead, we took a leap of faith and chose the pork without trying it beforehand. Granted, I haven't had anything at Catering Creations I didn't love! I just wish I could have had a normal tasting before the wedding meal, like most caterers offer. Otherwise, they were fantastic to work with! I highly recommend them!

Catering Creations is beyond amazing! It's been over a month since our wedding and people are still talking about the food. Kathleen was awesome helping us pick out a menu and setting everything up for our rentals through AAA. She was sort of like our own personal wedding planner! Highly highly recommend Catering Creations if you want good quality food and a company that cares about making your day the best ever!

My husband and I were extremely happy with Catering Creations. They catered our food and the bar. Our wedding guests loved the food!! Quite a few people said it was the best they have ever had at a wedding. We wanted the food served family style and had wine & beer table service plus full bar. The service was perfect. The staff and servers were on top of everything quickly and it was seamless. They timed everything perfectly - Food and drinks were brought out quickly and plates cleared, but nothing felt rushed. Highly recommend!!

It was easy to work with Nicole AT Catering Creations. I was a little apprehensive as we can't have a full tasting of our menu prior, but the food was so delicious and cooked to the perfect temp. And our venue did not have a kitchen so the caterers really have to know what they are doing and they did. They are quite pricey, but I feel the value is worth it because they are so competent and creative as well. They can prepare food that is far above your average banquet food.

The food at Catering Creations is excellent. We absolutely loved all of the choices we had. We didn't get to choose this caterer because of a contract with our venue, but I'm glad it was them because their food and service is fantastic. The day of the wedding, they handled everything and I honestly have zero complaints during the entire day. The only kink I have with Catering Creations is it's difficult to try food before the wedding day. Every month they have tasting sessions where you can go and try food that they prepare. But if you look online and see a certain dish you want to try, it's difficult to get them to comply. Luckily, my husband talked them into adding our food to their monthly menu, so I was able to taste it. Overall, super happy! I'd totally use them again for another event. And everyone RAVED about the Walnut Dip, so maybe give that a try. :)

As the groom and the one who paid for this catering company, I wanted to wait a few weeks before I wrote a review as I really thought that this is important and I wanted to put an awful lot of thinking into this so that other bride and grooms can make informed decisions on this company. Being out of state I was most nervous about the Catering as this can be quite pricey. The company my wife chose, Catering Creations is who we finally chose to work with after much research and studying. Not just because of the reviews that we read but because of the most amazing patience and courtesy we experienced with each of their employees prior to hiring them. I was so impressed with how they were handling my endless questions and ease of working with them. Let me tell you, they were fantastic! When it became time to decide our menu selection, we were over budget and when I relayed this to the Catering Creation people, they made it their focus to meet my budget without sacrificing too much of our food desires. I can't even tell you how amazing they were in working with. It was so refreshing that I decided to hire them to cater our rehearsal dinner as well. Everyone in my wedding party raved about how amazing the food was for the rehearsal dinner and when my fiancé and I informed everyone that they were going to cater our wedding as well, there were a lot of happy people there. When the big day arrived the next day, Catering Creations were absolutely brilliant! They did and supplied everything that was contracted for and in all honesty, they were quite amazing. They showed up when they said they would and they were all business, extremely professional and anything that my wife wanted to change, they were right there and very accommodating. I really don't remember seeing them at all but they were definitely present. It's hard to explain but they were perfectly behind the scenes getting things set-up and done but at the same time, they were always available. Their meal presentation was breathtaking and so many guests of ours that did not participate in the rehearsal dinner consistently kept complimenting the food and how amazing it was and how delicious it was. Unfortunately, as the bride and groom, we only were able to eat one plate whereas I heard from numerous people that they went up for thirds and fourths!! That is how good the food was for people. Even now, I still hear about how great the food was at our wedding. There really is not much more to say except that you would be foolish not to hire this company as your caterer. They were such a blessing to have working with us and I cannot say enough about them. If you have any hesitation with this company, do not fret one bit and go all in with them.

The food was amazing and they were great to work with! We received so many compliments from family and friends telling us how great the food was and we couldn't have agreed more. Everything on their menu is great - our favorites were the signature salad and chicken piccata! The customer service was also outstanding. Everything was taken care of and we didn't have to worry about a thing. Very professional group!

I received excellent service from Catering Creations. Nicole was on top of everything! She helped me by giving suggestions and providing pictures of the different selections. The food was very yummy and everyone at my wedding loved it! I would recommend this catering business to anyone!

Jackie was amazing as our event coordinator. She was able to answer all of my questions about food and our zoo venue. Made it easy and not at all overwhelming. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! The day of the event the catering staff along with the zoo staff took care of every detail. They were all wonderful!

Catering Creations was awesome to work with and the food was incredible!! The guests at our reception said over and over again that this was "THE" best buffet they had ever been to. The food was delicious!! Their signature salad is the best!! The portion sizes were plenty big and there were only a few servings left over to take home and enjoy later. The staff the night of the reception were great to work with. They were attentive and were available to help us with anything that came up. They were constantly clearing dishes and filling water glasses. The service was incredible!! The event planner we worked with was also great. She remembered both of us by name after only meeting with us one time. This impressed us considering the number of events they plan and the number of people they work with. We took advantage of their monthly tastings...well, worth the time and money. The tastings gave us the opportunity to taste the exact food we were going to serve our guests. They coordinated all of our equipment rentals and everything was delivered and picked up on time. I would recommend Catering Creations to anyone planning any kind of event. They are awesome to work with and the food is incredible!!

