The Black Oak formerly known as Cedar Canyon is situated among cedars and hardwoods on a hill in the middle of a 200-acre Wildlife Preserve in Sulphur Springs, Texas, which is about 50 miles east of Rockwall. Breathtaking scenery, abundant wildlife, and a lovely drive through the woods and over a bridge provide an authentic rustic and country experience. Boasting a 3400 sq. ft. Banquet Hall with dimmable lighting, spruce trusses and cathedral ceilings, wood and masonry walls, and wood flooring, a spectacular 53 ft. glass wall and french doors that open out onto a covered porch, gas log fireplace, and grassed yard right up into the woods.
