Working with Rachel throughout the planning process was a breeze - she was so incredible and made our vision come to life! We could not be happier with our decision and cannot wait to get back to Cedarmont to visit in the future! If you are considering them as a venue I highly recommend it, the fields, the barn, the house - everything is picture perfect!

I find peace in knowing that things are in order and Cedarmont gave that to me. I knew I wouldn't want to have to coordinate all the food, the DJ, the flowers, etc and the team at Cedarmont guides you through all of it. In pre-planned meetings you know what decisions to have to make by when and that was such a comfort. Our dedicated wedding planner Brittney M. was FANTASTIC. Incredibly responsive to all of my emails, a lending ear when I needed a color opinion and the person I leaned on during the chaos of wedding day. She was right there ensuring our photo/video stayed on time and our wedding party was where they needed to be. She kept assuring everything was perfect and that is exactly what my anxious heart needed. One thousand stars for Brittney. The venue itself is beautiful and the staff always helped us ensure our wedding was how we wanted it. Ceremony far in the field? You bet! Live band plus a DJ? Of course! The caterer, florist and DJ they work with are incredible and so familiar with each other, which was such a comfort. If you want a beautiful wedding with a less stress wedding planning experience, pick Cedarmont!

s secluded but is very conveniently located in Franklin. Brittany, Joanna and Eva were the best wedding team I could’ve asked for!!! They kept all the parts moving peacefully behind the scenes. I had a photo booth vendor not show up on our wedding day and they handled it. They came up with a back up plan before it was even a problem. They are who you want to run your wedding. Most importantly the entire Cedarmont team is so kind, professional and passionate about making your wedding spectacular. I encourage anyone looking to get married in the Franklin/Nashville area to book a showing here!! I’m so glad Cedarmont was apart of our wedding day memories that will last forever. We had family and friends tell us weeks after the wedding how much fun they had! If I could do it all over again I wouldn’t change a thing! Cedarmont is who you want running your big day!

The biggest draw to the venue was the fact that it was all inclusive, and we truly had an amazing experience with Colleen, Shelby, and the rest of the team! They were patient, organized, and so helpful when we weren't sure what we wanted. I tend to get overwhelmed by too many decisions, so it was nice when I could just ask Colleen or Shelby what they thought. The day of the actual wedding was truly as stress free as possible! The team ran like a well oiled machine and we just got to enjoy every minute of it. I've attended weddings and been in bridal parties since our wedding day and realized even more just how great the Cedarmont team is. We loved our day and can't thank them enough.

of an overseas move while planning our wedding at Cedarmont and they made every effort to make things as seamless as possible and let me tell you it was. They accommodated our schedule for meetings and made sure every detail was perfect and accounted for. Just to further prove how much they care, the best man was unable to attend due to a last minute deployment so he sent a recorded video of himself giving his speech which my husband and I were unaware of. Colleen personally used her projector and got a projector screen from her local church so that it could be played during our reception. It was so touching and so thoughtful that they cared to go the extra mile. If that doesn't convince you to book the venue then the sheer beauty of the property should. lds, there is truly something for every type of wedding all in one property. There is such variety in what this venue can offer we honestly had a hard time deciding which ceremony spot to choose. It was also such a peace of mind for our April wedding knowing that our "rain plan" would already be in place (inside the barn) instead of having to coordinate and set up a tent last minute. We were very fortunate and our weather was immaculate, but I never once worried about the plan b. Colleen and her staff could not have been more wonderful to work with also! From the very beginning they were so helpful, attentive, and communicative in getting all of the details together to make sure our perfect day went off without a hitch. We went with the venue only package and even still they were so helpful in making vendor suggestions, coordinating timeline/details with our wedding planner, and answering all of my questions or concerns. I wouldn't change a single thing about how our wedding day turned out, and I attribute a lot of that to this beautiful place.

ugh every step of planning- every detail, every vendor and their requirements-- even the parts you handle outside of the package (dress, save the dates, etc) they would remind us of those/give tips/and remind us when those timelines were getting tight! Every vendor in their inclusive package was flawless. Florals, rentals, food, cake- I am certain I'm forgetting things because Cedarmont handled everything! Day of: This is the most beautiful venue and it is incredibly conveniently located. Every picture we have feels out of a magazine with the gorgeous landscape, ceremony sites (behind the barn was ours!) and the interior of the barn with the flowers is just perfect. Our out of town guests stayed in affordable hotels minutes away in Franklin. Everything was perfect. I cannot believe we found this place and I cannot believe how perfect it was the day of. This team is wonderful, caring, smart, and patient. They also dropped everything to bustle my dress while my absolutely terrified mom and maid of honor couldn't figure it out. Farm is an absolutely breathtaking place. From the gorgeous fields, trees, ponds, house, barn and so much more--it was absolutely the most stunningly beautiful spot to get married. It was so special and romantic. We planned our wedding there for over 2 1/2 years and working with Colleen and her team during all that time was a BLAST. She is so kind, easy going, flexible, responsive, organized, knowledgeable and supportive. She is such fierce business owner who is running an amazing business and making so many people happy. From the gorgeous getting ready pool house and groom's loft, to the beautiful historic house and cocktail porch, to the authentic barn--Cedarmont is a magical special spot. It doesn't feel like a cookie cutter wedding factory, it feels intimate, private and very special. My husband and I will forever cherish our time at Cedarmont and so should everyone else getting married in Nashville!!!

