On July 9, 2023 Wendy's delicious cooking, food presentation, and food varieties delighted us and our guests at our late morning/early afternoon intimate, mountain casual, & joyful...
wedding.
As a novice to planning, Wendy eased my discomfort with her ideas while also keeping in mind my ideas. I couldn't have asked for a better partner to work with through the details.
She also shared a wealth of resources for flower arrangements and wedding cakes as close to "local" as possible. Hiring Wendy as a local business in our town was a bonus win/surprise for us.
Even months after our wedding, guests were complimenting Wendy's dishes.
Beyond my involvement, Wendy and her crew interacted with a number of family members and friends who acted as our coordinators before and during the event.
On the day of delivery, they all effectively followed through with our agreed plan and responded to any unexpected needs during the event.
It was a pleasure having her and her crew share space with us from beginning to end.

Wendy catered our 50-person wedding. Not only was the food excellent, but she and her staff were extremely professional, and effortlessly accommodated a frankly unreasonable number...
of last-minute changes. 5/5
We recently had the pleasure of working with Wendy from Catskill Catering to cater our vegan wedding vow renewal party, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. The food was...
delicious and beautifully presented. We had an elaborate grazing station with awesome artisan cheeses and plant based meats and fresh fruit. Our guests were raving about the cuisine! Even those who were skeptical about vegan options were won over!
What truly set Catskill Catering apart was their attention to detail. Wendy took the time to understand our vision for the event and worked closely with us to ensure that every aspect of the catering was aligned with our preferences. The team's flexibility and willingness to accommodate our specific requests made the planning process seamless and stress-free. On the day of the event, Wendy and the staff were professional and friendly. They ensured that everything ran smoothly, from the setup to the service, allowing us to fully enjoy our celebration without any worries. Their courteous and attentive service was noted and appreciated by all our guests.
In addition to the outstanding food and service, Wendy demonstrated a genuine passion for her craft. We wholeheartedly recommend Catskill Catering to anyone seeking a caterer who can deliver exceptional vegan cuisine and top-notch service. Their talent, dedication, and commitment to creating a memorable experience truly made our wedding renewal party a day to remember.
