Catherine is very passionate about her job and will do anything to make you happy. She gives you great ideas and helps keep things cheaper for your budget. Catherine is very sweet and easy to work with! When I showed up to my wedding, she did BEYOND what I even imaged..everything was so beautiful. She really cares to make the bride happy and will do whatever it takes. I would defiantly recommend her!

My wedding flowers were beyond my dreams. Catherine is beyond talented and a true artist and a consummate professional. My entire experience with Catherine, start to finish, was delightful, professional, and personal. Catherine is not only extremely knowledgeable on style and floral design, but she also knows how to best optimize your wedding timeline so you and your family have the absolute best florals possible. Catherine invited us to her house for our first consult where we completely changed the color scheme but I left feeling so confident I didn’t worry about the florals at all for almost a year. When my wedding day came, Catherine had come up with the most gorgeous designs they looked absolutely divine, and BETTER than anything I had ever seen in any magazine or wedding in my entire life. I can’t wait for the professional photos to come back which can hopefully showcase as much as in person the absolute artistry of design. In my case, I only had a few restrictions (i.e. avoid roses, avoid monotone, a couple of inspiration pictures but nothing that I thought was exactly what I wanted) and Catherine came up with something out of this world. For other brides that have a more specific vision, I am certain that Catherine can deliver. And for brides like myself that can handle a surprise, believe me that it has been worth it. Catherine also suggested that my flower girl, since I was getting married in a garden, carry a watering can (which we decorated together) filled with her own bouquet. It was so adorable on the wedding day and its now a special keepsake for her. All my wedding party’s flowers were also gorgeous, which complemented but did not overpower my own bouquet. My groom was ecstatic with the boutonnieres—his was just gorgeous as a unique design, with all the other men having different but again, complementary designs. Cost-wise, Catherine was transparent and I found everything to be extremely easy to work with. The result was just a perfect day with memories to last a lifetime. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to Catherine and her team. It would be impossible to be disappointed with their work, and I recommend them to the highest degree of confidence possible.

I had a slight idea of what I wanted for my wedding day, by the time the actual wedding day came and I first saw her magnificent creations, I was blown away! Had a meeting to get a quote for flowers. I️ had a low budget in mind but let her know I️ wasn’t dead set on staying that low (under $1000). It took 5 days for her to get me the quote and only after I️ asked for an update. She sent me back an email that sounded more like a lecture and also quoted me $3600 and $800 for just the delivery fee.My sister recommended her to me and said that her pricing was way lower not even a year ago. My guess is that I️ offended her with my low budget, even though her original email had a whole paragraph about not being afraid to let her know of your budget.

We just got married in September at Silver Oaks Chateau and Catherine did a beautiful job! She is extremely detail oriented, so you don't have to worry about a single thing when you hire her! She meets with you several times to talk through the theme and brainstorm new and creative ideas. Her passion for the floral business is obvious, and she wants each event to be unique and different. I did not want cookie cutter flowers, and she delivered above and beyond. Thank you Catherine!!! Can't recommend her enough.

Catherine did a fabulous job on my daughter's wedding! The flowers were so beautiful from the church, boutiques and the wedding reception. I wanted the "WOW" factor when the doors were open to the reception - and it was definitely! We received so many compliments from everybody. Catherine and her team are AMAZING!!! She was so easy to work with and went along with me 100% every time I changed my mind :) She worked one on one with our reception coordinator and our cake baker to make sure that everyone and everything was on schedule for our wedding day. Her team stayed at the church to help with the last minute details and helped get everyone got down the aisle. We got SO many compliments on our wedding flowers. For anyone looking for the perfect florist... look no further!! Catherine's work is absolutely amazing. She is so thorough and makes sure that every detail of the decorations are absolutely perfect. I was so impressed by the amount of time and effort she spent making sure that I was able to get the look I was hoping to get for my wedding. I wish that I could upload pictures of exactly how awesome her arrangements and bouquets turned out because they were so much more beautiful than I could have ever dreamed of but I know she has lots of samples of her work if you just contact her. In addition to her talent, she is also such a pleasure to work with. Now that the wedding is over, I will definitely miss working with her!