I can not say enough great things about Catering Creations. Great food, great website, great service, and great presentation of the food. The list goes on and on. They did an AMAZING job. They were basically my wedding planner. My wedding wouldn't of been the same with any other caterer. I have never been to a wedding were I hear people talk about the great food. Well, people were at my wedding! It was a big hit! 50 starts in the overall rating!

Catering Creations worked with us to select a meal that was delicious and close to our price range. They were always helpful and willing to answer questions or rework the menu when we changed our minds. We got TONS of compliments on the food (a white lasagna and a traditional lasagna), even from the photographer and DJ, who eat a lot of wedding food! Not too pricey considering the quality and comparing to other caterers.

When planning our wedding, My Husband and I both got recommendations for the caterer from friends and work associates: both were for Catering Creations. After working with Jackie and her team, i can see why they came so highly recommended. The food was delicious and they accommodated our special requests and last minute changes. Special food requirements were not a problem. We also used their rental services for plates, glasses, and linens. They made it so easy! Being a bride who was into the details, it was a relief to know something as important as food and beverages was in good hands.

We used catering creations for our reception in small-town Nebraska. Not only were our guests impressed with the variation in food, but the service they provided was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up and cleaned up. Dirty dishes never sat long on any table. The staff even helped me with a dessert station that their company did not provide the food for. During the planning process, they were so helpful and flexible to help us find exactly what we wanted. The only food item I chose that didn't turn out well, was probably due to my lack of communication and complete description. As a self proclaimed foodie, I cannot say enough about Catering Creations! They were fantastic! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

We received so many compliments on the food it was crazy!! The salad was great and the meet awesome! Get the potatos too!!! I would suggest going to one of their tastings.

Had high hopes but were disappointed. So frustrated with the customer service! Could not even get a call back after the wedding.

I picked catering creations as my rehearsal dinner caterer because they have an option for a $10 a plate meal. We were on a budget and I figured this was the way to go, and I am glad I did. The service was great, very nice and made sure that we were ready to eat before they set the food out. The food was great and I also picked the package where they set up and clean up so I don't have anything to worry about. I recommend to anyone!

They were awesome!!! They took care of everything! They work with a rental company so we got everything for the reception through them and paid for it all on one bill. They provided tables, chairs, linens, all the dishes and center pieces and all the things needed for the cake including the stand and utensils! Their food is also amazing. They made the night flow smoothly!!!

BEST FOOD EVER!!!!!! One thing I loved about this place was that every two months, they have Chef's Dinners where you can go sample some of their menu items. That is what got me hooked on their Smoked Gouda and Bacon Mac 'n Cheese! It was to die for! And all of my wedding guests raved about it for weeks too! And not just the mac 'n cheese... all of their food was incredible. We got so many complements on the food at our wedding! Also, their staff was so great. Both during the planning stages and then at the reception, they were so helpful. At the reception, their staff even cut cake and replenished punch for us! They were absolutely wonderful and I highly recommend them for any occasion!!!!

Catering Creations did a flawless job at my wedding! I had so many compliments on how amazing the food was and I also had lots of compliments on the staff being so professional and they took care of everything! I never had to worry about the little details because they were on top of everything!

The food was absolutely fantastic! We had the tuscan chicken, and everyone loved it. My mother has a wheat allergy and they were awesome about catering to her needs!! They even felt bad that she couldn't eat our cake, so they made her, her own special dessert for no extra charge!! Bar was also awesome.

Great food, great service, great presentation. I couldn't have been happier! We received lots of comments on the qualty of the food and they were able to accomodate our budget perfectly! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We had choose to have small trays of little appetizers passed around, and the guests loved it! All of the setup was beautiful, and the food is very tasty. The staff helped us pick out what we would like before by going to tastings and trying the food. They were there set by set to help us make sure that we had all of the rental equipment (chairs,linens, stem ware, dinner ware) that we need for our wedding. They also setup and took down all of the rentals and returned them for us that evening. Very friendly staff, and extremely helpful! The price is very inexpensive for such beautiful work and tasty treats!

Catering Creations was great to work, very accommodating and helpful. The food was awesome! We had appetizers during the cocktail hour, and a beef tenderloin/shrimp plated dinner. I can't tell you how many people complimented the food. The presentation was amazing, and the cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Catering Creations for any wedding event.

We loved the food at our wedding! We did heavy hor dourves buffet style, featuring items like toasted ravioli, artichoke dip, and tortellini skewers.

Our food was outstanding. Every dish was unique and delicious. We had our rehearsal the morning of the wedding and Catering Creations brought in a lovely breakfast for the bridal party as well as served our lunch. Hands down the best wedding food I have ever had. This wasn't a styrofoam plate filled with iceberg salad and fried chicken. I highly recommend the duck quesadilla for appetizers and they made an outstanding chicken crepe with a mornay sauce for lunch.
