received the complete opposite. I wanted to get Aventography for my wedding but I had a meeting with Ammar and he convinced me to go through with his service, by promising on giving the best service. The contract stated the wedding video would have 14 hours of footage and somehow manipulated me into believing the he would record the entire wedding reception and include it in the wedding video, but he didn't. He put in the contract a 30 min documentary, making me believe it was the highlight video and giving me another video of the entire wedding (again, making me believe that would be my actual wedding video). He didn't even mention a 30 min video until after the wedding, leaving my wife and I extremely confused and frustrated since there was nothing we could possibly do. The first video he gave us ended right after our first dance and cutting off everything after the dinner, which is absolutely ridiculous. I paid him thousands of dollars, and he came back asking me for $60 for the valet parking at the hotel at my wedding night. When I received the wedding video, it was 30 minutes ((((30 minutes))) ??? I called him and asked him if he actually watched the video (due to the horrible quality and lack of footage, one camera had a light and the other didn't, making the lighting in the video completely different every time the camera changed and half of the video was in slow motion) he then told me "I didn't watch the entire video, just bits and pieces." How are you going to give a client a wedding video without even watching it? Obviously if he watched it he would understand. After asking him multiple time to add more footage, he said there wasn't any more, but then what were you doing for 5 hours at the wedding? Why did the contract state 14 hours of footage? The most ridiculous part was when he asked my wife and I to send him SNAPCHAT videos our family and friends captured in the wedding. Excuse me? I didn't pay you thousands of dollars for a 30 min video let alone snapchat videos? Afterwards we receive the acrylic wedding album with two giant gaps in between the pictures (mind you these cannot be changed) after my wife specially told him she wanted them to be removed and agreed on a change. I would not recommend him to anyone. He absolutely ruined my wedding video and it's upsetting to know there is nothing that can be done about it.