Catherine is AMAZING! I was a out of town bride and sent a electronic quote to Catherine, she replied back with lots of suggestions and tips attached. From that moment, I had a feeling that she must be a passionate and sweet florist. Plus, whenever I threw a question to her, she was always very fast responded with detailed explanation. When I got to meet her 7 weeks before my wedding, I only have some rough idea what I want for my flowers and center pieces, but she was so patience and nice, trying to help me to choose flowers and colors using her expertise. I didn't have much time to do the wedding planing because of a new job and moving to another state and wedding happened the same time, so after the meeting with her, she made a very detailed notes for me and walk through all of them via phone before she order the flowers. All of these are very smoothy.... Catherine even helped me to draw a timeline for the ceremony and volunteered to help my venue to set up name cards and wedding favors on the tables. I cannot say enough how happy I was when I saw my bridesmaid and my bouquets, they are so beautiful and the center pieces, exactly or even prettier than what I have imagined. One more thing I have to mention is that her price is very reasonable, even with a tight budget like I had, you are still guaranteed to have the beautiful flowers you have dreamed of.

Catherine did and UNBELIEVABLY AMAZING job on my wedding flowers. I requested the flowers last minute and without fail, Cathrine came through. The employees at our wedding venue were requesting her information and asking for any of the left over bouquets. Her bouquets were original, stylish and tastefully done, I have never seen any florist compare to the quality. Not only did she create beautiful bouquets, but she went above and beyond to make me as a bride feel prepared and ready for the wedding day. I would recommend her for any wedding or major event, loved her!

I can not begin to say enough nice things about Catherine! Our floral budget was on the smaller side, and we had already had multiple consultations with florists that quoted us way outside our budget or never returned my emails/calls. From the first time I talked to Catherine, she broke down all costs and explained why certain things were priced the way they were so I understood, and was still willing to work with my budget, even helping me come up with ways to cut costs. She was so sweet and kept in touch through my whole planning process. I was BLOWN AWAY at how big and beautiful my bouquets were, at first I thought the bridesmaid bouquet was mine, that's how large and gorgeous they all were. Catherine is FANTASTIC! She recently did all of the floral pieces for my sister's wedding, which included the bridal party, bouquets, boutineers, head table, centerpieces, and flowers crowns that they bridesmaids and the bride wore. My sister was working an out of state project in the months leading up to the wedding, and with so much on her plate, it was a BLESSING to work with someone who completely understood her vision for her big day and made it happen. I cannot express enough how GORGEOUS the flowers were, how many people commented on them at the wedding and after, how gorgeous they are in pictures, and how BIG my sister's smile was when she saw everything. They truly made the most special day in her life even more special - I am so grateful to Catherine for all that she did!

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Catherine for my wedding last month. I know it sounds silly but I feel like I found Catherine because we were simply meant to work together. I had a 6 month engagement and the entire focal point of my wedding was flowers. I love wildflowers and wanted every aspect of our wedding to give off a very boho whimsical vibe. Catherine was so prompt in her responses and because she is highly sought after, she always let me know when she would be able to meet or respond to any questions that I have. She does so many events outside of weddings during the week and still gives her brides the utmost attention . I read a comment on here that describe her as a "fairy godmother" and that could not be more true. My fiancé and I met with Catherine at her home and she was so warm and inviting. She worked with the budget we gave her and absolutely EXCEEDED our expectations. She not only helped me with flowers but she helped me with the overall planning of my wedding and gave suggestions for ideal table sizes, centerpiece vases, timing and so much more. She was a true angel ! On my wedding day, Catherine arrived into my bridal suite and I started to tear up because the bouquets she designed were the most BEAUTIFUL flowers I have ever seen. I was speechless and had no idea I could ever have something so gorgeous for my wedding. In addition to the bouquets, Catherine made me a stunning flower crown to wear and it was better than any picture I sent her. My husband and his groomsmen had the cutest succulent boutonnieres and everyone loved how they looked. I was also one of Catherine's budget brides but you wouldn't have known. She transformed my reception into a boho paradise. My head table had eucalyptus and rose petals beautifully laid out. She made the bridesmaids bouquets fuller so they could be used as centerpieces. She even made me a special floral cake topper ! I found out after the wedding that Catherine went above and beyond her job when she saw that the tables were not set up right at the venue. I didn't even know anything was wrong because she took care of everything and had it set up again the right way so that my vision came to life. Catherine is such a beautiful soul to work with. Sadly, I lost my beloved grandmother and wished so badly she could be there on my wedding day. Catherine's kind and fun nature reminded me so much of my own grandmother, it was truly a joy working with her. We've had so many guests and family members ask for her name after seeing pictures of all the flowers she created. She cares deeply about the work she provides but more importantly, she truly cares about people and loves to make their dreams become a reality. She's a phenomenal florist and I would recommend her time and time again!

