Working with Jess from cause we can events was the best decision I’ve ever made. She was SO helpful with every aspect of our day of coordination. She managed rental load in/out and handled every hiccup we had a long the way. We had a unique wedding on an island that required lots of coordination and changes due to weather and she handled it with ease! She is friendly, professional and incredibly talented. I would recommend to anyone and she was well worth every penny!

BEST WEDDING VENDOR EVER :) My wife and I knew we wanted to get married at UnderCanvas and have a more adventurous type of wedding that would span over an entire weekend. They recommended we work with Gabby at CauseWeCanEvents and spoke very highly of her, so we set up a time to connect. Our first call with her was in 2019 and we instantly felt a connection and that she genuinely cared to get to know us both individually and as a couple. What we didn’t know on that first call is that we would end up rescheduling our October 2020 wedding a full year to November 2021 and would be working with Gabby for much longer than we originally thought. Planning and then re-planning our wedding during the pandemic was challenging for many reasons and we truly could not have done it without Gabby’s empathetic approach who gave us a listening ear whenever needed. Gabby is so many things that you wish for when working with a wedding planner – she is caring, professional, quick to respond, organized, creative, and just hands down always on top of everything. My wife had many outrageous/extravagant ideas that Gabby never batted an eye at and always looked into implementing as many of them as possible. We were so impressed with her ability to successfully manage the full lifecycle of the wedding planning process from booking and working with vendors, staying on top of ALL the small details, all the way to managing the entire weekend long event with around 120 guests in attendance. After two years of planning, we walked away with the wedding weekend of our absolute dreams which would not have happened without Gabby/CauseWeCanEvents. If giving 100 stars was an option on here we would give it in a heartbeat!

As a Type-A person, I felt confident I wouldn’t need a coordinator for our wedding. It would be filled with close friends and family who would all be willing to chip in the day of to get things done, and I didn’t want outsiders there changing the atmosphere anyways. As it got closer to the wedding, I heard a wonderful quote: “Your wedding is as special for your friends and family as it is for you. If you don’t take care of things during the day of the wedding, they will spend it taking care of things rather than enjoying/celebrating you in your marriage.” That quote hit home, and I knew it was time to call in help. Cause We Can Events’ Instagram and website speaks to the beauty of their weddings, but it doesn’t highlight how great they are to work with. From the beginning, Jessica heard the vision we had for our wedding and figured out how to make it happen. I was worried that a coordinator would mean extra expenses as we tried to match the Instagram-perfect wedding, but instead she helped us figure out how to create the wedding that fit within our idea and financial limitations. Jessica helped us end the party an hour early when everyone was too tired (I swear it wasn’t lame, just a long day), made a good effort to balance handling decisions versus asking our preference, and managed the waiters/set-up excellently. My husband was most amazed when Jessica and her assistant had already made/started passing out coffee when he realized we needed to sober some guests up as they prepared for the bus to the hotel. Cause We Can was fantastic, and I would recommend them to anyone planning a destination wedding!
