Joan and her crew just went above and beyond for my wedding flowers. I've been getting/coming to Cattails my whole life so I knew she would but I lost my mind when I saw my bouquet...
. It was absolutely astounding and that was just the beginning. With just one chat and a few inspo photos, Joan made the whole vision come to life. Thank you so much for making our day so perfect!
Joan was great to work with. She was very patient. She sat down with us and took note of everything I wanted. For my bridal bouquet I had a picture of exact what I wanted and sh...
e matched it exactly! For my bridesmaids bouquets I had the general idea of what I wanted and she did a great job! I didn't want to go all out with the flowers but what I did go with made a great impression!
Joan is very flexible and helpful. I couldn't find a ribbon in the color I needed to match the bridesmaids (cerulean), and it was Joan to the rescue. On the day of, I ran late due ...
to make up, but Joan stayed to help pass out and put on corsages and boutonnieres for the men. She was wonderful. We also ended up with more flowers than on the original invoice, which worked to everyone's liking because they were gorgeous.
I didn't know a THING about what I wanted when I went in for my first floral consultation. Joan is a total expert and she put me at ease. She will show you every possibility withou...
t pressuring you or trying to influence you or rush you. She's all about creating what is perfect for YOU and it's clear she won't be happy if you're not happy.
Since I didn't really have a clue what I was doing I just told her what colors I liked and she helped me determine which flowers in those colors I liked best. She made lots of suggestions about which ones look good together. Once I made my selections I trusted her to do the rest and she absolutely blew me away! The flowers were STUNNING. I met with 3 different florists before selecting Cattails and looking back I know I made the right choice.
On the day of not only were all the flowers fresh and beautifully put together, but she was diligent and on time in making deliveries to my house, the church, and the reception site and also pinned all the boutonnieres on the guys herself.
Don't waste your time looking for other florists in this area because Cattails really is the best and you'll be soooo happy with what you get!
