My daughter did most of the communicating with this venue up front and everything seemed very easy and accommodating. We chose a Sunday date because that was the least expensive. ...
The venue was beautiful. They had a sound system and speakers. We ended the day at about 7:30 p.m. and Eddie came to help us close down and he was very easy to work with. I would highly recommend.
Cedars was an amazing venue at an amazing price. Polly was absolutely amazing to work with. She gave me everything I needed and made sure everything was 100% taken care of. I high...
ly recommend this venue. We had a beautiful outside ceremony by the pond and a beautiful romantic reception inside. The space was perfect for our wedding. You can’t go wrong with using this venue for your events!
Professional team!
If you are looking for a great location without breaking the bank this is one to look at. Their price is very reasonable and Polly was really nice. This is for the site rental on...
ly, they do allow outside catering, coordinating etc..
What a stressful experience I had with these people. I was originally drawn to the venue because of its low price ($850). That number allowed us to set up the day of at 10 am and l...
eave at 12 am, included tables and chairs and use of the stereo system and the kitchen. They required a $350 deposit. Getting in to see this venue was difficult (the woman actually said, "You want me to drive all the way out there so you can see it again?"). That shouldn't have been too much of a problem for her since everytime I was there, she had double or triple booked me, meaning she was also showing it to other people for their parties. She always seemed agitated and inconveinced by me. She was short and rude with me and each person in my bridal party. She showed up late the day of causing vendors such as the florist to have to leave and come back later. I would strongly recommend against using this venue for anything special. I liked their price, their wood floors the fireplace and sitting area, and the space, but did not like that the stereo system did not work, we could not decorate with anything on the wall or ceiling, and I especially did not like the way I was treated as a customer. I think I would have enjoyed my time more at a different venue.
If you are looking for a do-it-yourself venue that won't break the bank, Cedars is the place for you. My husband and I had a 1940-1950's Old HOllywood Glamour themed wedding, and t...
his worked out perfectly. It was awesome to have an empty building that I could transform into what I wanted it to be. Cedars of Lebanon is also extremely affordable compared to all the other venues in Tyler, Texas. Our price included use of the whole facility, 200 chairs, 25 tables of different sizes. It has a very big kitchen that you could also cook your own food in if you chose to. They have a beautiful sitting room that we used for our buffet line to be in, that was absolutly gorgeous. Overall Cedars was beautiful, and we saved so much money by having our reception there. We had the time of our lives, and I am so glad we used this venue!! I wish I could add pictures to show you how everything turned out! It defiantly has lots of character, and just needs someone with and idea to go in and transform it!
The Venue is beautiful and very affordable. There is a stage for the band or DJ, a full working kitchen, a large dance floor, a bar area, and tables and chairs. There is also a conn...
ecting room with a nice fireplace and chandlier. It is a place where you bring in your own decorations, food, cakes, drinks, ect. That way you are not forced to use the venues expensive menu or centerpieces. They clean up for you and you get it for the full day. It was perfect for us!!
