We did the pick your own wedding flowers package at Cedar Circle for our wedding and it was one of the best choices we made for our wedding day! The team at Cedar Circle was phenomenal - they had VIP parking and a cute welcome sign to greet us when we arrived, gave us the lowdown on how to tackle the flower patches, and guided us every step of the way. We had our own little porch attached to one of their barns to arrange our centerpieces while listening to great music and enjoying a free beverage from their local cafe. They arranged my bridal bouquet and our boutonnieres and are truly so talented. They stored and delivered our flowers in a timely manner, and we got so many compliments! It was fun to be able to respond, "we picked them ourselves!" The price was also unbeatable - truly a tiny tiny fraction of going with a florist - while florists are amazing and do beautiful work, it just wasn’t in our budget, and the quality of freshly picked flowers was amazing - our arrangements lasted for over two weeks! We live nearby and bike up to the farm stand almost every weekend, and are so grateful for this community gem!
We hired Cedar Circle Farms for our wedding in July and I really couldn't be more thrilled. We picked our flowers on the Friday before my wedding and It was legitimately one of my favorite memories from the entire weekend. The staff was welcoming, friendly and fun, and still kept us moving along on schedule. We had the most beautiful floral displays of VT wildflowers in every color, my bouquet was better than I ever could have pictured and they even made floral collars for my dogs! Not only that but I mentioned it was one of my bridesmaid's birthdays and asked if we could do a brunch picnic on the grounds after our session, and they reserved two picnic tables for us overlooking the field of flowers. I can't imagine not having that experience and I loved getting to spend time with my bridesmaids in that way before my wedding. This is absolutely a must, trust me!!
It was an amazing experience picking flowers with their team, and learning how to make table arrangements. It was supposed to be rainy weather, so they prepared bunches of pre-picked flowers, but the weather held out and we were still able to pick a few flowers ourselves. My nephew truly enjoyed walking through the flowers and picking the colors I needed. The arrangements turned out amazing, and really made our garden wedding pop! Our guests loved the arrangements, and my mother loved telling the story about helping to make them. She took several arrangements home and gave them to the neighbors the following week. She still talks about the experience! I
couldn't have been happier with the bouquets. They looked amazing, and I even pressed several of the leaves and petals to put in our wedding scrapbook. The flowers will be part of our wedding day keepsakes for the rest of our 'happily ever after'.
We were so happy with our decision to do the pick your own flowers for our wedding at Cedar Circle Farm. At first we were a little hesitant that we wouldn't be creative enough to actually make appealing flower arrangements but the team at Cedar Circle was phenomenal from guiding us towards flowers they recommend to helping us arrange them. This was such a fun experience and incredible way to make our wedding decor even more personal. Would highly recommend!
My wife and I were married in August 2021 and the day before, we and a few members of our bridal party spent the morning at Cedar Circle Farm picking flowers, making centerpieces, and watching our bouquets and flower crowns come to life as we worked. It was, in a word, magical!
Despite the hot and sunny weather, we had an absolutely wonderful time walking through the flower fields and cutting flowers for our arrangements. The feeling of wandering an enchanted garden made for a wonderful break in the hectic last days of wedding planning. Our party had a complete blast making the arrangements, laughing and joking as we crafted unique and gorgeous arrangements that gave our wedding the “beautiful chaos” theme we had been looking for. The folks at Cedar Circle Farm were amazingly helpful. From start to finish, they made us feel welcome and guided us through the process of cutting and arranging flowers with confidence and enthusiasm. Not only was cutting and making the arrangements an absolute delight, but we also got to watch our bridal bouquets, flower crowns, and other specialty arrangements take shape before our eyes. Every step of the way, we were asked our input on the color and type of flowers, while the experts at Cedar Circle also provided extremely helpful advice and suggestions to make sure everything was not only beautiful but perfectly tailored to us and our day.
Finally, the flowers were delivered on the day of the wedding in pristine condition. Our bouquets and flower crowns especially were beyond stunning and held up to a long summer day of photos and dancing without dropping a petal. We were amazed!
