Cedar Moss Barn

Cedar Moss Barn is a new rustic venue south of Sheridan, AR, off Highway 167 South in Grant County. We are located approximately 1 hour south of Little Rock. The 146-acre property has a lot of history and features a beautiful log home and a 16-acre lake. The pastures are full of beautiful horses of all colors, in addition to adorable mini cattle of different breeds. The gorgeous venue sits at the back of the property with beautiful areas to view great sunrises and sunsets. There are many areas around the property for the best picture opportunities. The ranch is a fully operational equine ranch with a small cattle operation as well. The owners live onsite in the lodge. They are out and about daily, tending to the horses, livestock, venue, and grounds. There are other farm animals, including chickens, goats, bunnies, and opportunities to view a variety of birds and wildlife. An older, 2300 sq. foot farmhouse on the property is available for rent in addition to the venue rental for clients. Clients can rent the farmhouse to stay onsite during the venue rental or for overflow of extended family or friends of the event party. The venue nestled at the back of the property is approximately 9,500 sqft. The exterior is white metal with black trim, and the exterior doors also have barn doors in black. It is rustic inside with a black, white and natural Cedar, Cyprus and Pine wood interior. Tricolor-stained concrete floors shine below beautiful lighting and provide an area for a dance floor. The 3 chandeliers in the main room are on wenches for future lighting changes to further personalize each event. This venue can be dressed up for the most elegant occasion or dressed down for simplistic beauty to cater to the client's wishes for their dream event. Separate bride and groom quarters are available for weddings with a hidden twist for presenting the bridal party. A state-of-the-art sound system is easy enough for anyone to use or to assist a DJ to entertain guests and make the night unforgettable. There is a full prep kitchen with a walk-in cooler and a dedicated bar area to serve the couple's favorite drinks, or bring your own bartender to cater your event. Projectors are available for a slide show or a Quick Show Laser to personalize your event. Tables, chairs, tableware, flatware, dinnerware, glassware and more are all available for client use. We provide indoor and outdoor ceremony sites and multiple arbors to choose from. Vendors can set up outside with power for catering or other services the client may want to include in their event.
