I had the best experience working with Catie! I knew from our first zoom call that we were a good fit and I had a connection with her! She made me feel so comfortable from the moment she took my first bridal portrait to the wedding send off. Her pictures are not only beautiful, but capturing our personality was on point. We wanted pictures of our guests having fun and since it was NYE there was so much to photograph. I really couldn’t have asked for a better photographer and HIGHLY recommend her for your photo shoot needs!

Catie was incredibly professional, she knows her craft and her photography style is editorial, timeless and elegant- perfect for a wedding!!!! She anticipates what shots are needed and is SUPER fast at getting them done quick and painlessly for the portrait shots. She is so sweet and truly a joy to work with. We were so lucky to have her on our wedding day, we scored big time!! Everyone says our photos are absolutely stunning!

We absolutely LOVED working with Catie Ann! She made the whole process so easy. We were both really nervous about having our photos taken, but she made the whole process really comfortable and fun! My fiancé (now husband) even commented on how much fun he had at the engagement session! Throughout the whole process, she was super responsive and way more than just a vendor to us! Catie was phenomenal. We could not have asked for a better experience working with a photographer- not only were her photos amazing, she was a ton of fun to work with and her calm disposition set us at ease. She celebrated with us, laughed with us, and even danced with us. Catie absolutely went above and beyond- our wedding day was a long one with time between our wedding mass and reception, so to stay within our budget we only hired Catie to stay for the first half of our reception. We realized at some point that she was still there after the time our contract ended, and when we asked her about it, she insisted that she was going to stay until the end and wouldn’t allow us to offer her payment for it. We were so grateful for her, and it meant so much to have a photographer that really became a friend.

Catie Ann made our wedding day so smooth and enjoyable. From our first meeting Catie was excited and so helpful. And... her work is amazing!!! There are not enough words to describe how thankful we are for Catie!

Since my fiancé and I are doing a vow exchange overseas, we chose Catie to do only our engagements- but, in a heartbeat, I would choose her again for our wedding if we were staying in the country. Catie was so kind and made us feel so comfortable in front of a camera, as well as understanding and accommodating when we asked for a third outfit and a second location to include our fur child. She turned an incredibly hot, stifling day under the Texas sun into photos I cried when looking at (seriously!!) and will cherish for the rest of my life. I am so picky about photography and I could feel the timelessness and elegance she puts into her photos the moment I opened our gallery. Simply put, she's amazing!

Catie captured our wedding day so, so beautifully! Both her and her team were amazing to work with! They are punctual, sweet, fun, and professional. While working with Catie, you can truly tell that she's passionate about what she does and brings her A game to your big day. Catie took the time to get to know us and really learn about our vision for our wedding day. We had a lot of moving parts at our wedding -- a photo dash from table to table, wedding party scavenger hunt, and even a Texas Tech game day tradition tortilla toss -- and she handled it like an absolute champ! Somehow her and the team were invisible during the day but caught all of the special moments we hoped for and more. They blew our expectations out of the water. We will cherish these photos for the rest of our lives!

Catie is the bomb. She was so easy to work with! My (now) husband said she was his favorite vendor to work with. Every meeting felt like we were just hanging out with a friend. She made 2 awkward people feel so comfortable and actually made us look good in our photos. Catie knows her stuff. She is super responsive, answered all my questions in a timely manner, and I always received our photos back before I expected them. What really sets Catie apart though is her eye for detail. Catie Ann and her assistant were fantastic! My husband and I are SO happy with how our pictures turned out. She traveled all the way to San Antonio to capture our special day! Our pictures in front of the Alamo and on the Riverwalk are breathtaking. What we really enjoyed about them is that they really listened to our input and captured our moment beautifully. They took the time to get to know us personally. They instantly became friends which made the experience so much more! Wow, where to begin. Catie was a dream to work with from the first time we met. If you need to convince your soon to be husband to spend good money on a photographer, she's your gal! My now husband was sold the minute he saw her work. She does an amazing job; she looked after us all day. As a bride, I would highly recommend Catie. She kept us on time and remembered little details I'd asked for when I was scrambling to keep up with my schedule for the day. My husband was thoroughly impressed with the way she could handle silly groomsmen and how great she was getting beautiful photos of such a large group when it came to family shots. If we could do it all over, I'd pick Catie again and again! Invest in your photographer, you will not regret it!

