. Everyone said it was the best wedding cake they'd ever tried. We did one layer of Pink Champagne with Biscoff and the other was Cinnamon Toast Crunch with Spicy Mexican Hot Chocolate. We may go ahead and pull our anniversary slice out of the freezer now and just order a tasting cake each year. That way we have a chance to try all of the flavors!

I honestly think she could probably charge more for how amazing she is. She is very prompt and responsive as well! I requested info and she immediately called. She is super friendly and professional. Not only is her artistic ability top notch, her flavors are on point! Her cake is so delicious! She is also open to making new flavors or kinds that aren’t her typical. You can make several different combinations of flavors as well. My now husband loves Ube, a flavor typically found in Filipino desserts, and I really wanted that flavor. She was the ONLY one that was agreeable to making that flavor. The cake tasting she goes over each flavor with you to see if it’s too much of something, too sweet, need more of another, etc. I love that you talk with Cathy herself directly! She really gets to know you and what your vision is of your wedding cake. I also had her make the grooms cake and boy did she deliver!!! Again, she is truly an artist!!! Everyone was amazed at the grooms cake! My husband doesn’t like cake and I didn’t want the typical sports or hobby type cake. So I figured making the cake into something he does love, sushi! She made a jaw dropping sushi boat! It was perfection!!! It did not look like a cake! We made that cake also Ube with coconut and it was delicious!! Book Cathy! You will NOT go wrong. She is perfect in every aspect of cake baking, from price to taste to looks and she herself is an awesome person to work with. Stop your search, seriously go with Cathy!!

We tried 8 cake flavor combinations and it was SO HARD to narrow it down!!! So the cake itself is a 12/10. Now for design.... my cake was the most gorgeous cake I have ever seen in my life. I had no idea what I wanted, so I sent Cathy about 12 Pinterest Photos that were all VERY different. After a couple consultation calls, Cathy designed something that resembled one of our favorite designs, but had components of others. It was seriously gorgeous and everything I could have ever dreamed of. Honestly, the photos of my cake belong on Pinterest themselves!!! I can't say enough good things about Cathy. She is quick to respond, easy to work with, makes absolutely AMAZINGLY delicious cake, AND has the highest quality skill of design and implementation. If I could give 10/5 stars, I would.

She encouraged us to step outside our comfort zones and try her amazing flavors. Two vanilla lovers ended up with a delicious cake with alternating layers of champagne cake and white chocolate filling and vanilla cake and salted caramel filling. Our wedding cake was a delicious work of art! She also accommodated my request for gluten free cupcakes for my little sisters. All my guests raved about dessert!

but the pink champagne flavored cake with cheesecake filling was DELICIOUS! And to top it off, she helped me design a cake that I surprised my husband with - the BEST Phish themed cake EVER! Even complete with the chosen song quote as a piece of artwork resting in front of it and an amazing topper with their band logo. My friends still haven't stopped talking about it! I never expected myself to say this, but the cakes were honestly one of my favorite parts of the wedding. Not to mention the small amount that was leftover was consumed within a week of returning from our honeymoon (who can let such a delicious dessert sit in their freezer for a year?!). I cannot thank her enough for everything!

She arranged the floral in the most perfect way and even hand painted foiled gold accents on the fresh floral! Seriously stunning! Everyone went on and on about how delicious the cake was. On top of her talents, Cathy is one of the sweetest people I've ever met! You can't go wrong with booking her!

She was incredibly thorough in discussing ALL of the design of my wedding, and when she saw a picture of my dress, she mimicked the ruffled look with wafer paper, brushed subtly with some gold leafing that she knew I loved. I welled up with tears when I saw my cake - she created my dream cake (and I didn't even know I HAD a dream cake!) The flavors were simply amazing. The actually cake itself was so delicious that I ate a giant piece the next day on the way to the airport for my honeymoon. But it wasn't just about being my caker for Cathy. When my photographer backed out at the last minute, I found my new photographer through one of Cathy's contacts. I wish I had seen her on my wedding day to hug her neck, because she was such a wonderful support to me through my planning process - as well as making (TRULY!) the best tasting and most beautiful cake I have ever seen.
