Cathy Teeters Beautiful Weddings

Cathy was incredible to work with. From start to finish, she was so friendly, organized, and professional. And her flowers speak for themselves - her arrangements are gorgeous!!! At the initial consultation, she has you go through a gallery of her prior weddings and you just chat about what you like and don't like while she makes some notes. From there, she came up with an incredibly comprehensive proposal with individual prices for each possible flower arrangement we might want. She then lets you pick and choose what you want so you can stay within your budget. When flower prices rose this fall, she respected her initial proposal and worked to come up beautiful centerpieces that wouldn't break the bank. She also makes the wedding day flow effortlessly. She delivers the flowers to wherever you need them and transported arrangements after the ceremony for repurposing at the reception. My bouquet was so pretty I almost cried when I saw it! Cathy was a joy to work with!

Cathy did the flowers for our wedding April 24, 2021. Cathy was very easy to work with and responded quickly to emails, was always informative, and very friendly to work with! She got a very detailed proposal to us quickly and helped us work within our budget, by giving us ideas, options, and price ranges. We showed her a few pictures and talked to her about what we liked, and she took it from there, and it was perfection!! The flowers in all the spaces of our wedding - lobby, ceremony, and reception - were absolutely beautiful, and we got lots of comments about them. I was so in love with my bridal bouquet. Cathy talked to us about options for repurposing some of the flowers from our ceremony for the reception, which helped us stay within our budget and get the most out of the flowers! We highly recommend Cathy for any of your wedding/event needs!

I am so happy that I hired Cathy as my florist on wedding day. I showed her pictures of what flowers I wanted, and she came through! I had a difficult budget, and she worked with me to achieve what I wanted within my budget. She was extremely helpful throughout our meetings and I appreciate all of her hard work.

We hired Cathy to do the florals our July wedding in Bloomington, IN. From start to finish, Cathy was a breeze to work with -- she worked within our budget, looked for opportunities to repurpose florals from the ceremony to the reception and everything turned out GORGEOUS. I had a unique vision for our florals and Cathy made it come to life. Definitely recommend Cathy for your wedding.

Cathy was absolutely great to work with for my wedding! I met with her to discuss some of the flowers and colors I would like to see in our arrangements, and she absolutely blew me away with what she created. She was really good about working within our budget, and showing examples of what she has done in the past and what the price point was. I received SOO many compliments from our guests with how incredible the flowers looked- they really transformed our ceremony and reception space. If you are looking for a florist in or around Bloomington, you would be SILLY not to hire her!

Cathy is incredible. She’s knows how to plan and coordinate weddings and her experience in the industry really shows. She was such a pleasure to work with and our big day would just not have worked without her and her team. Bonus! She also does florals! They were beautiful and exactly what we wanted. I would 100% recommend her services both in planning/coordintion and florals. She was responsive and open to our ideas and gave us multiple options and price points for florals. Especially once the big day got closer, she was so necessary to our process and though she works with multiple couples throughout wedding seasons, it never felt that way. Two thumbs up!

We hired Cathy Teeters to do the flowers for our wedding, they turned out beautiful, but it was not what we had talked about. I wanted bright colors, which they were, but I told her mostly purple, and even showed her pictures, and I got mostly pink flowers. I told her I did not want these silly "green balls- that I showed her in a picture" so she put yellow balls in my flower arrangements. Very frustrating when I specifically said I didn't want "balls" in my flowers. haha

Would HANDS DOWN recommend working with Cathy Teeters. Not only is she one of the sweetest and most honest people I worked with over the course of my wedding planning, but she is also incredibly talented, and can take what you say/ show her and deliver something even better. I used her only for my flowers, and people made a point to ask me who did them. I can't express how gorgeous they all were. Not only that, the flowers were also very affordable, or I guess better said, she can work with any price point. I looked at probably 5 different places before meeting with Cathy, and it was a no-brainer after we met-- I sent her the deposit the next day.

We used Cathy for both day-of coordination and flowers. Both were amazing! People are still talking about the flowers! And, I can't imagine going through the day without Cathy!

