DO NOT hire this company for your wedding. I hired them in spite of some negative reviews. I booked a classic car far in advance of my wedding. On the morning of my wedding day,...
less than 3 hours before my ceremony was starting, I received a completely unprofessional text of my classic car on a tow truck. I had no option but to take whatever car they gave me because my wedding was in 3 hours. The car I was given was not at all what I wanted, and the door didn't shut, and my photographer had to hold the car door closed the whole ride to the church. When I reached out afterwards to get some form of a refund, they acted like they cared for a couple weeks, and then completely stopped responding to me. You are better off not booking a car at all then using this company. Completely unprofessional in ever way.
We really wanted a Rolls Royce for our wedding photos at the Rialto Theater in September 2019, but were undecided because of pricing until we came across CelebLux Limos. CelebLux ...
Limos provides high end luxury chauffer service at reasonable prices. As it was a last minute decision and with a limited budget, we ultimately decided on a Rolls Royce Phantom. Vehicle was reserved and deposit was paid only to learn the following day, it was being serviced. With that being said, CelebLux went way beyond expectations and provided us with a brand new Rolls Royce Cullinan SUV at our contracted rate. Whoa, now that’s customer service. Our driver was punctual, friendly and worked well with our wedding photographer. Thank you for the awesome experience and awesome, one of a kind, wedding photos. Will most definitely do business with again and recommend CelebLux to any and everyone!
I just had my wedding in May and I don't normally post reviews but I had to give these guys some love after going over my wedding photos again. They went above and beyond what I ex...
pected. I rented their vintage rolls royce and my pictures came out spectacular! We also rented their Trolley and my family really enjoyed it because it has a party bus interior. Everything went without a hitch! I highly recommend them!
I'm going to be brutally honest I was freakin nervous after reading the reviews after having booked. Then came my wedding day and whew! Let's just say I was relieved when the car a...
nd limo pulled up....and 30 minutes beforehand thankfully! We rented the Bentley and their MKT limo. The car had my husband jumping up and down. I don't care much for cars but he's a car fanatic. The car was very beautiful though.
I did read on their website that they had undergone a change in management and owners. I also spoke to the manager before my wedding day and he said the old reviews were associated with the previous owners and vehicles. The vehicles now are all new including staff and owners. That left me more at ease because I was having serious meltdowns with other situations I didn't need more.
I highly recommend them. They provided me with great customer service and the vehicles also reflected that level of service.
We rented their rolls royce phantom for my wedding and the car was immaculate and the driver was very professional. Customer service was very helpful and even took their time to ex...
plain to me how new ownership, new vehicles and new policy took over in 2016 because I was pretty concerned about all the bad reviews everywhere and had requested to cancel . I am glad I didn't cancel the service all around was excellent and they delivered a beautiful car and experience on my wedding day, as promised.
Don't trust this company. They will stand you and your party up the day of. Very unprofessional. Believe the F rating on the BBB website.
CelebLux Limos was contracted by us for our wedding in July. To start off, the limo that came to pick us up looked like it was falling apart. It had no air conditioning when we g...
ot in on a 90 degree day. Then we rolled down the windows and they wouldn't come back up. There was no music, no lights, etc. Then to top it off, the limo broke down not 2 blocks from the starting point, and a very good distance away from the ceremony. The limo driver did not eve pay attention to us at all. We ended up getting rides from the police officers that reported to the scene and good samaritans that offered to drive my bridesmaids to the church. Now to top it off, they are fighting us on reimbursement for the poor service provided. Please think twice before using this company.
Best car services and driver, hands down! We booked them to bring us to and from the reception area for my best friend's wedding and their services were excellent! The driver was s...
o courteous, he was a true gentleman. Customer service was great; a week before the event, the customer service rep for the limo service made sure she went through every single detail with us and made sure that our needs were met.
Totally recommended. We had a great time!
My best friend had a wonderful time, thanks to CelebLux Limos!
Everything was affordable; the energy in the limo was lively; and our driver was awesome!

We choose CelebLux limos because of their Mercedes Benz limo and how unique we thought it was. The limo was nothing special at all and the upkeep wasn't too impressive. We had be...
en trying to call all morning to verify the time the limo would arrive and no one would pick up the phone. After approaching our first stop the driver was asking for payment. Okay, I thought and went to give him my credit card, only to be told they would not take a payment via card, even though in my contract, which I was showing the driver, it said card payments were accepted. He was demanding we pay in cash. We asked to speak to a supervisor but were told none were working that day. The driver was then able to get ahold of someone but we were never able to talk to them, only told that cash would be accepted. This was extremely unprofessional. We were then told at the end of the night they would make it up to us by giving us free transportation to and from the airport for our honeymoon. When we called to schedule it, they said they would get back to us and NEVER called back!!! I was extremely disappointed with the service and how we were treated. BRIDES BEWARE!! You never want to be the one that upsets the bride on her wedding day, and sadly that was what CelebLux was. It was way more of a pain to deal with them. Pay more money to deal with a real company and actually be able to speak to someone. Don't let them fool you.
