Catering With Taste

oes. The food was beyond amazing — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish was a hit, and our guests are still talking about how delicious everything was! Tony took the time to personalize the menu to fit our event perfectly and made sure every detail was flawless. The service was just as impressive as the food. Tony and his team were organized, attentive, and made the entire event run seamlessly. Their warmth and professionalism added such a special touch, making the experience not just enjoyable, but memorable. If you’re looking for a caterer who truly cares about quality, presentation, and client satisfaction, Catering With Taste is the one to call. Tony’s dedication and culinary talent shine through in every bite. We can’t wait to work with them again!

and all the event staff was amazing and truly what made us so happy with the decision to book them. From our superb tasting, to the ease of planning, and the incredible day of experience, we cannot recommend them enough!

d'oeuvres, a meal, and a late-night snack. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food, and the venue staff had high praise for their professionalism and preparedness. The team was easy to work with, experienced, and flexible, which made planning stress-free. Most importantly, the food was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend them for any special event!

thout a hitch for 150 guests - and we were all served very quickly! Tony and his crew are awesome. The food prep is done right at the venue so everything was fresh and delicious. We did passed hors d’oeuvres while the wedding party took pics, and they were fabulous - very large list of options to choose from - highly recommend the Wagyu meatballs, the lobster deviled eggs, the maple bacon, and the watermelon-basil-goat cheese. So awesome! We opted for the chopped salad, and it was amazing! So fresh as if they made it all table side! We chose plated dinners: ribeye with Demi glacé, Chicken Piccata With Sauvignon Blanc Sauce, and Orange Rosemary Glazed Salmon. All of them were amazing. Not dry, tough, or rubbery - I tried all three at the wedding, and they tasted as if they came right from the oven to my plate! For dessert we chose plated butter cake with ice cream and a flourless chocolate cake which was served every other person. They were far better than wedding cake! I couldn’t pick a favorite - they were both so decadent! Catering with Taste was the talk of the wedding. When guests came up to talk to us- the first thing they said was how awesome the food was. The food you choose for your wedding is what your guests remember the most. You can’t go wrong with Catering with Taste. Your guests will definitely remember how great their meals were!

guests would receive just that! We received so many compliments on the meal during our wedding, as well as the days follow. Chef Tony gave us lots of planning tips along the way to ensure a successful event. We are so pleased, and would recommend them to anyone looking to have a memorable wedding meal! Thanks so much Chefusion!

ll manured, professional, and on top of their game. Guests were raving all evening and for days after how good the service was and how tasty all the food was. From the passed apps, to the plated dinner, to the late night snacks, Chefusion was a hit. Would definitely recommend for your catering needs!

helping you figure out what works best for you, and just such a kind person. We had over 140 people travel to be there and having good food and service was so important to us. Chef Fusion couldn't have done a better job; our guests loved the food and were so impressed by his team. I will always be grateful to all of them for making the reception such a wonderful event!!

several days or even over a week, but we would eventually get in contact and got all our questions answered and they provided everything we were hoping for.

f Tony was exceptional to work with, and we would get married a million times if that meant that we got to work with him again. His team was so efficient, so kind, and so caring throughout the crazy of our day. Leah especially stood out to us, as she made sure that she saved a plate of appetizers for us after our family photos — so sweet! Our family and friends were astonished that there was a server with a Hors D'oeuvres tray every time they turned around during cocktail hour. My husband and I were talking about how it was crazy that we received our food, took a few bites (yum!), looked up, and the tables in the back already had their entrees as well. We did not at any point of the day hear about anyone being hungry, as they were well fed and taken care of — especially important for those that were drinking! We would recommend Chefusion with flying colors to anyone and everyone getting married. Thank you, Chef Tony!

