We are without words on just how grateful my husband, Chris, and I are to Lance and his team. From the very first exchange, Lance gave off a warm feeling, providing us with a sense of security by way of his professionalism and experience at every step. Due to Covid and other factors, we were forced to change our Wedding date on several occasions. Lance never batted an eye or made us feel badly for the changes. Instead, he always offered flexibility and additional help. He made many great vendor recommendations even facilitating our order with the rental company. Lance gave us the assurance we could have the beautiful wedding we envisioned even in constant change which included an unexpected rain shower! We were initially, captured by the many glowing reviews when hiring Caviar & Banana. Specifically, impressed by reviews written by clients who hired them based off of their experience as guests at an event. The taste test confirmed our gut feeling, the food is unexpectedly exceptional and beyond memorable. Lance, his Executive Chef Taylor, and staff are incredibly special. They have a way of going above and beyond every way they can, willing to help with things even outside of the kitchen. My husband, recalls one server with great warmth for being such an awesome help to him personally on our day. On wedding day, we were confident he and the team were working hard behind the scenes and did not have to worry. They were present without being present even helping usher out the flower girls at the start of our ceremony. Our intimate wedding event was served family style for about 80 adults. A month later, we are still hearing our guests rave over the food that was served. Caviar & Banana years of experience come across in the most subtle of ways. From the perfect timing and arrival of hors d’oeuvres, courses, and drinks to never being overbearing in their serving style. Without hesitation, Lance and his team have our highest recommendation. We look forward to having Caviar & Banana again for future events.

Caviar and Banana Team went above and beyond to create the prefect event for for 62 wedding anniversary . We always cherish this night is as prefect as our wedding day so many years ago.

We hired Caviar and Banana Events for catering, floral and planning for our recent wedding at Boxwood Manor. The service level was outstanding from the initial consultation with Lance and Luna, to helping with changes leading up to our weddings and the day of. The captain and entire service staff were extremely kind, attentive and helpful and made our guests feel right at home. The food itself was delicious, well presented and received excellent reviews from all of our guests. We really appreciate all the great work they did and highly recommend for anyone that needs a high quality professional team.

We want to thank all of you for the absolutely wonderful job you did at our wedding last Saturday night. You all exceeded our expectations and we thank you for that. The food was just outstanding and Chef Victoria did a wonderful job in the kitchen, making us all feel the love that she puts into her preparation and presentation. The staff members were outstanding, so attentive, friendly and just wonderful. Thank you so very much, lots of love and appreciation from us both!

Caviar & Banana really helped with everything to help us create our dream wedding! We were married at the end of June at my grandmothers River Oaks home Lance and the whole crew were detailed and responsive from the tasting through the wedding! We focused a lot of our budget on catering and Caviar & Banana sure did meet our expectations. We selected the farm table Southern antipasto for our cocktail hour (which Stephanie helped customize with cheese selections we wanted to include). It was beautiful and delicious. We then had three dinner stations: BBQ sliders, Build-your-own-Mac 'N Cheese, and Shrimp and Grits. Honestly, it was all incredible; we heard excellent feedback from guests on every station. Thankfully, they made sure we were not one of those couples who didn't get to try their wedding food! The staff made us an appetizer plate to enjoy before greeting guests, and then full plates for us to enjoy at dinner. We highly recommend Caviar & Banana for many reasons customer service being at the top of the list! Hire them for your wedding and rest easy: it WILL be incredible!

After interviewing nearly every wedding caterer in Houston, my husband and I chose Caviar and Banana to cater our wedding and I am so glad we did. I can't say enough about Lance and his team. First, he went above and beyond from day one and was such a calming presence throughout our planning process--always quick to respond to emails and so easy to work with. Second, the food: We and our families were absolutely blown away at our tasting, and were so thrilled with how everything turned out at the wedding. Our guests still have not stopped talking about how delicious our food was, and several have wondered how they possibly served nearly 300 guests such flavorful, warm food!
