At first, I thought to myself, Do I really need a day of coordinator? Well, let me tell you, I was 100% relieved Catherine was there all day to help us. She made sure we had all our items, no one was left behind, that we ran on schedule, coordinated to ensure all vendors arrived on time, gathered all our vendors COI’s, and was there to help when one of my bridesmaids had a dress malfunction five minutes prior to the limo’s arrival time. And she also made sure I got a picture with my dog once I was ready, and this is a big win for me!

I met Cathrine at a friend’s event that she organized and was blown away with her attention to detail. Just meeting her she immediately got my vibe and even showed me the venue I ended up choosing right there! She was beyond helpful with keeping me on schedule with our wedding time line. Every recommendation she had I ended up agreeing with and wow did it pay off. Our wedding was a dream and the day of was so stress free. Cathrine is a boss and if you want to enjoy your event and not have to worry about organization she’s essential.

Catherine was such a big help especially on the day off we don’t know what we would have done without her! Her and her team were on it and made sure everything was just the way we envisioned it! She was a huge help with finding vendors we needed. We enjoyed our wedding so much and she was a big reason for that!

Catherine was a pleasure to work with. She was organized, punctual, responsive and paid attention to every detail leading up to our big day. It’s like she heard my vision and ran with it. Not only was she able to help calm my nerves by assisting with the coordination of my vendors and services leading up to and on my big day but she even made herself available after our big day. Planning my wedding with Catherine was like planning your wedding with your most productive and brilliant best friend that grew up with you. She has so much experience in the industry and she gets it. My wedding was exactly one year ago, but as we rewatch the wedding video and re-live the day, I can’t help but think “‘my God—- I could not have done this without Catherine!!!!!” At first, you think things may start off slow because it’s practically a year away, but as the months approach, you get hit with a serious dose of reality. There are so many details, moving parts, and elements that have to work together. Then…. the DAY OF!!!! If you think you can plan a wedding yourself, go ahead. But at the very least, Catherine holds her weight in gold by being the ultimate DAY OF coordinator. As well. With all the things that popped up on the day of my wedding that were completely outside of our control (i.e bad weather, moved ceremony inside, bridesmaid dress zipper popped, fire alarm, baby wagon broke, etc etc) Catherine handled all emergencies like a true professional. I had no idea these things were even happening and I was stress free. Catherine helped me bring our personality to every part of the wedding and we are eternally grateful that she was our wedding coordinator. I would have a vow renewal in a few years just to have her plan the whole thing! She is detailed oriented, appropriately intense and extremely comforting. Thank you Catherine!

When I first met Catherine I knew she was God sent to me to help me on my dream wedding. She is perfectionist, organized, professional and have so much great ideas, from the time that she made my wedding board ,to my rehearsal and to my wedding day she makes me so happy. My table setting and centerpiece are gorgeous, my ceremony was so beautiful and she turn my wedding venue exceptionally beautiful , all my guest amazed and very happy on my wedding. Everyone telling me how beautiful my wedding and everyone have great time. She removed all my wedding stress from shoulder. She have great team that can make your dream wedding beautiful and unforgettable. My husband and I grateful to her. I trust her and I do recommend her because the best .

CSevents- Catherine is literally the person I thought I never needed. I was so adamant on not needing a planner because I’m super type A and figured I can do everything or I would recruit my mom and bridesmaids to help out. But then, COVID hit and I lost all of the motivation that came with planning your wedding. My fiancé and I are both frontliners and we didn’t have the time to devote to a wedding we weren’t sure was going to happen. After Catherine’s and I initial phone call, all my anxiety was at ease. She literally assured me that my vision will come to life and there was nothing to worry about. We booked an in person meeting to review decor, colors, bridal party ect and then proceeded to do a site visit. For my Art Factory brides, it is a HUGE space and although beautiful, it is very big and needs someone that can execute your vision; Catherine did just that. My colors were copper and olive green. Catherine added orange flowers to make everything pop. I knew what the Art Factory looked like from having visited while other weddings were being setup but honestly, when I walked into my venue, I was speechless. The way everything came together took my breath away and she truly did an amazing job. She worked well with my huge italian/puerto rican family and was able to keep everything running on time. She is a lifesaver. We did my flowers through her as well. I sent her photos of what I had in mind and she was able to put the bouquets together based on that. The day of, they looked even better than what I could have imagined. My fiancé’s last name is McDonald so of course we had to have McDobalds at the end of the night. Once I told Catherine what I had in mind, she coordinated a back drop, the setup and her team getting the McDonalds at the end of the night. Our guests LOVED this idea. It was so cool and unique and literally looked like I was standing in my local McDonalds. If you are doubting getting a planner, CALL CATHERINE!

we met Catherine through our DJ/ Officiant Ricardo & I am so thankful that we did. We were so uncertain if we needed a day of coordinator, the answer was 100 % - yes. Not only did we need a day of coordinator, we needed Catherine. The day of the wedding I trusted her 100% & she did not let me down. She made sure that ever single moment I was a priority along with my husband. We had bumps during the event (some that I believe NEVER happen in weddings) but I felt like I had a friend guiding me through the day & reminding me to enjoy myself. I will forever be grateful for her dedication & help. Anyone would be lucky to have her do their event!

