I can’t even explain how wonderful Catherine is. From the moment we connected she was extremely kind and understanding. As a person with sensitive skin that tends to break out, she walked me through every step and made me feel comfortable. My makeup was natural and I received so many compliments on it. She is an amazing makeup artist and person and I highly recommend her!

Catherine did my wedding make up along with my bridesmaids and I have nothing but amazing things to say about her and her work! Catherine is very professional and organized which made the planning process super smooth. Unfortunately I did not have the opportunity to schedule a trial with her before my wedding due to my own personal situation however, I was not stressed because I have seen Catherine’s work prior to my wedding and knew that I chose the most talented makeup artist possible. And Catherine did not disappoint at all! I was so in love with my makeup and I got so many compliments on how beautiful the makeup came out! She listens to what you have to say and makes sure you leave her chair completely satisfied with the look! Not only was my makeup eveything that I had imagined but it also stayed on all night long! Catherine was amazing from the first inquiry email all the way to the wedding day! The wedding morning started at 4:45am and she and her assistant Kelly arrived right on time, and with a bright, great attitude! I absolutely loved my make-up, as did all of my bridesmaids. I used Catherine for my bridal shower makeup and it came out AMAZING. She really listens to what you want. I don’t wear makeup often so I knew I didn’t want a full heavy face of makeup and she knew exactly how to do what I asked for it looked natural but bridal and I was so happy with the end result. Catherine Cramer was absolutely wonderful. She was a comforting presence and positive energy - a true professional through and through. Her makeup chair was the oasis of calm in an otherwise stressful day for most brides. Even if nothing else works out the way it's supposed to on your special day, you can trust Catherine to show up and be at her best. This woman's work ethic and dedication to her clients is incredible and inspiring - she doesn't eat out or try new foods the night before an event (so there is no risk of her getting food poisoning and not showing up), she has gotten into a car wreck on the way to a wedding and STILL SHOWED UP to get things done, and overall no matter what, you can trust her to show up and give you the best glow-up. So thankful I chose her for my wedding makeup - it was the best decision. The makeup was beautiful and it didn't budge all day or night even through nonstop activities. Highly recommend Catherine!!

Catherine was amazing!! I don’t usually wear makeup so I was scared to get all glammed up and not look like myself but that was not the case! Catherine did a fantastic job of enhancing my look but not changing what I looked like. I loved it and I love working with her!! I highly recommend!

Catherine & her team are AMAZING. From start (booking) to finish (wedding day) everything was so easy. I went to the trial having no idea what I wanted since I do not normally wear makeup. Catherine walked me through the process and made suggestions that were just perfect. She nailed every aspect of it. My makeup did not budge at the wedding and lasted all night (lashes included). Her team was able to handle makeup from flower girls all the way to grandparents, we had 11 people get makeup and they were even done early! Unfortunately, my photographer dropped the ball and my husband and I are having to redo our wedding pictures. Catherine quite literally rearranged her schedule to be able to help me out and redo my makeup. 10/10 all around!!

Where to start about Catherine. I picked my wedding date based off the availability of Catherine. Having Catherine do my makeup was the MOST important vender for me. During my trial, I went in with a wide variety of pictures, not knowing what would look best. Catherine mixed all of the pictures together and it was better than I could have even imagined. I even went outside of my comfort and went with a bold lip, which I’m so happy I did! Catherine did a total of 7 people for my wedding, fast and more than any of us could have imagined. Catherine was so professional, sweet and met all expectations. Not only did my makeup stay on all day, but I sadly got very sick and spent part of my night hugging a toilet bowl and my makeup did not even budge!! I cannot recommend Catherine enough!!

From my trial to my wedding day, Catherine was AMAZING! She is so professional, friendly, talented, and accommodating. Much of my bridal party and myself are not big makeup people so we all wanted a more natural look. Catherine is the BEST option for your bridal makeup! She is professional and also personable, not to mention organized, clear, talented, detailed, I could go on! Catherine gave me an excellent trial on my makeup, made notes on what I would want changed, and executed absolutely perfectly on my wedding day. She came to my parents' house and blended right in with our family as we all got ready in the morning, playing with our dog and chatting with us all. I loved my makeup completely and it stayed on with zero issue for the entire day, even with humidity, rain, an hour drive to my venue, etc. The rest of the bridal party and moms also loved their makeup! Catherine is absolutely amazing! I am not really a makeup person and other artists I've worked with left me not feeling the prettiest. With Catherine it was the complete opposite! As long as you know exactly what you are looking for Catherine will deliver but way better! She is extremely professional and the absolute sweetest. She was very organized and timely the day of the wedding. I had a few breakouts the day of the wedding and some scabbing and she was able to perform a miracle and cover it all up even though she said there was going to possibly be caking but as I said she performed a miracle! I have never felt more beautiful in my life. If you have the opportunity to work with this beautiful soul absolutely do it.

