The Bavarian pretzels disappeared almost instantly, and guests kept raving about how soft and flavorful they were. And the Parmesan artichoke cupcakes? Those were the surprise favorite of the night. with Kiss the Chef. We went with the artichoke chicken, pork tenderloin with bacon jam, corn elote, grilled asparagus, and a individual salad. In addition, we had the seasonal crustini as a passed appetizer while the post-wedding photos were being done. Post wedding, we received many positive comments on the taste, presentation and quality of the food. We were really happy that our loved ones that attended our reception received a high quality meal. Working with Kiss the Chef was easy. The only in person meeting prior to the wedding was at a tasting where we met the chef and the manager. It was clear the chef takes his cooking seriously. He is truly a chef who enjoys his art of preparing food for others. We worked mostly with Mike, the manager. He was very responsive to our questions and concerns and had great suggestions for improving our event. His attention to detail and commitment to quality was evident throughout. The event. Kiss the Chef showed up on time and took care of everything they committed to and more. The table settings were immaculate. The serving line was beautifully adorned. The plated 75 people in about 20-25 mins and managed to make everyone's plate look wonderful. Here is an example of what makes them special, We had one guest with a very specific food requirement. When nothing on our menu filled the need, Mike disappeared into the kitchen onsite and prepared a specific meal to meets the needs of the guest. Wow.

Parmesan cheese and bacon we had during cocktail hour. For our main dish we chose Grilled Chicken with Honey and Balsamic Bacon wrapped beef with Parmesan artichoke sauce. When we were recently engaged looking for a rustic themed venue to hold our wedding, we had heard about Kiss the Chef Caterings , "Cookin' -N- Corks," a weekly dinner at the Windmill Winery. The food was phenomenal as well as a hearty portion size, but don't let the casual atmosphere fool you of their capabilities to really dress things up. We later set up a food tasting with our families and to my surprise the Kiss the Chef Team transformed our conference room into a rustic theme that I had envisioned complete with delicate deserts placed in clear ornaments hanging from a rustic table centerpiece. I was sold..... We decided for our wedding we would serve prime rib at a carving station with delicious side items. Kiss the Chef went above and beyond, decorating their buffet tables and our cake table to tie the entire room together. 7 years later and I still have people comment on how beautiful and delicious our wedding was. I would highly recommend this business for your wedding, knowing that you can rest easy knowing yourself and your guests will enjoy a wonderful meal on your special day.

I recalled getting a business card from Chef Ed from Kiss the Chef Catering when I attended one of the business meetings in the past - he catered lunch there. After remembering how good their food was and also the positive comments the meeting organizer had shared with me, I decided to give it a try. I spoke with Michael on the phone who was very polite and attentive to my needs. In spite of my last minute request and my disorganization, he was very efficient and courteous – some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! He helped me in selecting menus for my limited budget. I’m very fussy about having enough food for all my guests, and when the food was delivered, I was relieved. I ordered food for 65 guests, and there was food for more than my guest count. The setup of the food table was gorgeous and so elegant. The food was absolutely delicious. I had so many compliments from the attendees about the food and its presentation. Thank you, Chef Ed and Director Michael, for making my event a success! I can truly say I couldn’t have done it without Kiss the Chef Catering.

Now imagine walking into the venue during your "Grand Entrance," you know, that moment when you see your family so happy to see you come in with your husband for the first time - as newlyweds - and then you smell the delicious aroma of a 5 star wedding dinner wafting through the air. Chef Ed you need to be on your own culinary show teaching the world how to create culinary masterpieces. The flavors of each dish complimented the next it was a true science. Truly delectable and I am still craving your Parmesan artichoke sauce and chipotle BBQ sauce. Now, put these two amazing individuals (Chef Ed & Michael Flores) together and - BAM! you have perfect team who will make you wish that you had them decorating and catering for every special occasion. We had champagne fried chicken and donuts and a Bruschetta station for our cocktail hour and both of those were also delicious. We cannot recommend this company enough! They were so nice and easy to work with as well as making incredible food. Book them!

We had become virtual stalkers of theirs going to open houses, wedding fairs and anywhere else we would get a chance to try their food. Executive Chef Ed Farmer and Director Michael Flores are two of the nicest gentlemen that you could wish to work with, a pleasure really. And on the day, they produced it, big time. The meal was buffet style -- loved that it was staffed with servers so that the line moved quickly. Brisket with horseradish sauce, mmm; chicken with avocado topping, I heard sighs of delight; garlic mashed potatoes, everyone had them so we didn't worry about garlic breath. Enough food for seconds.
