My daughters wedding was almost one year ago and we are hugely disappointed with the service we received. The wedding video arrived 7 months after the wedding after it was promised...
in the contract at 3-4 months. The wedding video was filled with footage from the engagement video which was unacceptable. The wedding day had more than enough special moments without needing to add engagement footage.
But the worst part is either the lost or corrupted footage of the day. We have hundreds or files but none had the following:
Mother/Groom dance
Cake cutting
Wedding party introductions and entrance to reception
Maid of Honor Speech
First dance father/bride
Best mans speech (some audio but no video)
First dance bride and groom
Exit of bride and groom to limousine
We reached out to them to correct the video and to find our precious footage of these big moments but as of today have received nothing.
We are heart broken that these items were not included per their contract.
