Cedar Deer Lodge

Cedar Deer Lodge was my dream wedding venue! I’m a country girl at heart and this absolutely gorgeous cedar barn was perfect for our rustic themed wedding. Dale and Virginia were wonderful to work with. We had to reschedule our wedding date because of the pandemic and they let us pick a new date at no extra charge. I definitely recommend this venue!

We had our wedding here and it was amazing! Even with the virus stuff going on, we were able to have our wedding on time! The owners are amazing & answered any questions we had! They also let us take a second look closer to our date since we booked over a year prior! I honestly got so many compliments from our guest on how beautiful the venue was!

This venue was the perfect spot for our daughter’s wedding in July. It was originally set for June but due to the pandemic had to reschedule. They were ever so helpful with the scheduling of the new date. This couple that owns this venue are amazing at helping with all ur needs. My daughter still gets compliments from her guest who came to say how awesome her wedding was and the venue was amazing.

Virginia, Dale, and the Cedar Deer Lodge staff was exceptional!! The property is absolutely stunning, and was the perfect venue for our daughters wedding! I would recommend Cedar Deer Lodge for any event. You will not find more passionate, professional, and caring people willing to go out of their way to accommodate and make your event unique and special! The property is absolutely beautiful! Cedar Deer Lodge will be our first choice for future events, and should be yours too!! Give them your business, and be blown away by the unmatched service you will find anywhere around the Stillwater area! My daughter’s favorite part of her wedding day was marrying the love of her life, and also marrying him at Cedar Deer Lodge!

My husband and I had the perfect wedding hosted at the Cedar Deer Lodge. The virus messed with our original plans, so we had a small ceremony with my husbands family and mine. We got to enjoy the new island that was created within the pond along with beautiful bridge. We were so impressed with the hospitality we received from planning, setting up, and even clean up. We couldn't of imagined our special day being any better. We will be recommending Cedar Deer Lodge to anyone looking to get married in this area.

Our daughter got married here in august, absolutely the best possible experience!!! I cannot say one negative thing about our experience!! The venue was the perfect backdrop for the perfect day!! The staff was professional and went above and beyond to make everything easy and no stress for us!! We just got our pictures back and I just cried at the details surrounding our beautiful bride! The venue is spacious and allowed for social distancing for our guests. I have received so many compliments about our day!! Thank you!!

We had the absolute best experience with owners Virginia and Dale. They went so far above and beyond to make our day so special and even create the most thoughtful gift for every couple who weds there. The venue is gorgeous, the bridal suite is huge and well lit, the dance floor is large, the kitchen has everything you need to feed your guests, the property is extremely well manicured and massive... I could go on and on. We are so happy we chose cedar deer lodge. There's not a better venue out there!

The owners were very friendly and helpful through the entire process. The venue included all the props you see, chairs, and even table linens. It was the perfect location off the highway and the girls loved the bridal suite!

My daughter got married at Cedar Deer Lodge on Dec. 14. It was a beautiful venue, rustic but elegant with enough space while maintaining an intimate feel. With the Christmas decorations they put out, we didn’t have to do much aside from tablescars and it was gorgeous. The area upstairs was perfect for the band to set up and provided tons of extra seating. The bridal suite provided plenty of conveniently-arranged space for the bridal party to get ready. Virginia and Dale were so friendly and helpful! They provide things that cost extra at other venues and are so willing to help. It was a wonderful day and we are so pleased. Thank you so much for making our daughter’s wedding day unforgettable!

Our wedding went so smoothly and was just how we wanted it. They were able to reach our needs for more guest than expected. They were willing to meet with us to allow us to see the venue and to plan accordingly. We were able to truly make the space ours for our special day! Our family loved it and enjoyed being at the venue. We loved having options for the ceremony, plus having space to move inside if needed. Many of our guest stayed in Stillwater and some traveled easily from Tulsa.

I got married just over a year ago at Cedar Deer Lodge! (We are pictured with the pergola and my husband has on the floral tie) We could not have picked a better venue! Dale and Virginia (owners) made our experience so great! They were so friendly and helpful! My fav things about this venue ... It's brand new so everything is SPARKLING! The open field for your pergola.. makes for beautiful pics. I loved how CDL provided the table linens! Easy to find for our guests. The price is GREAT! :) Because they are a locally owned venue (& good people) they don't nickel and dime you for every single second! PTL! Looking back over a year ago .. it is so wonderful to think back to how AMAZING my wedding day was! AHHH take me back!