I'm late - here I'm thinking I got married last week, but turns out I've been soaking in post-marital bliss for 3 months now. It was only when I felt a chilly autumn breeze that I realized I'm past due for my June-wedding reviews. First, Catherine must be the most reliable, stick-to-her-word make-up artist on the planet and I'll summarize why: Catherine had a very unfortunate emergency arise the day of my wedding, but still showed up as planned to do my own bridal makeup, waited to tell me in person (so that I wouldn't worry), and secured a substitute artist for my bridesmaids. In that moment, I could tell how much Catherine cares for her brides. Second, my makeup stayed put throughout my entire sweaty, windy, sandy, teary-eyed, basically-all-makeup-ruining-conditions beach wedding! Catherine must have a secret up her sleeve for not making makeup budge. With a perfect natural make-up look, Catherine had all my guests fooled that I wake up with a glowing face - what dark circles? As a graduated Knot user, I know how overwhelming finding the right make-up artist feels. 3 months post-wedding and I am still so thankful that I found Catherine Cramer's service. I look at my wedding photos and think "wow! my face looked incredible!", thanks to Catherine. And that's how all brides should feel.

Catherine is AMAZING! I got married on 7/24/22 and it was ridiculously hot - 101 degrees - let me tell you...my makeup lasted the entire night! As a girl who has super sensitive skin and doesn't wear a lot of makeup, I was nervous that I was going to look like a completely different person and I didn't want that at all (I still wanted to see my skin). Catherine listened to all of my concerns and once she was done, I was blown away. She made me look and feel so beautiful. She is also an incredibly kind individual - she had this "calming" vibe about her and that was exactly what I needed on my wedding day. I couldn't be happier with my wedding makeup, everything about it was perfect! I was very nervous since I got married on a very humid 95+ degree day, but there wasn't even a crack in my makeup after >12 hours of having it on. Catherine is very sweet and professional, on the day of the wedding I decided to use different eyelashes then what we used during the trial, Catherine was super accommodating and made me feel great. She did my makeup + 4 other people and we all looked stunning. I also had one of her team members, Niki, do my bridesmaids makeup. They were all so happy with how it turned out, since they just showed her inso pics the day of and Niki was able to recreate the most perfect looks for them. I would not book anyone else to do my makeup, I can't recommend Catherine and her team enough!

If you’re looking for an amazing super talented makeup artist Catherine and her team are it!! Catherine is a true professional and I will always recommend her! Prior to the wedding, Catherine discussed with me my vision, skin type, and any concerns I may have. On the morning of my wedding, Catherine was already at the venue all set up and ready to start before we arrived, which was super helpful in staying on schedule (as there were 11 people people getting makeup done)! Everyone’s makeup looked flawless and lasted all day/night (and it was 90+ degrees that day)! The bridal party still talks to me about how amazing their makeup looked and how their lashes stayed on all day without coming off at all! My mom and my now mother in law were super nervous about getting their makeup done because they’ve never had it done before, and they too loved their makeup and how amazing they look in photos! I can’t get over how incredible every one of my photos came out and that’s largely due to Catherine’s amazing talent and I can’t thank her enough!

Let me just start off by saying I was OBSESSED with my makeup on my wedding day! I was always skeptical on getting my makeup done and hating it but Catherine and her team made sure I was stunning for my wedding day! My wedding was June 4th and I used Catherine as my makeup artist. I can’t say enough about how amazing she is! She is always available to answer any questions you have, work with you every step of the way and is incredibly talented! My makeup was done at 10 AM and after my wedding ended at 12 AM, my makeup still looked just as amazing as it did in the morning. I used Catherine for my wedding on 05/21 and all I can say is she did an amazing job. From the the moment I booked her Catherine was a constant professional and incredibly organized. I had a LOT of women in my bridal party and Catherine and her helper did not hesitate a minute to give each of my girls the best makeup we could have hoped for. Everyone came out beautiful and she made the process so easy and efficient,. My girls loved them and their work and I am soo happy I booked her for such an important day!

Catherine was absolutely amazing. She was timely and professional and such a pleasure to have with me on my wedding morning! She did myself, mom, and 6 bridesmaids and we finished slightly early. Everyone looked stunning. All of my girls were so impressed and our makeup lasted all night (even until the next day) I know all of my pictures will look infinitely better because Catherine did my makeup. 10/10 would recommend!

There are not enough amazing things that I can say about Catherine!!! Over the past year she’s been so helpful during my wedding process; suggestions for spray tans, skin routines, tips and tricks to look perfect for my wedding day. she is so sweet and kind. She makes you feel so comfortable. We did my trial and she took my changes and adapted to them for me at the last minute. My entire bridal party loved their looks and I began to CRY once I saw the final result on my big day. I hope I have the opportunity to use her again for other events !!

