e have all of our photos, I'd be lying if I said I didn't look at them every day. They're printed out and hung on our walls, in picture frames around the house and we even got a photo album so all of our friends and family can enjoy when they come over. Cat made us feel so welcomed and comfortable in front of the camera. We were laughing through both our engagement session and wedding day. none. The whole process didn't feel like a business transaction. It felt like we were in the presence of friends the entire time. They created such a warm atmosphere at our wedding. They take time to capture well thought out, classic moments, that will stand the test of time. Every picture was so creative, so untraditional, and so sincere. We didn't really want anything cliche, yet we also didn't want anything super trendy. We wanted to be us. They truly exceeded our expectations in every area. They are the best of the best, and are truly gifted for this.

we never really looked into. We met with them once, had our engagement pictures taken but then realized after it wasn’t the right fit for us. After this huge disappointment and losing a good amount of money we were pressed to find a new photographer. Catherine was recommended to us by a friend and we LOVED her work. We decided we would meet with her for a casual cup of coffee and get to know her well as we didn’t want to make the same mistake as before. We wanted to make sure she was the perfect fit! She was so sympathetic in hearing about our previous situation and was even patient in dealing with my husband nailing her with questions as if she was being interviewed, since we didn’t want to re live what we just went through. She understood though and made it apparent in her communication and her work that this was more of a passion for her than a job. She talked about her counterpart Jonathan and the love they share together in addition to their passion and love for photography. In hearing her story we knew Catherine and Jonathan not only knew a lot about photography but also knew a lot about love. We knew they were the ones that could capture our story the way we dreamt it. We got lucky in that right after we booked Catherine; Jonathan and Catherine came together as one package and created Deus Amor. Our whole experience with Jonathan and Catherine is too hard to put into words because it was that amazing. My husband who is hard to open up to people got a long with the both of them so well and it was evident in our pictures that Catherine and Jonathan could read us like a book. We had multiple family and friends tell us that they couldn’t believe how well they captured both of our personalities. They easily picked up on our personalities, our awkwardness and uniqueness, and were able to highlight it all through their photography. The wedding day was perfect. Our bridal party and family loved Catherine and Jonathan which made the day that much better. Catherine was more than a photographer that day she was like one of my bridesmaids making sure everything about me: my dress, jewelry, veil, shoes, smile, etc… was perfect and it was. Even with all the commotion of the“getting ready” pictures, family pictures, bridal pictures, etc. Jonathan and Catherine made sure we had an hour with just us four to not only let my husband and I take in the day but also capture our love without interruption- and let me tell you these were probably our all time favorite shots! As you can see I can go on and on about how incredible our experience was with Deus Amor and after all the complications we had in the beginning it was well worth the troubles to have Deus Amor capture our wedding. Our wedding photos are more than just photos they are a masterpiece. With it being several months after our wedding we are still having trouble picking the ones we want printed because every single one of them are that perfect and beautiful. We cannot thank Deus Amor enough for all their time, effort, love, passion and friendship. You both are absolutely INCREDIBLE!

’T. The day goes by so fast and having beautifully captured lasting memories is the best money that we could have spent.

ot about photography and a lot about love, and that couldn’t have been more evident in the final product. They did an incredible job of identifying what makes us unique as a couple and highlighting it through their photography. Looking at our pictures now, we see all of the things we cared about most coming together and making something beautiful. From the candid shots of our families and friends to our formal portraits, Catherine and JT helped to create a space of intimacy where we were able to be fully present and enjoy the most important moment of our life. Looking back we have something more than just pictures, we have our very own love story!

rapher. There is something so special and almost magical about Catherine photos that can’t explained in words, you just have to see them for yourself. I don’t know if it’s the style of photography, her editing or a combination of both, but the photos are so raw but with a thin layer of softness -does that even make sense? Like I said, it’s hard to describe in words. I do know that the photos are better than I expected, and make our wedding day look even more beautiful than I remember! She captured very detail of our special day -from my perfume being sprayed, to the tears my husband shed as I walked down the aisle, to our guests laughing and enjoying themselves, no detail was overlooked. Looking at our wedding album is like reliving the day all over again, and evokes the same excitement and love we felt on our special day! Of course beautiful pictures that capture your wedding day is what all brides are looking for in a wedding photographer, but I think it’s also important to make sure that you connect with the person behind the camera. Your wedding day is very intimate, even if you have 200+ guests, and the photographer will be right there capturing those intimate moments so you want to make sure they’re someone you are comfortable with. Catherine met with my husband and I so she could get to know us as a couple and talk about our expectations. After that, I probably emailed her a million times with questions, concerns and crazy thoughts that would pop into my brain, and she always answered all of them. Not only did she make me feel comfortable, but she also made my husband feel comfortable too. I hate when wedding pictures look posed or forced, and Catherine did a wonderful job of keeping everything so natural and authentic. Catherine prompted us to do something’s that we probably wouldn’t have done on our own, like having my veil over both our heads while we kiss -which felt weird and silly to do but looks so beautiful and natural. In fact, that picture is hands down my favorite picture from our wedding day!

On top of being extremely talented, Catherine is fun to be around and has a natural way of making you feel special. She wants to capture your personality in your photographs, so expect her to try and get to know you! This is a good thing! She captured our style and made our photos true to who we are! Jonathan is wickedly artistic, and he will make you feel like you’re a real model... he and Catherine work so seamlessly together. Jonathan will capture shots that you never imagined your everyday self was capable of! They were true professionals on our wedding day, blending in, but capturing every special moment. We are thrilled with the way our wedding photos turned out and look forward to Catherine and Jonathan capturing many more of our most valued memories.

DEUS AMOR together. My whole experience with Jonathan and Catherine was perfect. They have an ability to read the bride and groom; they picked up on our vibes and could tell what each of us wanted and needed. Catherine was more than my photographer that day; she was my emotional cheerleader, my dress cleaner (yes, she cleaned the dirt off of my dress!), she made sure I got something to eat, and she made sure I was happy amidst all of the chaos of the day. Jonathan was relaxed and calm which was such a nice presence to have around. Our photos are more than wedding photos. Each one is a work of art and we value all of the time, energy, love and passion that was put into each photo. If I could do it all again, I’d pick them every time.