My daughter's wedding was last week and I cannot imagine any other floral designer being such a joy to work with. Catherine is professional but at the same time makes planning a wedding, which can be so stressful, fun. Working with her make you feel confident that everything is going to turn out great. And it does. All of the bouquets and floral arrangements were stunning. She blends classic with unique artistic designs that truly made my daughter's wedding one of the most beautiful I had ever seen.

I knew from our first consult that Catherine was going to be amazing to work with and she truly was! At our initial meeting, before we even had booked with her, she went out of her way to provide ideas and suggestions for the overall decor of the wedding that ultimately helped shape many of our decisions. She is incredibly knowledgeable and her help was invaluable. With this in mind, her prices were incredibly affordable and she went above and beyond to make our vision come true! On the day of the wedding we were completely IN LOVE with and AMAZED by ALL of the flowers. My bouquet was simply GORGEOUS. The colors, flowers, everything was perfect! We received so many compliments on the flowers and they look amazing in every single photo. Besides the actual product, Catherine is a gem to work with and I would book her all over again!!!

Working with Catherine was very difficult. We were married in November 2015, and we had a smaller budget. We picked her because many of the reviews said she worked well with smaller budgets and they said they liked her work. Catherine did come up with some clever ways to save money, like using the bridesmaid’s bouquets as centerpieces on some tables, as well as some other ideas. That being said, it seemed liked she didn’t want to put the effort in for a smaller budget wedding. Communication with her could be hard at times, which was disappointing because I was planning from out of town. It also was hard to get answers from her and at times I felt her tone in her emails was even judgmental. When I tried to email her to touch base with details, that was a complete disaster. She responded saying on several occasions saying she was busy and it would seem I could only get responses on Sundays. When she would send the proposal to go over, she would leave out many details. On a few emails she commented how she forgot to add something in and would return the adjusted proposal later that evening, but it wouldn’t come until the following week. When it did come, she still forgot to make the changes, and I would have to go another week before hearing from her. When telling her the final number count for tables, she wanted it 6 weeks out, but most RSVP's from wedding invitations are not due back until a month before. When we had to take some tables out still 4 weeks before the wedding, I got a very unprofessional email from her that was several paragraphs long. She said she was going to continue doing my wedding is because she liked my grandma. I felt her response was inconsiderate and inappropriate! I remember sitting at a meeting with her and she explained how her own son, who she was doing the flowers for, was changing details during the last week, and she was expecting me to have a final head count one month out?! Vendors are supposed to make the planning process easier – not harder. Also, on our final meeting, when discussing some final details and mentioning colors, she didn’t even know some of the colors for the wedding, even though I provided her with color swatches. Lastly, I absolutely loved the bridesmaid’s bouquets and centerpieces she did. Unfortunately I absolutely hated my bouquet. It didn’t look at all like what we talked about. It also did not uphold well and many stems and flowers kept falling off throughout the day. My bouquet is obviously the one in many photos and seeing the bouquet is just an eyesore. Overall, she does nice work but I feel she's not worth the headache.

Catherine Thoele is a very experienced, passionate, and lovely woman! I am not the most knowledgeable person when it comes to flower arrangements, but Catherine was able to understand my vision and execute it even better than I could have dreamed of! My husband and I were married at the Missouri Botanical Garden, so I needed to make sure that my flowers lived up to the beauty of the location. Catherine went above and beyond, using her impeccable style and vision. She's a funny woman as well, so be prepared to meet her big personality! I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who wants breathtaking flowers for a very reasonable price. I still have people telling me how beautiful the bouquets were! A big thank you to Catherine for making my special day even more fantastic.

I didn't want my wedding day to end and the beautiful center pieces and flowers contributed to the fairy tale wedding I always dreamed of having. I met with Catherine many months before my wedding. I took a fabric swatch, pictures of ideas I had for flowers and knew the colors I liked. I explained that I did have to stay within a budget. She gave great suggestions for center pieces within my budget and she was able to substitute some flowers that were costly with others that were more reasonable and in season. She gave me advice that helped me get through the pre ceremony plans so that the entire bridal party and flowers would still look fresh for the ceremony. I received so many compliments on the flowers. I really appreciated all she did to make the day so special.

Catherine was TERRIFIC. She was so much fun to work with, VERY talented and knowledgeable and our wedding flowers were AMAZING. We got hundreds of compliments on the flowers all day long. She made my amazing day extraordinary!!!!!!! Five stars is not enough !