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience so far with hiring Catherine for my wedding makeup. I am getting married in June, and she has be very responsive by email, making it easy to communicate and coordinate. I changed the start time of my wedding and she was very flexible and understanding. I just had my trial with her and she has such a lovely personality. She is so easy to talk to -- she made me feel comfortable and it felt like a friend was doing my makeup. She allowed me to show her a whole array of inspiration pictures and we took the time to go through, in detail, what I was going for before we even started. I liked that she didn't make me feel rushed in the process. Catherine really listened to what I wanted, and I was impressed with how perfectly she executed my vision. I am so excited to have her be a part of my day and I can't wait for her to pamper my best friends and make us all look and feel like rockstars. The way she did my makeup made me feel beautiful, but I also still looked like myself and not a completely different person. Not only is Catherine the sweetest person to work with she is truly amazing at what she does. I don’t have the best skin or features but she worked her magic and really made me feel like a million bucks on my wedding day. Catherine did my makeup when I was a bridesmaid in a prior wedding and I was OBSESSED! When it became my time to get married it was a no brainer to hire her for my wedding makeup! She is soooo incredibly talented! I had 2 matrons of honors, 9 bridesmaids, & 2 MOB/MOG. Catherine and Olivia made us all look INCREDIBLE & FLAWLESS! Each girl had different skin tones, textures and requests and they delivered beyond expectations. Everyone was soooo happy with the outcome. I cannot say enough good things about the entire process! I hired Catherine to do my wedding makeup as well as the makeup for my bridesmaids and my mom. Catherine and her teammate, Olivia, were absolutely amazing and were so sweet, I couldn't have asked for a better makeup team for my wedding day. Catherine did an amazing job on my makeup, my two sisters and my mom for my brothers wedding! I found Catherine on insta and she was very responsive and even came early (our schedule changed plast minute). I’m so happy Catherine did my makeup for my wedding! She made me feel so beautiful. Her and her colleague also did the makeup for my entire bridal party, my mom, MIL, and a family friend. They came to the hotel on time with all their makeup and gear. They had everyone on a good timeline and all my girls looked so pretty and they were all so happy with their make up! Catherine was extremely responsive to all my emails and all my silly questions. I couldn’t have asked for a better MUA and supportive person on what could be a very stressful day without calm people like Catherine!

Catherine was truly amazing from start to finish! She was overly communicative and scheduling appointments with her were seamless. She explains everything she used and provided the names of the gloss and lipsticks for touch ups. I’ve never received so many compliments on my makeup out of all the 10 weddings I’ve been in!!! My bridal makeup stayed in tact all day and night (including my lips). I’m a huge stickler with my eyebrows, and Cat filled them in perfectly so that they weren’t overwhelming. My mother has never had her makeup done professionally and she was raving about how patient and receptive Cat was to her makeup application. I loved the fact that Cat doesn’t cake on makeup, it looks so natural. Cat deserves a million stars because of how incredible she is not only as a makeup artist but as a person. For my wedding Catherine did mine and all of my bridesmaids makeup and both mothers. She did an absolutely amazing job. Not only was she on time the entire day she made sure all of us were happy and even stayed a little longer for pictures and made sure my makeup was perfect. Which it was. She was so patient and extremely kind. Everyone’s makeup stayed on the entire day and even til the next morning for some us. She was professional and made sure everything was sanitized in between each person. I will be using her from here on out for anytime I need my makeup done and I will also be recommending her to everyone!!!

Catherine is a Makeup Mastermind! She did my makeup for my bridal shower and my wedding, I did two different looks for both and she killed it! I also had her stay for the wedding (which was down the shore) for touch ups, even though my makeup stayed perfect the whole night... AND it rained during my outdoor ceremony, my makeup didn't budge one bit! Also, I have no idea what I'm talking about when it comes to makeup, I would show her multiple pictures from Pinterest of different looks and would say "I like this but not like that" type things, I was pretty difficult to say the least but Catherine was so patient and understanding and was able to pick out the pieces of information I was trying to get across. She repeated things back to me in terms I would understand (since I know very minimal about makeup products) such as "Okay so you like this smokey look but not as dark and with more of a shiner instead of a full on glitter effect, right?" like YES! totally got it! She was so sweet and considerate, she encourages you to be open about what you do and don't like during the trial and she took notes about any tweaks we made. She pays such great attention to detail. I felt so incredibly beautiful while also feeling like I look like myself! She is also so insanely knowledgable about all sorts of products and why each item was being used on me and what its purpose was, and even recommended products for me to use on a regular basis that I now LOVE! She truly loves her job and her work ethic, enthusiasm, and eagerness to make her clients happy really speaks volumes. So if you're looking for a makeup artist that is passionate/ knowledgable about her work, the sweetest person ever, patient, understanding, and does the most amazing work, then Catherine Cramer MUA is your girl, HANDS DOWN!<3

I would highly, HIGHLY recommend Catherine to anyone who is looking for a makeup artist. She's professional, talented, sweet, and fun! She also responds quickly! Catherine was amazing and a true professional. Not only was she super kind but she made me and my entire wedding party feel beautiful. My mom developed an awful allergic reaction on her face a few days before the wedding and Catherine was able to cover it up and made her feel less self conscious . She was so happy with how she looked. I was uncomfortable with wearing heavy makeup and Catherine was able to achieve a natural but glamorous look that did not need to be touched up at all!