We used Cathy Teeters as our florist and our day of coordinator for our wedding. Cathy did a wonderful job of making our dreams become a reality. She has worked on so many weddings that she has beautiful holders for the flowers and is very helpful in sending ideas. Once we met with her to discuss the flowers she sent us several options based on different budgets which was great! We had an outdoor wedding and an inside wedding reception and she make sure that if the wedding had to be moved inside that we'd still be able to use the flowers that she had prepared for outdoors.

We totally were able to trust cathy. She made beautiful bouquets and ended up working with our tough budget. Her crew did a great job as well. She is very experienced

Cathy Teeters was wonderful. If you are getting married in the Bloomington area, I'd highly recommend her. Flowers were one area of my budget that I was willing to skimp on.... but Cathy managed to get great flowers for the price that I gave her. She also got me set up with all my other vendors in the area because she is so connected. I couldn't have had my wedding without her. Two thumbs up for Cathy!

Cathy did an incredible job!! She designed my wedding party flowers and my beautiful cascading bouquet! Cathy really listens to what you want. We went through a lot of pictures and discussions and then she CREATES a beautiful design. I got so many compliments on my bouquet. Very unique and very me. Thank You Cathy!!

I did not have much of a floral budget, but Cathy gave me exactly what I wanted and it was beautiful. I wanted something simple that would look perfect in my venue but fit my small budget. She worked miracles and everything was just perfect!

My wedding was a fall theme with hues of orange. Cathy was patient, helpful, and is talented. I recommend working with her. She is amazing. I couldn't have been more satisfied with the flowers. They were amazing! She did exactly what I asked and made it even better. I rented an arbor and bought bouquets and corsages as well. She did great work and picked the best colors. I appreciated her work.

Cathy came highly recommended, and now I know why. She gave great advice on flowers (in season/out of season/does well in high heat and humdidty/etc.). I explained our small budget, and hoped she could pull it off- did she ever! We were very impressed, and she even addded some flowers to our cake to make it even more beautiful. I know she does large weddings with even larger budgets, but she really came through for us, and cannot be happier!

I met with Cathy early on, soon after I'd gotten engaged and was starting to plan the wedding. She came highly recommended from many people I talked to about florists. I immediately liked her and felt comfortable with her- she is very competent and has a very calming demeanor! We then met closer to the time of the wedding to finalize everything and even though I only had an idea of what I wanted, she took that idea and made it work! When I arrived at the venue and saw the flowers, etc., I was blown away by how beautiful everything looked! She knew better than I did what I wanted- like magic! Very easy to work with, very patient, and very accomodating!!

Cathy Teeters is wonderful. She is a wedding planner and a florist - a great combination. Even if you just hire her as a florist, which is what I did, she just 'see's things that other people wouldn't see without her background. She actually has very reasonable and competitive prices even though she has done celebrity weddings before. I loved all of the flowers that she did for my wedding, rehearsal dinner, and the breakfast the day after the wedding. Everything was perfect, and I didn't have to worry about a thing. I didn't get to see Cathy the day of the wedding; however, her team member came and was great. She even helped me talk to the coordinator at the venue to get things done as I wasn't making any headway and it was stressing me out. Cathy's assistant did not want me to worry about one little thing. We also overlooked a corsage for my bridal attendant, and she made one on the fly with some scraps - it was absolutely beautiful and no one knew. I was shocked! What talent! Absolutely gorgeous flowers! Definitely take a look at her blog and website. You will not be sorry if you choose this business for your wedding flower needs! My only regret was not having a little bit larger bouquet, but it was beautiful. I am having it preserved, so hopefully it will preserve as beautifully as it looked the day of the wedding.

Nothing but the highest marks for her. I got more compliments on the flowers and how pretty they were. She took our basic idea and turned it into a masterpiece!

I had gotten many referrals to use Cathy from friends, and other vendors, I'm glad i listened. Cathy kept everything in line and took care of everything that came up. She kept us all on time, and everything ran smoothly because of her. She also did all of our flowers and listened to every detail of my likes and dislikes. Several people who attended my wedding said that it was the most elegant/classy wedding that they had been to.
