rned out stunning! I found Cecilia after she shot a wedding for one of my girlfriends a few years back & knew right away I wanted to work with her once I started planning our wedding. Our first shoot was our engagement photos. It was such a hot day & after climbing up Torrey Pines in a full face of makeup & with my fiancé & I both feeling like a sweaty mess, we were sure that our pictures were not going to turn out. To our surprise, they turned out beautiful! And not just a few of them but a ton of them! Right then, we knew for sure we made a great decision when picking her as our photographer! I, then, booked a surprise boudoir shoot as a wedding gift for the hubs (1000% recommend doing one!) & I was so darn nervous. Cecilia made me feel so comfortable & gave me the direction I needed to have a fun shoot with her. My husband & I were both amazed by how beautiful & sexy the photos turned out! Lastly, our wedding.. we were original scheduled to get married in San Diego but due to Covid, we called it off and eloped with 30 of our closest family & friends in Mexico. With only 2 months notice, we asked Cecilia if she would make her way down south with us & she did! We had THE BEST time hanging out with her over weekend & of course, our photos turned out so beautiful! She even had to withstand 40 mph winds with my 9 foot veil flying out of my hair every 2 minutes. Somehow, she pulled it off and made it look like it wasn’t windy at all! I could go on & on about how great she is! Seriously, don’t wait! Book Cecilia now!! She truly is the best!

We unfortunately were one of the couples where our wedding was impacted by Covid and we rescheduled 3 times for 2020, with all of our changes, Cecilia made herself available to chat through our questions and luckily was available for our newly proposed dates- she made the process less stressful by offering suggestions with our timeline and provided us with a detailed sheet for us to fill out prior to our wedding. We had her shoot our engagement photos and we were both OBSESSED with them. She really made us feel comfortable in front of the camera. I also had her shoot my boudoir photos, which again made me feel comfortable in my own skin and was so creative shooting- she gave me more confidence when shooting those and I was so pleased with the results. great getting those in the moment shots (our wedding party was a rowdy bunch) as well as the formal ones. ALL of them turned out beautiful! She also got all of the prints back to us in a really quick time frame. I’m awkward in pics and one thing I really appreciated was that if a picture didn’t look right Cecilia would have us change our position or pose, still making me feel like everything looked beautiful. From our engagement photos to our wedding photos I have gotten so many compliments on the pictures and how beautiful they turned out. I couldn’t be happier myself to be able to have these pictures for the rest of our life. I can’t wait to use Cecilia again for maternity shoots/family photos in the future!

I spoke with her on the phone that first day I found her and we were booking our wedding date the next day. She was so pleasant and informative on the phone. I ended up doing a Boudoir shoot with her before the wedding, too. I am not TOO shy but naturally, it’s uncomfortable posing boudoir with someone you just met. NOT with Cecilia. She was super cool, super relaxing and she made me feel amazing during my shoot. Those photos came back just a couple days later!! And they were amazing!!! I knew I made the right decision choosing her for our wedding. The days leading up to our wedding she was so chill and responsive which was much needed when planning a full blown wedding in less than three weeks. The day of, she was perfect. I provided her with a timeline and she made sure we were right on schedule all day. She had a second photographer, Andi, who was just as amazing. They were so fun, yet professional all day. At the end of the night they even stayed to dance with us!! We couldn’t have been happier. You will not regret choosing Cecilia. Thank you so much for everything!!

She has great communication skills, checked up on me through the process of wedding planning (amid Covid) which helped the day to run smoothly. She let us be us and captured the moments between the busyness of the day. She captures everything, the formal family photos and the fun that all of our guests were having. She got the detail shots and raw emotion. We had a preview the next day and turn around time was quick for the rest! We are obsessed with our photos and wouldn’t change anything about our day. We’re so thankful that we have the photos to look back on and relive our day over and over again, thanks to Cecilia!

Our wedding reception went by so so fast and it was hard for us to remember all the small details and fun moments but Cecilia did such an amazing job capturing the evening that we felt like we were reliving the day all over again just by looking at the photos. Lastly, we receive a small galory and sneak peak of pictures (30 or so) the day after the wedding which was so unexpected and so exciting! Thank you Cecilia for everything!!!

our wedding date our photographer had cancelled on us due to COVID-19 and I was so sad. Cecilia had come as a recommendation from other photographers and I couldn’t be more thankful I reached out to her. She was up for the challenge to travel to our wedding last minute and she completely nailed the look we were going for. I received multiple compliments throughout the night of how kind and easy going she was to our guests, not to mention she was supposed to get married on our wedding date but had to cancel due to the corona virus. Not many brides would be willing to attend/work at another bride’s wedding when it was supposed to be their day. We are so so thankful our paths crossed and that Cecilia was a part of our day - we cannot thank her enough and would recommend to anyone looking for a wedding photographer!!!

ound. I went into this romance shoot not knowing what to expect and she made both my boyfriend and I feel so comfortable– we giggled the entire time! She gave us amazing guidance which helped us get in the mood, be ourselves, and create magic. The pictures turned out absolutely stunning and I could not be happier! She is SO quick to get “the shot” that we didn’t have time to feel awkward. She gave amazing direction and I appreciated that so much! After that success, I knew we needed Cecelia for our big day. Our wedding was pretty remote in the woods of Big Sur. She made the trek with no complaints and no issues. She even brought her fiancé along for the trip to lend a helping hand to capture more photos. He was a doll just like her! The thing with Cecelia is that I knew she had our best interests at heart. I trusted that if she saw something out of place or someone needed a helping hand setting up she would be there. Yes, she is just hired to be a photographer but you want someone who truly cares about you and your big day. She is also like a photo ninja. On our wedding day, we were just enjoying our selves and she was running around capturing the moment and I can’t even say I noticed her! When we broke off to get more one on one shots she made friends with our videographer and they discussed a strategy to get some epic shots in a field near steps from our reception. I’m am thankful she is so friendly and collaborative! And we got some AMAZING shots in that field. She wanted to give us different backdrop than just the moody forest where most of the wedding took place. So great! Needless to say we were so in love with our wedding photos once we got them back! Which she had such a quick turnaround!! One shot she that she got was so great...so me and my bridesmaids were gathered around and I was going to pop the champagne for the photo. Well I accidentally popped the champagne before anyone was “ready” and Cecelia was like a gun slinger cowgirl in a duel and she had the fast draw! She flipped her camera up and pulled the trigger so fast that she ended up capturing such a fun and genuine moment. It’s one of my favorite photos and impressive of Cecelia! Shows how talented she really is! She did great with getting group shots of families and bridal parties and getting everyone to have fun. She effortlessly posed us all and even remembered some poses I had saved on a Pinterest board I shared with her! So, if you took the time to read my long review, what are you waiting for?