Catherine was amazing ! I honestly never thought you needed a wedding coordinator but when i started doing everything myself I am like no way I need help ! She was honestly the best ! Every step of the way I knew she was taking care of all the small details and understood my vision for my wedding. She did the decor and table setting and it was exactly how I imagined elegant and beautiful. About 2 months before our wedding we ended up having to switch venues and I was in panic ! in one day Catherine gathered up new locations and site visits and we fell in love with Roma ! It ended up being a better location and better food then our original venue ! Honestly I couldn’t be any happier with her and I recommend her and her team ! Me and my husband have such busy schedules and knowing I had her in my corner helping with the wedding made my wedding planning so much better and less stressful ❤️

Catherine was amazing from start to finish. As the mother of the bride,planning the wedding, Catherine’s presence, support, guidance, assistance, ideas,creative invitations , and professionalism took the stress and pressure off me especially as the day of coordinator. Catherine became a “family member” . We started planning this wedding pre-pandemic. Catherine “held my hand” through it all!! With her assistance,she helped me to take care of all of the details to ensure that my daughter’s wedding was truly a “grand celebration” at The Grand !!

Hiring Catherine was the best decision! She coordinated the many vendors involved in our wedding with ease and made sure that everyone did exactly what we wanted. We truly miss the wedding planning craziness because she was such a wonderful person to be around. On our wedding day, she made sure we had absolutely nothing to worry about and it was the best thing ever. We chose Catherine to be our wedding day coordinator and it was the best decision we made for our wedding. When I met with Catherine she listened to what my vision was. She took what I was dreaming about and made it a reality. She took care of everything, from invitations to favors to flowers and more. Since the wedding two years ago I again had the pleasure of working with Catherine for my daughter's baby shower which was absolutely perfect in every way. Catherine Scerbo and her team were amazing! I had a very specific vision for my wedding that was way out of the ordinary and she was able to bring it to life. We had a rather tight budget and she was able to broker deals and procure everything we wanted under that budget. Catherine Scerbo and her team were nothing short of amazing. The day was stress free and flowed smoothly. Throughout the entire process, from the minute we hired her, she was very friendly, kind, thorough, and was able to haggle some amazing deals for us; from the venue to the DJ and photographer. She also has a top notch wedding day team that put the bride and groom at top priority and take away any burden of running the wedding. Our glasses never went empty and every single one of our needs were met. My wife had a very particular and unorthodox vision for our wedding and Catherine and her team brought that exact vision to life. She was able to procure a tailor to make a custom black dress as well as find decorations to match the dark theme of the wedding, including the cake. As two people in love with music almost as much as we love each other, music was going to be a huge part of our wedding, and not only did she procure an amazing, highly recommended, and nationally recognized DJ, but she also was able to include a live percussionist that allowed us to flex our chops on the drums ourselves—all at an affordable price. We had a fairly strict and frugal budget and she was able to pull off our dream wedding. I highly recommend Catherine Scerbo Events for any event that you have.

My wife thought she could actually plan, execute, and participate in the same wedding. Needless to say there was almost a divorce before the wedding. Joking, not joking. CSE came along at just the right time as a recommendation from a friend who thought a planner might be helpful. Was the best decision, ever. The wedding was amazing we couldn't have been more pleased. Catherine and her team are professional, experienced, and organized. Not to mention they arleady have hook-ups in place for the best of the best when it comes to ordering a cake or selecting a venue. I found Catherine's company online and I am SO happy I contacted her. She first did the "cherry blossom" candy buffet at my bridal shower and all my guest were blown away. She also did my wedding invitations, programs, menus, reserved signs, favor tags, custom escort card table design, and SO much more! I also hired Catherine to help coordinate the events on my wedding day. We had countless meetings and emails to plan out my special day. Catherine and her assistant Robyn made sure EVERYTHING ran smoothly. They contacted all my vendors and confirmed all my details. They even gave me a detailed timeline of all wedding events. I had about 20 boxes/ baskets of stuff to display throughout my catering hall and Catherine Scerbo Events made sure everything was where I wanted it. I did not have to worry about a thing on my wedding day because I knew Catherine would make my vision come to life. Being a detail-crazed bride, I am so thankful that I found Catherine and FYEP/NJ Candy Buffets when I did! I had emailed her an inquiry, and she immediately responded to me and the rest is history! Catherine helped to make my day the greatest day of my life. She created my candy buffet, which was the #1 most important detail of my wedding, and completely wow'ed me with it! In addition, she also created my beautiful menu cards, escort cards, and favor tags, all fitting in perfectly with my fall themed wedding. Cathy was awesome! Because of our crazy busy schedule, we wanted a planner that will basically handle everything and anything about the wedding. We found just that with Cathy. Her attention to detail was phenomenal - from the invitations to the overall design were all fabulous! All the professionals that she recommended was great to work with as well. Our wedding was above and beyond what we expected. All our guests are still talking that it was the best wedding that they have attended. Catherine from For Your Event Planning was wonderful to work with. From the moment I contacted her, she was very responsive, easily accessible and happy to help with whatever I needed. She kept me on track and sane when all the details became overwhelming and somehow managed to not forget anything for our big day. E-mails and phone calls were always responded to same day. Catherine treated us as if we were the only wedding she was working on (which was far from true!), but the promptness with which she answered any questions, and the way in which she initiated contacting me with anything I was forgetting made us feel like we were the most important clients she had. She kept to my vision of the big day and when I was unsure she was there to give advice and make my vision come true. Everything turned out better than I imagined. The price was fair and the service she provided was worth far more than we paid. I would recommend Catherine to anyone looking for someone who will care as much about your wedding as you do!

The florist was also our planner. She was very creative and helped us come up with a floral design that fit our budget.