Would absolutely recommend

. He made sure we were well taken care of. On wedding day, his staff did an outstanding job. Our guests could not stop raving about the cocktail hour food, dinner and delicious cupcakes. His servers were absolutely amazing!! We could not recommend him and his staff enough!

ou, so impressed!!! Hard to decide what to serve our guests. There isn't a thing I can say that wasn't covered by Chefusion! The food was incredible and guests commented on how good the food tasted. The wait staff, perfection! When you notice how good servers are, they are GOOD. Bringing my daughter a plate of each appetizer during cocktail hour so she didn't miss a thing! My 2 granddaughters had salads in front of them and they weren't eating them (they are 3 and 6) and when asked, the server took them away immediately replaced with a child's meal. Never asking twice for anything. Those details are not overlooked by me. The food was beyond what you might typically get at most weddings, a twist of something different. I would definitely look into Chefusion if you are able. It is so worth checking them out. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Chef!

but Chef Tony knocked it out of the park. The appetizers, entrees, late night food, everything was just amazing and we received rave reviews from all of our guests. We had a couple of specific requests in terms of what we wanted to serve, and Chef Tony was so accommodating every step of the way. He is also extremely sensitive to food allergies, and made all of our guests with allergies feel at ease which is not easy to come by. Pro tip: you NEED to feed your guests at a wedding, so find a good vendor! I found that in Chef Tony and the Chefusion team.

he initial consultation to create a personalized menu that suited us and our loved ones. We had enough vegan and vegetarian guests that it was a priority for us to make sure they had plenty to eat-- and they definitely did! Not a single person walked away with anything less than a glowing review about their dinner (and especially the butter cake!). Aside from the food, Chef Tony's servers were attentive and efficient. Throughout the evening, they were constantly checking in with us and our guests, ensuring everyone felt comfortable and well taken care of. I can't even pretend to have any complaints, as their service exceeded our expectations from start to finish; the quality and professionalism we experienced were well worth the investment in their services. We cannot praise Chef Tony and his team enough for their dedication, hard work, and passion for their craft. Thank you!

helped us understand the ins and outs of planning a wedding in Door County, and we knew he was always just a phone call away. The food at our wedding was amazing! The Chefusion staff helped our day go off without a hitch.

apps. His staff was fast and made sure all the guests had exactly what they had requested. I don't think there was one problem.

ind and did a great job.

ean heritage & he delivered. My only regret is not trying any of the appetizers as I was too busy trying to talk to all of our guests. The dinner was delicious – we went with a plated dinner with the chopped salad; choice of filet mignon, chicken piccata, or wild mushroom risotto; and then both the brownie & ooey-gooey-butter cake for dessert. All of our guests kept saying how great the food was & still do when we talk about our day. We even requested an extra box of the desserts to enjoy back at our hotel – would definitely recommend. Chef Tony was really great about accommodating allergies & dietary restrictions (gluten free, vegan). Both Chef Tony & Kathy were great to work with – very laid back yet organized. They responded to my numerous emails & questions very promptly – making the planning process very easy even though we live out of state. We would highly recommend Chefusion to anyone looking for amazing food for their special occasion.

both ends. Highly recommend!!!!

dn’t change anything!

ltiple family members commented how responsive the staff was and the food was the best!! I have not one bad thing to say about them and couldn’t recommend more.

n amazing person to work with because he talked us through every step and every decision we had to make. It was so nice having such a reliable and trustworthy catering option to work with. Plus, all of our guests raved about the food!

great and helpful as well. He had an awesome selection of items to choose from and everything we tasted was great. I would highly recommend him & his team for your wedding.

ional and helped us create a custom menu that reflected our taste, style and budget. I loved the appetizers and was super happy with the flow and quantity of passed trays. Super yummy! The Italian buffet was beautiful and a perfect option for our guests. I am so grateful, I got to enjoy the food! The veal scallopini and chicken piccatta were amazing and our vegetarian friends went back for seconds for the pasta and veggie options. While talking to guests during dessert, they all asked about the cake and if it was available at your brick and mortar restaurant. The evening flowed so nicely, and we were so thrilled with the high quality of food and overall experience. We will definitely use Chefusion again and will be dining at the actual restaurant whenever we are in town.

Tony's team had everything all set up perfectly! We had many guests tell us how amazing the food was. All of the food exceeded our expectations. Tony was very professional to work with!

due to Covid. The food was absolutely amazing and our guests complimented the food all night long and even after the wedding!

edding. Tony was so helpful in working to accommodate a wedding occurring during the COVID-19 pandemic and ensured that his staff would prepare and serve the food in the safest way possible. We could not be more pleased with the quality of the services and the meal. PS: Get the Butter Cake for desert, you won't regret it!