My daughter made several changes during the 10 months of planning from no ceremony to a fully attended ceremony on the shaded front grounds of the historic house. The bridal suite was perfect for the bridesmaid's make up and hair and for the photographer to take "prep" photos. The groomsmen had the loft over the barn for their prep time. The historic house was also the best place for a private "first look." The reception barn was set up beautifully with the bridal party in the middle. Every detail was effortlessly covered. From arrival to sparkler exit, Colleen and her staff were excellent. Do not hesitate to book this venue.

She went with the flow and easily accommodated us when we made a few last minute changes to scheduling and had everything running smoothly. When it was all said and done, the venue had everything packed up and ready to be packed into my dad's car quickly, so nobody was left waiting around. They made it so that the day of, my husband and I were able to relax and enjoy the day, rather than being stressed about things getting done.

Last minute drama was met with professionalism and such kindness which put everyone at ease. The Bridal House was exactly what the girls needed to relax, calm nerves and get some fresh air and sunshine by the pool. The guys spent their afternoon keeping an eye on the hockey game and playing corn hole at the Barn! Colleen arranged for her preferred caterer to deliver lunch to all - highly recommended! The Barn Loft for hiding the bride and girls away before the ceremony gave everyone a perfect venue to watch arriving guests and provided a special quiet moment between my dad and I before our walk to the pond. And, for my new husband and I for a quick deep breath before we greeted our guests for dinner!. The Florals were simple, elegant and springtime fragrant. Dream catering hit it out of the ballpark with the biscuit bar, carnitas and the “Just for 2” wedding cake paired with assorted mini cupcakes. It was such a beautiful evening and Colleen graciously obliged our request to add extra tables and chairs outside! Everyone enjoyed the corn hole, giant Jenga and yard Yatzi. The “Sparkler” exit was icing on the cake!!!

I saw the place February 2019 and the renovations had just begun. Colleen’s vision for the old barn was exactly what I was looking for. Working with her from so far away was always easy. She was easy to get a hold of, literally any time of day by email or phone. She was able to see my vision for our perfect day and helped execute it even when the weather changed and we had to move everything inside last minute. With a beautiful traditional house where we had our ceremony, the pool area makes for a very elegant cocktail hour, and they also have a brand new reception barn. She made our wedding planning experience so enjoyable, easy, and seamless. People would ask me all through out the year “are you so stressed planning the wedding? ” I would always say it has been the easiest and most fun experience that I will always be able to look back on because of our amazing planner. d both a historic home and front walk for an outdoor ceremony option and then a fully heated and cooled (and newly renovated) barn in case of rain. For us, well, it rained last minute. Colleen and her Team did an excellent job in being prepared and in setting up both venue options to be ready for either one that day. They also helped to get people quickly moved to the Barn upon the rain coming. We rented a chandelier and simple draping to add to the wooden beams and string lights in the Barn and it made an elegant and gorgeous focal point for the ceremony site and for pictures. Cedarmont has many sites on campus for activities. The Bride, Bridesmaids and women got ready in the poolhouse and the Groom, Groomsmen and men got ready in the Barn loft. The Barn has a full length patio on one side that was perfect for lawn games, cocktail hour, and just to provide space for guests to walk out and to see the stars. During the day, there is plenty of room to walk on campus, a tennis court for anyone interested and a historic home to tour. Colleen was available to us all throughout the process for check ins and was very resourceful to receive input and picture inspirations and then find vendors to supply what we were wanting on certain items. She also offered input for what he worked well for other guests and what hasn't. She went above and beyond and we greatly appreciate that. We chose the DJ, Cake Baker and Caterer through Cedarmont's preferred vendors and they all were fantastic. Our fabulous photography Team, Brad and Jen photography, worked flawlessly with Colleen for the day to go smoothly. So many guests at our wedding mentioned how they never realized Cedarmont was there and how wonderful a surprise it was to discover. It is tucked away from the busy Franklin traffic, but it is yet minutes away from I65 for the convenience of your guests. We 110% recommend Cedarmont Farm to any couple who is looking to enjoy the beauty of the TN landscape, have a venue with multiple things to do (including a rain plan) and to spend the day just focusing on family, friends and the joy of getting married. We could have had our wedding day there keep going for the whole week and we would have all been thrilled. Call Colleen before this venue gets snatched up, trust me.