Catie Ann is a Rockstar! From the moment we met with her, we could tell how professional and personable she was. She listened to and understood the vibe we were going for for our wedding and offered suggestions for our photos accordingly. My Husband and I do not love having our pictures taken, but Catie made us feel so comfortable when we did our engagement photos in Deep Ellum, and it really helped us feel more natural on the wedding day. Booking Catie Ann Photography was probably the best decision we made during the entire wedding planning process. From the moment I met her at the McKinney Bridal Show, I immediately knew that she was special. My now-husband and I met her for coffee and instantly hit it off, joking and laughing like old friends. Not only did her portfolio impress us, but her wedding packages featured everything we wanted at a great price. I loved that she included an engagement shoot and a bridal portrait shoot, because it really helped me feel comfortable in front of the camera by my wedding day. Throughout the entire process, she made us feel like we were the most important and special couple she was working with! While we were shooting formal portraits, her encouragement and direction made me feel absolutely beautiful. On the day of the wedding, Catie was so calm and collected, and I actually turned to her several times for advice, opinions, and help outside of the duties of “photographer.” My favorite parts of our wedding day were moments that were shared by Catie, my husband, and me such as our first look and sunset portraits. On the way to the venue for our rehearsal earlier in the week, I saw the most beautiful cotton field and immediately texted Catie and asked if we could take our wedding portraits there! So after the ceremony, we snuck off away from the venue and took amazing pictures in the cotton field right as the sun was setting. Catie perfectly captured the love between us. Every time I look through our pictures (which is all the time!) I am brought back to the best day of our lives in a very visceral way. She captured all of the little details, the moments shared between our friends, my dad’s hidden tears, and kisses snuck on the dancefloor. Not only will I refer Catie to literally everyone I know, but I will continue to use her services for as long as I am living in DFW. We truly feel like we gained a lifelong friend through working with Catie. One meeting with her is all it takes to fall in love with her personality, style, and passion for what she does. <3

Catie did not only take the pictures for my wedding but she did my wedding cake, sewed the sash for my wedding dress, and we had our little baby reception at her and her parents restaurant. I’ll never forget how amazing all of her help and passion for the entire process was. She is the type of person who will succeed at anything she puts her mind to and it’s obvious she is more than succeeding in photography and all things to do with weddings and design. From our first meeting with Catie we knew we found the best photographer. Every experience after that just solidified our decision and the end product she delivered was just amazing. We decided on an engagement shoot against my husband’s will. It was great we had the ability to get comfortable in front of the camera and learn Catie’s style. Then on our wedding day we were like pros we knew exactly what to expect and felt natural. Catie made the process fun and easy. My husband was not a fan of taking pictures but Catie adjusted her style to make him comfortable and he was so happy in the end. Catie captured every moment not just posed pictures but true moments. I remember the first time I looked at my pictures after the wedding immediately I was back in that exact moment with the same feelings and emotions…it was magical. While Catie didn’t miss a moment she never interfered or was obnoxious. She was like a fly on the wall but when I wanted her to capture a special picture she was right there. Catie didn’t feel like a vendor at our wedding she felt like a guest…like a friend. We’re so happy with the memories Catie has provided us with and look forward to her capturing many of our other life memories in the future.

On the actual wedding day, Catie and her assistant Ana, found out that our wedding day was more than just a celebration, but also filled with family reunions, military reunites, and tributes to lost family and friends. She captured every kiss of love, moment of happiness, tear of remembrance, and the unbreakable bond between military veterans and made it last a lifetime. Every single photo she and Ana took cause an instant emotional reaction. Where do I start? First, working with Catie Ann was perfect in every aspect. She is organized, she is responsive and she is so sweet! Her eye for detail and photography angles is a true talent! From our first encounter at the McKinney Bridal Show a year prior and through the entire process, Catie Ann was there to bring us through this journey. She used her talent to suggest pictures we never thought of. She captured moments on the wedding day I never got to see happening in person but now have forever images of it!!! Every time I open up our gallery I see at least 5 pictures of content that was so cleverly captured forever! Additionally as mentioned before, but is worth mentioning again, her very, very quick responses either by phone, text or email was very important to us. It seemed she was never a minute away from responding to multiple inquiries along the way. I truly believe once you find Catie Ann you have found the right person for your special moment in life!