The Cedar Deer Lodge venue was absolutely perfect in every way!! The owners are so accommodating and personable! A joy to work with them!! The Lodge had everything we needed for the wedding, tables table cloths, etc........kitchen was set up with ice maker, large fridge, food warmer. I would highly recommend this Lodge!

I got married at Cedar Deer Lodge in June! This is the most beautiful venue and property! Virginia and Dale were so nice and helpful! I couldn’t be happier with this place and my wedding here!

The lodge is absolutely beautiful. We were so glad we chose this venue. All the cedar and rustic tin made for great pictures! We also loved that we were able to bring in our own vendors. The owners are some of the nicest people, they made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you CDL for making our day perfect!!

Cedar Deer Lodge is absolutely beautiful. You will not find another rustic venue like this, it is breathtaking. The detail of the venue will leave you in awe. Our day was incredible. It was everything we dreamed of. The owners, Dale and Virginia were very accommodating and knowledgeable, and so kind. All of guest said it was the best wedding they had ever been too! It was a fun filled day/evening. A day we will never forget and neither will our guest. ❤️

Cedar Deer Lodge went above and beyond to make our daughters wedding perfect. The brides dressing area had plenty of room and everything needed for all the ladies. The men also had a comfortable dressing area. We had an out doors wedding and the platform offered a gorgeous view of the vows. The reception area is beautiful cedar and there was a bar area, kitchen with everything needed for the catering crew, dance floor and plenty of room for the bridal table, cake table and gift area. A music system was available and everyone was very helpful setting up and with clean up! Virginia and husband made this special day absolutely wonderful!

I was extremely happy with our absolutely perfect wedding day at Cedar Deer Lodge! Dale and Virginia just make the magic happen! We brought a few firsts to the venue I think, like branding a cattle hide during our ceremony and they were wonderful to the very end! Can't thank you guys enough for building such a beautiful venue!!!

Cedar Deer Lodge, along with Virginia and Dale, make for a DREAM WEDDING DAY! The venue has everything you could ever want. Bridal suite is breathtaking and overly accommodating. Beautiful balconies. Multiple areas perfect for ceremonies, photo opps and reception plans. No nickel and diming! Tables, chairs, tablecloths and decor included! Great kitchen area, ice maker, and 2 door cooler. Virginia is constantly adding new items to the venue. It is absolutely the perfect venue for any occasion, especially your once in a lifetime wedding day!

Cedar Deer Lodge is the best place to get married at. Not only is the atmosphere amazing, Virginia and Dale are amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure your day is perfect. The place is spectacular. It's so quiet out there and peaceful. There's plenty of space to do everything you want to do. There's so many options outside for the ceremony. They have plenty of tables and chairs. Everyone loved the bar area. The upstairs is amazing. So many people loved sitting around the edge and watching the activities downstairs. The bridal suite is one of the best parts. It's so spacious I had like 15 people in there and there was plenty of room to move around. At the end of the night we opened up the big doors and expanded the dance floor outside and it was so much fun. You will not regret having your wedding here. Mine was absolutely perfect!

I want to extend gratitude for the exceptional staff , and facilities at Cedar Deer Lodge . Once my daughter visited the venue , she knew that was the place to hold her event . Cedar Deer Lodge , is designed, and offers a great site to gather , and hold your once in a lifetime event. It has beautiful views , without being close to a highway , or other visual congestion . The proprietors , were present , and delivered everything and more that was promised.The barn is high end , and photographs great . Virginia we enjoyed the visit yesterday! I wanted to send review for you to post. We really enjoyed the big red barn. You guys are great host and have a great place there! Thank you for an amazing place for a wedding! Our kids were married on June 7, 2019 at cedar deer lodge. From the first meeting with Virginia we knew it would be the perfect place for willie and Alesha to get married in. Alesha said she had the perfect day and was like a fairy tale. The bridal suite was great, so much room for all the girls to get ready. Virginia and Dale add special touches like the cedar box with names on it and the wedding date and on the bottom they number the boxes to number of weddings at cedar deer lodge. Willie and Alesha were lucky number 13. Willie was born on Friday the 13 and has always been a lucky number for him! We loved the kitchen area. Big refrigerator to keep food and wine cold and warmers for the main meal. So much space. The kids play room was great. We are a big family with lots of small kids and the little ones enjoyed playing in their special room. The back porch was nice with lots of chairs for visiting and an amazing view. Great bar to hang out at and grab a beer or two! It was hard to leave when the wedding was over. We all wanted to stay because it was such a magical day. Thank you again for all the extras and for making us feel at home at the barn. We loved it!