We have used the services of two other very reputable and highly recommended florists in the St. Louis/Chesterfield area, and have to say that our experience with Catherine ranks number 1 above all others. There is nothing pretentious or judgmental about Catherine. She has a keen attention for detail and while she offered suggestions, we never felt like we were being pressured. Catherine was willing to work with whatever budget we had in mind. Come the day of the wedding, Catherine personally delivered the flowers, and to say they were stunning is an understatement. Each arrangement was overflowing with fresh flowers and all were arranged just as we had envisioned. Catherine stayed on site the entire time, making sure that the arrangements were transitioned from the wedding to the reception. Catherine gave us a personalized service that we've never experienced from the well-known floral shops. Not only was she a genuine pleasure to work with from beginning to end, but we highly recommend her. You will not be disappointed!

Catherine Thoele Florist is Outstanding. She did all of my wedding flowers and she nailed it. They were better than I ever could have imagined. It truly was over and above my expectations. I know my mom kept bugging her the week before the wedding and Catherine took care of that also. That florist has the best customer service ever but more importantly the gorgeous arrangement. Our daughter's wedding was just three short days ago. I am still reeling from how everything turned out. Working with Catherine for months in advance, all the way through the wedding and reception, I can't say enough about her work. Our flowers were above expectations. She did her very best to bring my daughter's vision to life for her big day...and the flowers were even more beautiful than we had planned. Simply stunning. When I first saw them on the wedding day, I was speechless. Not only does Catherine listen to your wishes and bring them to reality, she goes extra miles (not one, but several extra miles) to make sure you are comfortable and relaxed on your wedding day. She delivered decorations to our reception site, she came by the house to pick up supplies and to meet with us. She is very particular, and wants everything to be perfect. And it is. The highest compliment I can give Catherine is to say that when our other daughter marries, she will again be our florist. I wouldn't work with anyone else. :-)

We could tell immediately when we met Catherine for a consult that she is extremely knowledgeable. We loved that she does not use any flowers with fake colors and uses in-season plants for her designs. I gave her a few pictures of types of flowers I like for inspiration, and she delivered bouquets that were better than I could have imagined. Catherine deals with all the floral arrangements personally. She called me on the phone so I didn't have to go in to her shop and we dealt with everything via email. She completely understood my budget and gave me a much larger arrangement than I was expecting within my price range. She was also very understanding to my restraints at hanging items and contacted the wedding venue herself to make arrangements.

Catherine was not only a Class A florist but she was the sweetest lady to me! She put together some amazing arrangements and bouquets that brought my wedding alive! She gathered all the pictures I had, brain stormed with me and really made everything I had thought about, become real! I was an out of town bride and when I came to St Louis to meet with vendors, she blocked off time with me, set up ideas for me and made sure everything was ready to go so that I wouldn't have to worry until the wedding. She also spent hours on the phone with me initially getting to know me and getting a feel for what I wanted. She volunteered her time to help with other set ups or with anything else I needed help with in the St Louis area. She worked with my bakery to decorate the cake,and it was the highlight of my night! I fully trusted Catherine in handling anything with the wedding and I'm sure she jumped in to help with other things that I don't even know about, and for that I am truly thankful! There was never a doubt in my mind that night about the flowers or reception set up, she had it handled completely! I give Catherine my top recommendation for any brides out there, from local brides to out of town brides! She was so easy to work with and was a stress free florist! Thanks Catherine!!

I can't say enough good things about Catherine. She responds quickly, professionally, and takes all your worries away. When we first met Catherine she was so organized and friendly. She understood my entire vision from the bouquets to the tall centerpieces. I also had a specific tall vase in mind that I saw online and she found them for me! I couldn't believe how gorgeous everything turned out, absolutely amazing and our guests are still going crazy over the flowers. If your guests don't talk about your flowers its because you didn't choose Catherine! Planning a wedding can get stressful and if you can have one vendor to put your mind at ease its her! We recently used Catherine Thoele as our wedding florist on 9/27/13. Catherine is INCREDIBLY talented!!! She exceeded our expectations in every way! The bouquets and center pieces were breath taking! She knows just what to do to preserve the flowers so they are not wilted by the time you get to your reception. Many florists don't know this and the flowers don't hold up. She is also very reasonable in price. I priced out many florists and she was in fact the most reasonable. Catherine did a remarkable job at our recent wedding/reception and we HIGHLY recommend her. I went to Catherine with a unique idea...then changed it, changed it again, and finally settled on a multi-colored theme. None of my bridesmaids were going to wear the same dress or color so she worked with me and the bouquets were massive! Our budget was just over $1,000 and she gave me a few ideas that helped slash my budget to keep me on track. She worked well with my wedding coordinator and when she arrived at the church, was so sweet and genuinely excited for my fiance' and I. She is helpful, educated in her field of expertise and wonderful. I highly recommend her to all future brides.