We cannot recommend Cedar Circle Farm enough. The experience of choosing, cutting, and arranging our own flowers was absolutely magical and a perfect beginning to our wedding weekend. If you are holding a wedding (or other event!) anywhere in the area, we highly recommend you don’t miss out on this experience! :)
When we began planning our wedding, I could not believe the outrageous cost of flowers and centerpieces! Our wedding planner suggested we use Cedar Circle Farm for their cut your own flowers wedding program. I was skeptical at first because I didn’t think they would look professional. Boy was I wrong! Because of the pandemic we were unable to cut our own flowers at the farm and assemble them there. Instead Michelle and her wonderful staff cut flowers according to the color scheme we had, delivered them to our venue, and provided instructions on how to make centerpieces. They also put together all of our bridal bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages and they were absolutely gorgeous! Michelle even took time out of her busy schedule to walk through the gardens with my mother and I the week before the wedding to point out flowers that would be ready to cut and use in the next week. She is amazing! I would use them again in a heartbeat!
I HIGHLY recommend using Cedar Circle Farm for your wedding flowers! The setting is absolutely beautiful and it’s such a fun and meaningful activity to share with loved ones. We picked our own flowers for the centerpieces and arranged then ourselves (we had a blast!), and the staff at the farm created our bouquets, boutonnières, corsages, and my flower crown. Everything was PERFECT. My bouquet and flower crown were everything I could have imagined. It’s like they knew exactly what I wanted without me having to give much direction, just a few Pinterest photos! Our afternoon at Cedar Circle Farm is a highlight of our wedding weekend.
We chose to use Cedar circle farms for our wedding flowers as a recommendation through our wedding venue. The place is beautiful and has a cafe and store on site. The women we worked with were fantastic and helped us through the process. Myself and small group of family and friends went into the beautiful wildflower fields and picked buckets and bouquets of flowers while they began to work on my bridal bouquet and bridesmaids' bouquets. It was an absolutely fantastic experience for myself and my little group. We got to spend a lovely afternoon working together and making all the centerpieces and things for the wedding. It was truly lovely and the flowers we got to choose from were GORGEOUS. I would recommend this farmt o anyone getting married in the area!!
Picking flowers with my friends and family at Cedar Circle Farm is one of my fondest memories from our wedding weekend. The staff were responsive, organized, and laid back, making the entire experience super fun and a great way to unwind before the big day. We all had a blast creating centerpieces and the staff made me the most perfect bouquet based on just a few photos. I never felt rushed or pressured, which was so lovely given the intensity of many other wedding vendors. The flowers were gorgeous, delivered promptly, held up beautifully, and I honestly could not imagine a better experience! I can't recommend Cedar Circle Farm enough!
This was such a fun experience! We picked our own flowers for our wedding centerpieces, I went with my mom, aunt, MOH, and one of my bridesmaids. The staff was great! They showed us how to cut the flowers and sent us on our way! The centerpieces were beautiful! We also got bouquets and boutonnieres, the staff will go out and pick the flowers for those and they make them and ask for your input. They were beautiful!
My bridesmaids and I had an awesome experience with Cedar Circle Farm! I was a little nervous about picking our own flowers the day before the wedding, but I wanted a sustainable, memorable experience - and I'm so glad we did it! The morning of was rainy, with actually ended up being the BEST because they had already pre-picked the most gorgeous flowers for us in the colors I had requested! When we got to the farm, the team offered us hot drinks, and led us to a covered area where they gave a brief demo - and off we went creating the most gorgeous unique centerpieces I had ever seen! Even my "non-artistic" friends had a blast and made incredible arrangements that they were so proud of. Meanwhile, the Cedar Circle team worked on the bouquets and kept checking in with me to make sure I liked them - and what we came up with together was beyond perfect! Since the flowers were pre-picked, we got to spend more time together arranging, and finished in plenty of time to make our nail appointments. And the girls got to see their contributions to the decor admired once the Farm delivered the flowers and the venue set them up. I definitely recommend this experience.
