dget. We were referred to Brooke and Chelsea by a friend and decided to at least have an initial conversation — and we’re so glad we did. From the very first call, they made us feel completely at ease and truly listened to what we envisioned for our day. They worked with our budget, offered creative solutions, and handled every detail with such professionalism and care that we were able to actually enjoy the planning process. By the time our wedding day arrived, we knew we could trust them completely — and everything turned out even more beautiful than we could have imagined. We spent a little over a year and a half planning our wedding with Brooke and Chelsea and it was a wonderful experience. I honestly couldn’t imagine doing it without them. They were so helpful, very responsive throughout the process, and answered my hundreds, possibly thousands, of questions along the way with a smile on their face.  Justin and I purchased the full planning package and they literally managed everything. From vendor selection, to vendor communications, to timeline development, to decor design, inspo and development, MULTIPLE venue tours and quote requests…you name it, they did it. Anything we asked. One thing I was really impressed by was how quickly they understood Justin and I, how we operated and the things we needed to make decisions.  We decided to do Evites for our guests and they even created our save the dates and invitations to be texted/emailed out. They were everything we envisioned, so much so we printed them out and hung them up in our home. I’m a very detailed oriented person, and I never felt like I was asking for too much, even when I got as detailed as adjusting the font size and wanting to see everything in 5 different fonts.  As for day of, I know it was a crazy hectic day however, none of that got back to Justin and I. We had the most beautifully, blissful day and I know that would not have been the same if we didn’t have Brooke and Chelsea. We decided to provide some of the decor ourselves and they set it up, broke it down, and packed it up in the car for us to take home with us that night. I was running late from hair and make up in the morning, but I never felt rushed or like it was a problem. They made sure we ate, they made sure we always had a drink in our hand, and anything we asked or needed, they did without hesitation. I think the most important thing to mention is I felt like they genuinely cared about this day just as much as Justin and I. Not because we are a client but because they genuinely connect and care about everyone they work with because they truly love what they do. If you’re looking for a planner, I would definitely recommend CB Gathered!