d to give us ideas on our food. When we almost had to reschedule our wedding, Tony put our minds at ease assuring us he’d make it work with his team whatever we needed to do. He was incredibly flexible and patient with us during the entire process. We decided to do stations vs. a formal sit down meal. Tony showed us examples of what he’s done in the past but constantly reiterated that he would do anything we asked! It was truly a custom menu catered to what foods we loved best. There was plenty of food and he never let any of the stations run out of food. His staff was friendly and efficient making sure there weren’t long lines for our guests. Tony did our appetizers, dinner stations, cut our cake (even though the cake wasn’t made by Chefusion, he still made the process seamless) and we also did late night snacks. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how amazing the food was and how great the staff from Chefusion was. We can’t recommend Chef Tony and all of the staff from Chefusion enough. We will for sure be using Chefusion again for our next party or event!

had several food allergies and he was super patient as we came up with the best 2-plate options for our carnivores and herbivores that contained no nuts or dairy. He absolutely nailed it. The plating was gorgeous, the meals melted in our mouths, and people are still raving about the food several days later. 10/10

I live out of state and Tony was able to accommodate us for tastings and gave us advice when we weren't sure what we wanted. The food itself is gourmet level, literally. Tony worked with us so that we had different options for our guests based on preference and dietary restrictions. All of our guests raved about the food and it was truly restaurant quality, I could not tell it had been pre-prepared. The table service was impeccable and Chefusion truly made our day special.

modating, and great to work with! The food was amazing and the service from all the staff was amazing as well!

ated dinners at our venue that didn't have a kitchen. No caterer was up to the challenge, and we had nearly given up. Then my mom made a call to Chefusion intending on asking for recommendations of caterers in our budget. Instead of giving recommendations, he invited us to the restaurant to discuss our budget and event. When I explained to him that our venue didn't have a kitchen he wasn't even phased. He simply said he would bring a truck with all the necessary equipment. We were immediately sold. 2 hours later, after discussing details and sampling some delicious desserts, we signed a contract with Chef Tony. He has such a passion for food, and wants your event to run perfectly. We talked through every detail when it came to planning the menu, china packages, linens, etc. One of the best parts about working with Chef Tony is he understands you have a budget. He won't push you to serve food that's out of your budget. He works with you to create a beautiful event with the budget you give him. The day before our wedding, Chef Tony and his staff arrived at the venue to steam the linens, set up the tables, etc. The day of was even better. The food was absolutely phenomenal! My guests were saying it was the best food they had. Not the best wedding food, but the best food they had. Everyone's food was warm and flavorful. And the dessert. Oh my god the dessert was AMAZING. When some of my guests found out we werent serving wedding cake they were bummed. Instead, we had Chef Tony serve a pear frangipane. After one bite, no one missed the wedding cake. The plated dessert was such a treat for everyone, and way better than any wedding cake. When we told our guests Chef Tony served a hot meal and delicious dessert all with a kitchen he had to bring with him, they were shocked! And Tony's staff was so professional. The way they dressed and the way they acted was above our expectations. They put our bartenders to shame. If we could have had Chef Tony run our bar too, we would have! Long story short, call Chef Tony and meet with him if you have an event that needs a caterer. Chef Tony made our wedding so special, and we are forever greatful that our other caterer backed out at the last minute.

everything was taken care of for the food allergies and really put me at ease. He met with us ahead of time due to trying new things gluten free for our Brunch wedding. It was all spectacular and our guests are still letting us know how good our food was.

dent immediately.  The food he prepared for us to try was prepared in the same manner he would for the actual event and had many options available.  This was also during the prime time rush on a Friday night at his restaurant but still took the time to sit with us and explain everything we were tasting.  After the meal he showed us pictures of many other items he had made in the past and explained them in great detail. Additionally, he answered any questions we had.  We immediately knew it was no contest and Chef Tony was the way to go. Since our wedding was being hosted at a remote location outside and in Sister Bay, it was important that Chef Tony could support our venue.  He had all the equipment to cook, house, plate the food until it was time to eat.  Our guests raved about how amazing the food was and we are still getting compliments about it today.  Chef Tony and his staff were incredible to work with and made it so easy day of. We didn't have to worry about a thing except to enjoy our wedding with our family and friends.  We highly recommend Chefusion for any type of event your looking to host. Both he and his wife are a dream team and we could not be happier with how our special wedding day turned out. We’re already counting down the day to visit his restaurant to enjoy the great food!