The Pick Your Own Wedding Flowers experience is one of the most fun things you can do to make your wedding really your own. Michelle was amazing leading up to the day - very responsive about style and available flowers and what the day would look like. Then 2 days before our wedding, 7 of us went and did arrangements for a 190 person wedding. Michelle and Kateri were AWESOME - they had everything set up for us and taught us the best ways to pick flowers and arrange with greens. They were excellent guides and so fun, pumping good tunes and being great company; they also created bouquets and boutonnieres with our input while we were there. The flowers were fresh and lasted well beyond the actual wedding day. The price is more than fair and the farm is just a beautiful place. I can't imagine a more fun activity to do with friends/family before a wedding. I wish I had another party to host so we could pick flowers all over again!
You guys....get your wedding flowers at Cedar Circle. SERIOUSLY. Look at their Pinterest page if you're not sure.
I had a bridezilla moment in my wedding planning on flowers, very early in the process. I was recommended to the farm by my venue, but really am NOT a "wildflower" girl at all. I kept looking for a florist, but seeing the average cost somewhere around $3000 kept making me reconsider, since my venue promised me the price and value at Cedar Circle were out of this world. I finally got off my high horse, and it was one of my favorite things about my whole wedding.
We had 2 different centerpieces per table for 15 tables, 4 bridesmaid bouquets, my bridal, my toss, 3 corsages, 6 boutineers, 2 big floral displays for the alter, a couple random spare displays, petals for the flower girls, didnt even get close to $1000...seriously.
The main attraction of coming to the farm for your flowers is that the day (or 2) before your wedding you and whoever you invite bring all your containers with you and set out to the field to cut your own blooms and do all your own arrangements. The ladies who work there make sure everyone is on the same page before you start snipping, and they make sure they understand your vision since they make all the fussy items, such as corsage/bout's/bouquets - which leaves your party more time to actually arrange centerpieces. The flowers are all grown in sections and are way more organized than i was imagining, so its easy to go down the rows and find the types and colors that youre looking for.
I really didnt want the flowers to have 'that wildflower look' or be too juvenile looking, and they didnt. As an August bride, I had access to their dahlias, and WOW. Right after booking your appointment with them, they send you a list of what will be available during your wedding month, which was helpful in planning, and theyre great at corresponding via email. My bridal party agreed that this was a really special way to bond, and had a blast.
I am so glad we used Cedar Circle for flowers for my wedding. It was a really fun experience for me, my bridesmaids, my mother and my new mother-in-law. Michelle was a pleasure to work with, they had music playing in the fields, it was great. Our group made the bouquets up for the guests tables, and while we were doing that the women from Cedar Circle worked on the boutonnieres and the decorative bouquets. They also did a great job helping us make the bouquets for me and my bridesmaids, they helped us when we needed it but we were definitely able to do what we wanted with them. We were able to get a ton of flowers, fresh and local, for a great price!
This floral paradise made my wedding! I spent a beautiful Wednesday preparing my flowers with my relatives for my big day. There were only 4 of us and we had the afternoon to pick all the flowers of our choosing. We had assistance in arranging them but for the most part we a lot of it. Michelle gave us great pointers and they made me feel so special. Michelle and professional, reliable and communicates well. The farm is beautiful and definitely check out the farmstand and cafe. Michelle gave us a drink ticket so we could all grab a free drink in the cafe afterwards. They think of every detail and they do a great job at it! The value for what you get is such a deal and I love that they are local and organic! I cannot say enough good about this place. We also had our flowers delivered for our Saturday wedding and they arrived on time and extremely fresh. The flower arrangements looked spectacular and they looked like something from a magazine. I highly recommend!
Michelle was so helpful. It was such a fun time picking all of the wedding flowers with my bridesmaids, and working with Michelle to build the beautiful centerpieces and bouquets. She has such a good eye for detail and really lets you have an experience to remember. So much fun and beautiful fresh flowers!
We absolutely loved working with Michelle at Cedar Circle. Our centerpieces and bridesmaid bouquets were even more beautiful than we imaged. We had so much fun picking and arranging flowers--what a relaxing way to kick off wedding weekend. Thank you!
