would say though that as we got closer to the event she was a little hard to nail down on things like day of schedules but we were asking for them early. I would say though that I was under the impression the booth came with two attendants and a third if we requested the photo scrapbook which we did but only two attendants were there. Also we had the booth operating for two hours and only have 37 photo strips which seems odd with 120+ guests, I'm not sure if this was the crowd or a speed issue due to the single attendant.
Overall it was a positive experience and the guests who said something seemed to enjoy it.

e photo booth experiences. However, some of our ability to create the optimal photo booth experience is dictated by the event timeline. For example, if guests are eating or listening to speeches, as they were in this case, they are less likely to take photos resulting in less photos than expected. Day of schedules are created in our secure, electronic client manager by the clients themselves and are available 24 hours, 7 days a week for updating at the client’s convenience. Our photo booths are self serving and are designed to be ran by just one attendant, which makes them a great choice for any event. Our custom scrapbooks are completed onsite by one dedicated attendant (which was provided) and delivered at the end of the event. Events do not require three attendants and events are staffed based on length of the event and complexity and of course staff availability. the staff handled it like pros and got it to reboot pretty quick after, and the scrapbook of pictures they made was a perfect keepsake! The only snag we hit is that they didn't seek out where the enter the venue before the start time. They had an office entrance which was open for vendors, but they called complaining that they couldn't get in the main entrance. Now, the side entrance is clearly marked, so it was a little hard to understand how they couldn't find it, and it did eat into the time at the start of our event, but the pros far outweighed any consequence. Would definitely recommend them in the future!
